端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

The Dragon boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. For thousands of years, the festival has been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous ricewrapped to form a pyramid using bamboo or reed leaves) and racing dragon boats.The festival is best known for its dragon-boat races, especially in the southern provinces where there are many rivers and lakes. Thisregattacommemorates the death of Qu Yuan , an honest minister who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river. The dragon-boat races symbolize the many attempts to rescue and recover Qus body. A typical dragon boat ranges from 50-100 feet in length, with a beam of about 5.5 feet, accommodating two paddlers seated side by side.

龙舟节，也叫端午节，是在中国的农历五月初五这一天庆祝。千百年来，吃粽子(用竹叶或芦苇叶把糯米包裹起来，形成一个金字塔)和赛龙舟已经成为这个节日的标志。这个节日最出名的是龙舟赛，尤其是在有很多河流和湖泊的南方省份。这一划船比赛是为了纪念屈原的死，据说他是一位正直的大臣，他是投江自刎的。龙舟赛象征着拯救和恢复屈氏体的许多尝试。一艘典型的龙舟长度达50到100英尺不等，束长约5.5英尺，可容纳两个桨手并排坐。

Dont you see the heavy smokes from the big chimneys? Dont you smell the gas from the motors all around the streets? Weve got much dirtier air! The iceburgs are melting from the warmer winter because of the air pollution!

难道你没有看到浓重的烟雾从烟囱里冒出来吗？难道你没有在街上闻到从机动车上排出来的气体吗？我们得到太多肮脏的空气了！因为气体污染，冰山在暖冬的时候融化了不少。

Dont you see there are less lives in the water? Dont you see that we must pay higher cost in water processing? Weve got much darker water running around! The oceans are in danger.

难道你没有看到水中的生物越来越少了吗？难道你没有看到我们必须花更多的成本加工水源吗？我们到处开采深水。海洋正处于危险之中。

Dont you see the mountains getting bald ? Dont you see our ground becoming hollow ? Weve been exhausting the resources beneath the earth. Our grandchildren will live on nothing.

难道你没有看到山峰正变得光秃秃吗？难道你没有看到土地正变得空空的吗？我们正耗尽地下的资源。我们的孙儿将无法依靠任何事情生活下去。

We have only one globe. Treasure the mother nature!

我们只有一个地球。珍爱（孕育万物的）大自然吧！

今天是端午节。

清早听见了第一声鸡鸣，我便早早的起了床。来到大街上只见人山人海，车水马龙围的水泻不通，人们穿进穿出，忙的不亦悦乎：有的买粽子;有的卖粽子;有的赶着鸭子嘎嘎的叫着;有的卖着香气扑鼻的艾叶;有的拿着驱蛇妖的雄黄。

我来到兴华书屋看到一本关于端午节的书：屈原是故事的起因，他因为把国家建设的好受到了楚王信任而被皇宫里的贵人无中生有的谗言给无限被流放到了南方，但他依然爱国关注着老百姓的苦难，战争中楚王中了秦王的圈套被软禁了起来，首都也被霸占了，百姓们也招受苦难，在这一天屈原万分悲愤投汨罗江自尽了。百姓们想泉水一样涌到江边想去捞屈大人的尸体，可他们怎么捞也没捞到，没办法他们只能洒雄黄，扔下食物，用敲鼓的声音不让水族伤害屈原大人的尸体，同时制作出了不会让水族抢着吃的粽子。

从这里我想到了梁启超爷爷说过的一句话：少年强则国强，少年富则国富，少年智则国智，少年独立则国独立，少年自由则国自由，少年进步则国进步，少年胜于欧洲则国胜于欧洲，少年雄于地球则过雄于地球。还有周总理说的为中华之崛起读书。对!少年是祖国的未来，所以我们要勤奋好学：知之为知之，不知为不知;我们要学习别人的优点：三人行必有我师焉;健健康康为国家微笑，帮助我们的爱国屈大人完成梦想，建设好国家。

今年的端午节使我受益无穷，每一个进步，每一个付出都是为了建设好新的祖国，为国家而战!为中华之崛起读书!为国家而生!让祖国的花朵盛开吧!

今天是农历五月初五端午节，我们去奶奶家吃粽子。

路上，我问妈妈：“妈妈，端午节是怎么来的，为什么要赛龙舟和吃粽子?”妈妈说：“端午节五月初五，可能是因为这段时间蚊子等害虫比较多，所以古代先贤教育老百姓用艾草、菖蒲驱赶害虫免得生病。赛龙舟是春秋时期百越地区以龙舟竞渡方式祭水中蛟龙，吃粽子是纪念我国战国时期楚国爱国主义诗人屈原。”

一进奶奶家，奶奶已经在忙了。奶奶一看见我，就高兴地让我和她一起包粽子。只见奶奶把粽叶折成斗状，盛满糯米，再把粽叶层层包上，用线紧紧绑牢，一个粽子就包好了。我也学着奶奶的样子，不亦乐乎地包起来，但每次不是馅弄太多，裹都裹不了，就是绑得太松，稍微一动，米粒就会争先恐后地从各个角落钻出来。每当这个时候，奶奶总是鼓励我：“没关系，不要灰心，只要你去努力，总会成功的。”

虽说包粽子不行，可吃起来我最在行。锅里粽子的香气渐渐弥漫了整个房间，奶奶一掀开锅盖，我便迫不及待地扒了一个，“哎呦，好烫!”我忍不住把粽子扔回了锅里，并吹了吹手指头。奶奶一边笑一边用碗重新给我盛了一个粽子，我接过碗，对着粽子吹了几下，然后解开绳子，扒开粽叶，对着粽子就是一口，哇，糯米里既有肉的味道，又有蜜枣的味道，还有它自己本身糯糯的味道;蜜枣里既有糯米的味道，又有肉的味道，还有它本身甜丝丝的味道;肉里既有糯米的味道，又有蜜枣的味道，还有它本身嫩嫩的味道，真好吃。

没过几分钟，我便吃完了，但我却舍不得把粽叶扔了，因为粽子实在太好吃了，我一定要把粽叶上的每一粒糯米都吃了再扔。

端午节真好，我真爱端午节。
