初一的第一节英语课，门口进来一位中等个子，长头发的女青年。上下一打量，20岁左右，个头小于等于1米6。这大概就是我们的英语老师吧!此人发话了：“丑话说在前面，我脾气不好!”一句话着实把我们全班都镇住了。第一印象：凶!

可是时间久了却发现，实际上并不是她自己说的那样，也不是我们以为的那样。

她教英语，时不时地用上几句“现代用语”。虽然平常我们也经常说，但是从一个老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些稀奇，距离感一下子就消失了，亲切感一下子就增进了!比如她反复要强调的东西，她会说：“都强调了10遍了”，这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍;最后递进到N+1遍。她给我们的第一印象便彻底被抹杀掉了。

上晚自习的时候，她会给我们自由，写作业、看书都行，不像数学老师一进来就讲题，语文老师抱着书就要听写。她每次都会读一些连语文老师都不会读的哲理的、感人的文章，有时还会读笑话，即使是不好笑的，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一次英语晚自习，打了铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹，吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来，此人就出现在教室门口了。班里顿时鸦雀无声。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任留下了“站一晚上”的“圣旨”后扬长而去。我们在下面悔得肠子都青了，同时也深感不服。这就是自讨苦吃吧，我想。

正想着，忽然发现英语老师也站在讲台上。过了一会儿，她说：“其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，从四个班走过来，最乱的就是咱们班了……我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗?”她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪，我们都为之感动，就差鼓掌了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边站着一边看书，根本没坐下过。我们谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她那晚的那番话和行为，我们愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

教过我的英语老师甚至是所有老师中，她的确是教得最好且最能拉近与学生之间距离的一个。翻开我们的英语作业本，你会发现，每个人的本上每天都会有一个大大的英文：加油!

您好!首先对于您甘愿不辞辛苦的热情的教授我们英语，我们深表感激并致以最诚挚的问候。

现在我要切入正题了，只是如实地把自己的想法说出来罢了，如果有冒犯的地方，请见谅。

老师，您可能没有意识到自己的课有多么的物料，一上午的时间学完一篇大约200字左右的课文，并且先从跟读单词、短语开始，课文中的每一句话都要翻译。我不知道您是平常过于的细心还是认为我们基础太差，不管是什么原因，总之，这样的教学方法我难以接受，其实，这也不光是我自己的想法，您看看上课出勤率就明白了，不到一半吧。我想说的是，我们已经不是小孩子了，直到一件事情怎样做对自己最好、最有效率，所以请不要把您的意志强加给我们，我们不喜欢这样总被人牵着鼻子走。

就说这些吧，好像有点过分的样子，希望您不要介意，更希望您的教学方法能有所改观，也不要因为我给您提意见，就让我的英语不及格，您应该不是这样的人吧?

回顾小学六年的历程，我觉得自己长的了许多。小学的生活以在我们告别，中学的大门已为我们敞开。总跨进中学的第一步，我就感到很陌生：校园大了许多，同学大多是没见过面的，课程一下增加了三门，我担心我不能学好，老师的教育方法不同了，同学的言行态度不一样了，这些就像一片又一片浮云，在我脑海里飘来飘去……

虽然才上了没几天，但老师在我心目中的印象已经很深了，我最喜欢我的英语老师，他个子高高的，不戴眼镜，略瘦的身材，穿着一件蓝色的上衣，一条时尚的牛仔裤，真酷！当然，再酷也比不上他讲课时的幽默。

讲课时，他能把枯燥的英语讲得一点也不枯燥，还经常给我们开点小玩笑，比如“stand up！”班上所有人都笔直的站着，而他下一句：“don‘t sit down！”班上至少有一大半人坐下了，我也不列外。只有十来个反应快的人依然站着，他们互相看看，双方似乎都很疑惑。“don’t sit down！don‘t sit down！”老师又说。大家这才反应过来。

好玩的事情不止这一件，还想听的话，我就再说一个吧。

我们刚刚复习了小学学的数词（1~10)，老师说：“我竖一根手指你们就说one！两根就two！……听懂了没？”“听懂了！”我们大喊“two！four！three！one！one！one！one！”我们还不知道什么回事，老师就笑了：“真是一群可爱的小狗啊！”我们这才知道上当了，个个脸上露出带有笑意的“愤怒”。

老师把我们看做白云，他自己就是蓝天；把我们看做是小花草，他自己就是园丁……他捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去，这就是我们的英语老师，你们一定也很喜欢吧！

自打我上三年级，我们班就出现了一位和蔼可亲、温柔大方的英语老师。在我的心目中，她可是一位好老师。

她高高的个儿，一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，雪白的皮肤，金黄的卷发，看上去非常美丽。

有一次她上课，提问了我一个问题，我把答案说错了，当时，我的脸一下子红了，心里很害怕，生怕老师会大发雷霆，更怕老师会不依不饶的批评我。没想到老师和蔼的告诉了我正确的答案，并让我重述了两遍，叫我牢牢地记住它。看，我的老师温柔吧？

记得那一次，我们班的几个同学一个题不会做，老师拿出了十分钟的时间将了那个题目。但是仍有两个同学听不明白，老师一会用动作演示，一会又画图讲解，直到全班同学都明白了为止。看，我们的老师不仅和蔼可亲，而且教学方法特别灵活。

这就是我们的英语老师，我喜欢我的这位老师。

我还记得，四年级刚来思源学校读书，是麦老师教我们英语，当她走进教室的一刹那，全班人用期待的目光投向麦老师：她穿着一身碎花长裙，当我望着她那慈爱的眼神，感觉麦老师的眼睛会说话一样，她的眼睛好像对我说：“你好，同学！我是你们的英语老师。”

她长着一双可以说话的眼睛，头发乌黑光亮，眼睛可以称得上“火眼金睛”，不管是谁在吵闹，她都能一一叫出名字！我们很怕她，但是她的声音很温柔。麦老师虽然抓到了那些捣乱的男同学，但是没有打骂他们，而是低声的说：“下次还犯吗？能做到的同学回座位坐好，做不到的同学站一节课。”那几个同学异口同声的说：“老师，下次不犯了！”同学们都一一回到座位坐好，并且不发出一丝声响。

麦老师知道我请了一个星期的假，怕我跟不上，很多课间活动麦老师都叫我，不会的题她会耐心给我讲解。

我喜欢上麦老师的课，最喜欢英语晚修课，因为麦老师会来班上。麦老师是我到思源学校以后最喜欢的一位老师，我恨不得一个星期的课和晚修都是麦老师的。她讲课很有趣，课上会做一些小游戏，麦老师的课堂同学们都会积极举手回答问题。我就奇怪了，为什么别的课我就不爱举手呢？而到了她的课大家都很活跃！我已经有了答案。因为我们喜欢麦老师，所以我们喜欢英语课。

但是今年麦老师请了很长的假，也不知道麦老师干嘛去了，我觉得麦老师很可能已经辞职了。不可能！麦老师不可能辞职的！我很想念您，麦老师，我看不到你那会说话的眼睛就会很不舒服，麦老师，你快点回来吧！
