第一天学游泳教练让我们先练习憋气和划手的动作。刚下水时，我冷得直发抖，不过一会就习惯了水中的温度。开始练习憋气时，我戴好泳镜和泳帽，全副武装后把头伸进水里开始练习，可我有时总是忘记自己是在水里，用鼻子吸了一口气，水就从我的鼻子里进去，一股消毒水味在我的鼻子散发出来，呛得我直咳嗽。就这样，第一天的联系就马马虎虎的过去了。

岛上第八节课时我终于学会了游泳，教练让我再多练习练习，练习多了游的就好了，我一次比一次游的长，一次比一次游的快。

到了最后一节课，就要考试了，教练让我们排队一个一个游。该我了，只听教练一声口令，我迅速跳入水中，像一条灵活的鱼冲向终点，一开始游的挺快，可是快到终点时我的腿已经快抽筋了，但我想：如果现在停下来，这几天的努力就白费了，凭着我坚定的意志力终于到了终点。

我相信我以后只要多练习，一定能游的越来越好。通过这次学游泳的经历，我尝到了许多苦头，不过“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹。”呢?
