就在这时，裁判让运动员们上跑道了。我们大家的心都提到了嗓子眼，注视着我们班的运动员。只听“砰”的一声响，运动员们一阵风似的冲了出去，我们连忙喊：“宰雍翔，加油——！”宰雍翔听到我们喊加油，跑得更快了，超过了好几名选手，距离第一名一步之遥，他一用力，步子加大，马上就后来居上。但是就在第一圈快结束的时候，宰雍翔被第二名给甩开了！我们大家都情不自禁地叹了口气，但是，我们给我们班的运动员加油的声音还是那么响亮。第二圈结束了，宰雍翔和第一名的差距越拉越大，但我们依旧大声地喊：“加油！加油！”后面的李俊辰将第四名甩出很远，我们这才高兴起来。进入50米冲刺阶段，四四班的选手率先冲过终点，接着，我们班的宰雍翔也拍马赶到，李俊辰紧随其后，身体不适的孔维磊也以倒数第三的成绩跑过终点。

这次长跑比赛我们班能取得好成绩，和平时的努力是分不开的。凡事只要努力，就一定会有收获！
