It is my opinion that students should place their study ,health and safety before other things .As for friendship ,we can readily find it in our classmates and other people around us.

Since I go to high school, I feel the great pressure. High school is the very important period of my life, because if I study well, I can enter into my the ideal college and have the bight future. So I want to do my best, I don’t want to lag behind. The problem is that I can’t always be the top student, sometimes I will fail the exam. At that time, I need to adjust myself and take easy. The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I become energetic again.

自从我上高中，我就感受到了很大的压力。高中是我生命中很重要的阶段，因为如果我学得好，就能进入到理想的大学，有一个光明的前途。因此我想要做到最好，我不想要落后。问题就是我不可能一直都是尖子生，有时候我考试也会失败。在那个时候，我需要调整自己，并且放松。我放松的方法是多样的。第一，我会听音乐。听音乐能让我的心顺畅，也帮助我冷静下来，这样我就能把烦恼抛去。第二，我喜欢做一些运动，比如慢跑，篮球和网球。做这些运动能帮助我释放不好的情绪，再次变得活力四射。

听大人们说，端午节是为了纪念爱国诗人屈原而设立的节日。农历五月初五，屈原投江自尽，人们为了哀悼屈原先生，便将食物用叶子包住扔进江中，希望鱼虾不去啃食屈原的身体，后来就演变成了包粽子得习俗。去年的端午节，亲爱的姥姥教我包粽子!

需要准备的材料有：若干糯米，十几颗红枣，苇叶一把，棉线一团，还有一把剪子。

激动人心的时刻到来了，我迫不及待地看着制作过程。首先，姥姥将一片苇叶卷成一个圆锥形，然后轻轻的将糯米填入圆锥的一半，再放入两颗红红的大枣，就像白色珍珠里面镶嵌着绚丽多彩的翡翠呢!接着继续覆盖糯米，填到快溢出来的样子，使馅料充满整个粽子，这样有利于后面的包裹。最后，按照螺旋的手法，从苇叶的另一端开始对折叶片，卷到最后时，只见姥姥留一点儿小尾巴，用棉线从底部成十字捆绑粽子，捆好不散，就可以上锅蒸了。

姥姥这番娴熟的操作，看得我是眼花缭乱，惊羡不已。我有些不甘心，决定自己也包一个胖嘟嘟的粽子。但是我的手有点小，苇叶没有包得很紧实，刚刚放入锅中，只听“哗啦”一声，糯米像长了腿一样，跑的满锅都是。我有些失落，姥姥却对我语重心长地说：“加油宝贝，失败是成功之母，总结经验!”于是我鼓起了勇气，小手紧紧的捆绑住粽子，一次两次三次，哇!我成功了，属于我的第一个粽子问世啦!我兴奋得手舞足蹈!

大约一个小时，粽子的清香缓缓的从蒸锅中溢了出来，我贪婪地嗅着这一丝丝，一缕缕的粽香，口水忍不住地往下流......

我小心翼翼地剥开嫩绿色的粽叶，一股甜腻腻的糯米香扑鼻而来，乳白色的糯米镶嵌着红色的宝石，令人陶醉。再沾点白糖，轻轻地咬伤一口，嗯......又香又甜的味道好极了，一直沁入我的心脾!

Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother and grandmother began to make zongzi. Of course, I would act as assistant. But it turned out that I was more of a hindrance than a help. When they finished, they started to cook them. This process needed a long time, because I could have them in the next day. Zongzi was very delicious. On the day of dragon boat festival, our family prepared for dinner after having breakfast. Everyone of my family will come back home for the solid diet. Chicken is indispensable on the dinner desk in Chinese traditional festival. There were many delicious foods, which made me watering. I ate lots of them. It is a wonderful festival.

端午节是中国的传统节日。是农历五月初五。我妈妈和奶奶在节日的前一天就开始包粽子了。当然，我会去打打下手。但事实证明，我是在帮倒忙。她们包完粽子之后就开始煮了。这个过程需要很长的时间，因为我要到第二天才可以吃到粽子。粽子非常好吃。在端午节这一天，我们家里吃过早饭就开始准备晚餐了。家里所有人都会回家吃这丰盛的食物。在中国传统节日的餐桌上鸡是必不可少的。还有很多好吃的、让我流口水的食物。我吃了很多。这是一个美好的节日。

心如糯米，越粘越紧。情如粽叶，越煮越香。”又一个端午节即将来临，每年的端午节，我都会无比思念长眠在地下的姥姥。

记得小时候，每到端午节，姥姥就开始忙碌起来了，她早早起床去购买包粽子用的艾叶。于是，整个早上全家人在姥姥的带领下围坐在一起，包粽子、话家常。大家一边包粽子，一边倾听着姥姥为我们讲那个熟悉却百听不厌的故事，于是我们明白了端午节的来历，更认识了一个伟大的人物——屈原。

端午节又名端阳节，重五节，它是中国古代伟大诗人屈原的忌日。说是公元278年的农历五月初五，楚国大夫屈原听到秦军攻破楚国都城的消息后，悲愤交加，心如刀割，毅然写下绝笔《怀沙》，抱石投入汨罗江，以身殉国。沿江百姓纷纷引舟竞渡前去打捞，沿水招魂，并将粽子投入江中，以免鱼虾咬食他的身体。这一习俗绵延至今，已有两千多年。

吃着甜甜糯糯的粽子，品着绵长厚重的中华文化，我知道姥姥想让我有屈原一样的傲骨和情怀。

姥姥还有个拿手绝活——做香包。我是她的第一个孙子，她对我分外疼惜，每年都会亲手给我做各式各样的香包。在我的记忆中，似乎没有重样的。奶奶手非常巧，会做各种形状，其中有马、蛇、猪、兔子、老虎、大熊猫;太阳，月亮，星星;还有各种花形的、心型的。她无论做什么都像什么，每一个都是栩栩如生，可漂亮了。虽然我是男生，并不喜欢香包散发的那种味道，但因为是姥姥亲手缝的，所以我就视为最好的礼物。

每到端午节，姥姥总是笑盈盈地给我腰间佩戴各种香包，腕上系上五彩丝线，说是辟邪。吃着她亲手为我剥开的散发着竹叶清香的粽子，还有糖糕、鸡蛋……我的心里别提有多美啦!大家看着我全身挂满了各种各样的香包，笑我臭美，我反而更得意了，还可劲地炫耀我的这些“宝贝”。

粽叶飘香，香包传情。那一个个粽子、一串串香包都藏着姥姥浓浓的爱，就算回忆褪色，姥姥对我的爱却是无法抹去的，她将永远珍藏在我幼小的心底。
