其次，作为女人，尤其是已婚的女人，不要忘了读书，还要有几个知己朋友。女性知己可以诉说生活，聊聊工作的烦恼，谈谈公婆，孩子，家庭的那些琐事，让自己更了解和放松自己。男性知己有助于你了解这个社会，他们站的角度不同，看问题不一样，可以引领你换一种眼光看世界。记得我在看于丹的《论语》心得的时候，一位朋友说看看傅佩荣的《论语》，才是真正的学人讲座，看过之后还真是收获很多。你一个人见到的东西少，听到的也很有限，所以需要多和别人沟通，才不至于像瞎子摸象，不得要领。

再次，要有深刻的反省意识，也就是“一日三省吾身”。自己就是平凡的一粒草芥，渺渺沙尘中的一粒沙子，在这个世界上，需要学习的太多太多。有那么多的大师，无论你怎样的超越，你也无法达到他们的高度。在真正的文人面前，感到自卑到无地自容，对他们真的需要仰视才见，虚心听智者善意的提醒很重要。真后悔在上学时为了应付考试，为了玩，没能真正的静下心来好好的学习，真正意识到的时候，悔已晚矣!十年岁月的磨砺，知识的褪色，时代的发展，让自己越来越感到思想的匮乏。

暑期的悠闲马上就要结束了，开学之后，工作会很忙，属于自己可支配的时间很少，今天的感慨，变成明天的动力，加油，让自己活的更精彩!

暑假期间，为了加大我的运动量，增强体质，爸爸妈妈给我报了几种运动班。其中一项就是“轮滑”。

轮滑的第一天，是我出洋相的一天。穿上轮滑鞋，我不敢抬脚，腿总是向里歪，总是打颤。别人都是向前滑动，我倒像企鹅走路那样向前挪动，一抬腿就摔跤，崭新的护具磕擦得不像样子，有时还摔个仰面朝天，怎么也爬不起来，最后只好由教练扶起来，活像个走不动路的老太太。

教练对我们的要求很严格，他对我们说：“不要怕摔跤，学轮滑摔几跤是不可避免的，要学会摔倒后站起来，抬起头，向前看，不要老盯着地面，胆子要大些，勇敢地向前滑。”

我遵照教练的教导，试着抬腿滑动，终于敢滑行了，可是在弯道试着抬腿做交叉步的时候，我当众以一个挺难看又搞笑的姿势摔倒了，引得同伴和观众捧腹大笑。有一个小女孩直叫：“哈哈!姐姐比我大，摔倒了，爬不起来，还不如我。”我一个同伴也搞笑地说;“怡禛可真行，摔跤也摔得漂亮，砰的一声，又干脆又响亮，还在地上做翻滚表演。”最可气的是爸爸妈妈也跟着大伙笑起来。

众人的嘲笑丝毫没有动摇我练好轮滑的决心，我注意观察别人滑行的姿势和动作，细细体会自己练习滑行时的缺陷，终于找到一些窍门，练习的兴趣也慢慢高涨起来，回家之后还在小区的广场上坚持练习。经过不懈的努力，我终于赶上并超过了其他同伴。在最后的测试比赛中，我获小组预赛第一名，全体学员决赛第三名。通过学轮滑，我体会到“世上无难事，只怕有心人”的道理。我要牢记这句名言，在今后的学习中争取更大的胜利。

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

我这个暑假都在非常不同的方式。我对每天用于运行在以前的暑假,但是这个暑假我只是不能这么做。我很快就会在去年高中教育和毕业后将面对高考。虽然这些考试仍一年了,我不得不开始早让自己准备好通过检查所有这些东西我在学校所学到的,这个暑假对我来说是最理想的时间。起初的想法让我很沮丧,但后来我认为这是更好的这种方式,因为今年夏天通过努力工作我能指望无尽的快乐夏天的到来。这一点我然后开始工作就像任何东西,只是偶尔出去吃或做了一些物理变化。我没有厌烦这种生活,因为我持续的希望。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.
