五月初五，一年一度的端午节如期而至，这是我最喜欢的节日啦!不仅如此，端午节的习俗也有很多。比如：吃粽子、赛龙舟、挂艾草、做香袋、喝雄黄酒……我渐渐长大了，懂得越来越多。我知道了屈原的故事，这样一个忠贞爱国的诗人，在我心中愈发高大起来!那么，今年我想用自己的方式来表达对他的仰慕和追思。

那就动手包粽子吧!一大早，我就迫不及待地催促姥姥准备做粽子的材料。姥姥笑眯眯地说：“准备好了，瞧，在那里呢!”我跑到厨房一看：“啊!泡了一晚上的红小豆，雪白的江米，腌制好的肉块儿，碧绿的粽子叶，暗红色蜜枣……我好像闻到了粽子的香味了!”

姥姥先把粽子叶放在开水里煮了大约五分钟，马上把它们从热水里捞出来，放到冷水里冷却。姥姥从冷水中捞出两片叶子，将它们一上一下地排好，沾上水，双手抓住叶子，向后对折成漏斗形，左手托住卷好的粽子叶，右手拿勺倒入三分之一的米。在姥姥指导下，我在“馅”里放入甜丝丝的大蜜枣，盖上一层江米后，右手抓起粽子叶的上半部，左手拍打粽子叶的底部。听姥姥说这么做是为了让粽子的“漏斗”装得更多些。咦!包粽子，还有这么多“学问”啊!

最后，我和姥姥用多余的叶子盖上顶部，再用马莲捆绑结实，在粽子上系一个蝴蝶结。哈哈，大功告成啦!

过了一会儿，将包好的粽子全都倒进了锅里，盖上锅盖，大火烧十分钟后，高压锅发出“咝咝”声，再盖上阀门，改换成小火，这时，满屋就已经开始飘动着粽子的香味儿，真让人垂涎欲滴啊!一个小时后，一个个充满清香的粽子新鲜出炉了!我一边品尝着粽，一边想着老百姓用这个形式来祭奠屈原的故事，不由得陷入了沉思!

赛龙舟的盛况，挂艾草的风俗，让端午节变得热闹而生动起来。我想，端午节，我们吃的不仅仅是粽子，更是我们中华文化的精神食粮——滋养我们的心灵，启迪我们的智慧。

每年的五月初五都是我们的传统节日端午节。端午节是我最喜欢的节日之一，端午节的习俗有赛龙舟、吃粽子、插艾叶、其实插艾叶和赛龙舟是为了纪念屈原。

端午节距今已有两千多年的历史了，也是我国四大传统节日之一。据统计端午节的名称叫法达到二十了多个如有端五节、端阳节、重五节、重午节、当五汛、天中节、夏节、五月节、菖节、蒲节、龙舟节、浴兰节、屈原日、午日节、女儿节、地腊节、诗人节、龙日、午日、灯节、五蛋节等等。

大家都知道我们在每一次过端午节的时候都想吃粽子的，那我们为什么要在端午节吃粽子呢?因为啊，古代的时候人们参加考试时考生们都会在早上吃一个枣粽。因为，“枣粽谐音“早中”。吃粽子还有一个小故事呢，传说在公元前的340年，楚国大夫屈原，当时面临亡国之痛于5月5日。伤心的怀抱大石投向了汨罗江，村民们为了不使鱼虾伤害到他的躯体别用竹筒装米投入江中。再后来为了表示对屈原的怀念，每到5月5日，人们便用竹筒装米投江祭奠屈原，这也是“筒棕”的由来。

赛龙舟，也是端午节的一个特别的习俗。其实这个赛龙舟和屈原也有关系。相传以前的人们不舍得屈原投江死去，有许多人去划船拯救屈原，他们争先恐后。追去洞庭湖却不见了踪影。所以在每年的5月5日都来划龙舟纪念。人们孩子也龙舟来驱散江中的小鱼，一面那些小鱼吃掉屈原的尸体。在龙舟竞渡前，还要请龙祭神。如同广东龙舟在端午节的前几时要从水下起出祭过在南海神庙中的南海神后，才可以按上龙头龙尾准备比赛。更有一些地区，如四川，贵州等个别地区直接在河边祭龙头杀鸡滴血与龙头之上。

其实啊!端午节这个节日本身就是来纪念诗人屈原的。在以前屈原非常受村民的喜爱和爱戴，其实这也是我喜欢端午节的原因，因为爱国的屈原值得每一个人尊重。

包完粽子我们就蒸粽子。蒸粽子的时候，粽子的清香缓缓地从锅中溢出来。我贪婪地嗅着这一丝丝、一缕缕粽香，口水都要流出来了。等粽子蒸熟之后，我就迫不及待地打开绳子，再剥开绿色的粽叶，一股粽香扑鼻而来，露出乳自色的糯米。沾点白糖，轻咬一口，嗯，这粽子的味道太好了!我让别人也尝了这粽子，都说这粽子好吃。

吃着香甜的粽子，我感受到了做什么事都不能半途而废，要把它做完、做好，这样才能有收获。

记得去年赛龙舟的时候，正好是下午，烈日当空，我、妈妈还有淘气的哥哥，我们三人乘着公交车到了赛龙舟的地方，远远就听见吵闹的声音，两眼望去，那里人山人海，我们一边走，一边看周围的景色，看!这儿的人有的在谈话、有的在学自行车……真像一片欢乐的海洋!夷?这是什么?哦，这是比赛用的龙舟呀，龙舟有长长的“身体”，控制船方向的“尾巴”，宽有些窄，并排只能坐两个人，所以有十排，后面还有一个高大的旗呢!比赛开始了，鼓手用敲鼓的锤子高高举起，举过自己的头顶，然后使劲向下捶，鼓就发出了咚，咚，咚……的巨响，每一次向下捶，划船的人们就划一下，突然，有两条龙舟向前冲，观众们大声叫道自己喜欢的队伍，比赛越来越激烈，终于比赛结束了，可是因为人太多，我们无法走到终点看哪个队赢，所以我也不知道谁赢了，后来，天气热得人受不了，我们才大汗淋漓地会到家里休息。到了家，我定睛一看，奶奶正在做粽子呢!做粽子时，要先用二片长长的叶子包成三角形，“三角形"底下那一面不用包，然后用没包起来的那一面往里面放满米饭和绿豆，再用另一片厂叶子把没包的那一面包起来，接着用细长的绳子包起来再热一会儿，香喷喷的粽子就做好了，我们吃着各种各样的粽子，比如：肉粽子、普通粽子……真是美味极了!今年，虽然没有划龙舟比赛，但是，我、爸爸和奶奶一起去了外祖母家玩，一起过端午节，奶奶和爸爸整理外祖母的房间，我呢?则在一旁玩。

过端午节可真快乐，我爱端午节，更爱划龙舟。
