第五天，教练让我把两块浮板都扔掉，不借助外力自己慢慢游，一开始真的很害怕，因为脚踩不到池底，生怕淹死。但教练一直在耳边教导，让我放开思想包袱，手、脚、换气动作要一致。在老师的鼓励下，没过多久，确实会游了，只不过速度还很慢。

接下来的几天，就一直练速度。不过已经能在水里穿梭自如了，真是太开心了。
