5，你教我唱儿歌，你还教我优美的舞蹈……我还清晰的记得离开幼儿园时，您摸着我的小辫轻轻地说：“上了小学可别忘了秦老师，有了进步一定要向老师汇报，让老师也高兴高兴。”

老师，这些年我一直没有忘记您的话，努力学习，也有了些小小的收获。对了，我们学校正在开展争当“四好少年”的活动。我正向着当“勤奋学习，追求上进的好少年”努力呢。为了多学点本领，这不，学习之余我加入了校舞蹈队。我这次在常州市第六届音乐舞蹈新作品大赛中，我们的团体舞《舞动乒乓》得了一等奖的好成绩，我们还准备参加江苏省的比赛呢!

不过冠军也不是好拿的，每一次荣誉的背后总有艰辛的付出，当别的小朋友沉浸在大课间活动时，我们舞蹈班的同学准时集合在舞蹈房训练。特别是去年我们去青岛比赛前的那段训练更是让我记忆犹新：

暑假里，小朋友们在家可以每天睡到自然醒。当他们吹着空调，喝着饮料的时候，我们6点就起床用秒速洗漱，7点前赶到学校舞蹈房，先做会儿热身操，压腿，劈叉，下腰……老师到场后舞蹈房里不再有人说笑，每个人的神经都像上了弦的弓箭，跟着老师一丝不苟地练习。有时一个单脚独立的动作做不好，就得一直站在那里一动不动，直到练好为止。当豆大汗珠像断了线的珍珠从脸上掉落下来时，当脚跟站得发麻时，当小腿酸痛时，我坚持训练的决心动摇了，我真想放弃。可不知怎的，这时我想起你在幼儿园教我舞蹈时我说的话：吃得苦中苦，方为人上人;坚持到底，就是胜利。就是有了这些话的鼓励，即使再累我也挺起胸膛振作起来。我因此常常受到表扬，老师还让同学们都学习我刻苦训练的精神呢!我呢，一得意就忘行了，把你的那些话全教给了舞蹈队的小伙伴们，让他们和我一起进步。

到青岛比赛场地彩排时，我在一个超大的舞台上，看到几千个座位的观众席心里不免发慌，但又好像听到你在我耳边说：表演时不要紧张，把下面的观众当作一棵棵“大白菜”就OK喽!并把这话传授给团队的小朋友们，比赛当天我们发挥出最佳水平，不负众望捧得了“金奖”凯旋而归!

舞蹈队的同学们都很兴奋，都说我讲得有道理。现在，您的那些话“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人;坚持到底，就是胜利!”已成了我们舞蹈队的座右铭。老师，您觉得我是个“勤奋好学，追求上进的好少年”吗?

您好!很感谢你长期以来对我的关心与支持!现在的我已不再是那么忧郁、自卑的楚昕了。真的，自从接受你的一对一心理辅导，听取你两天的nlp心理课程后，我懂得了应如何调整自己的情绪。因为我本身就是一个感性的人，遇到一点点事就极易生气、郁闷。而你使我明白我的这些情绪都源自内心的感受，更确切说是我遇到事情时，总是那么的无奈，更有一种无力感。它使我成为情绪的“奴隶”，无法从正面去感受、取舍，它同样也成为我工作上最大的“敌人”，不能让我有效地作出判断，致使我和同事之间闹得不愉快，它严重成为我走向成功的绊脚石。我为此而烦恼不已，我不断去寻找解决方法，听取很多课程、咨询心理辅导师，却试而不成。结果一次偶然机会，我接触到顾老师的心理学课程，说实话开始我只是抱着试试看的态度，没有想到当我进入课堂，听取“十二条前期假设”使我有太多的震撼。例如：

1、没有两个人是一样的。它指在这个世界上没有两个人的人生经验、想法做事态度、信念、价值观、规条等方面完全一样。

而我呢。总是自以为是，总想去操纵他人同我一样，结果是我和同事之间产生很大的矛盾，我只有尊重他人的不同处，别人才会尊重我的独特地方。给他人空间，则是有利于我们之间更好的沟通。

2、有效果比有道理更重要

以前我只强调做法正确或讲出道理而不去顾及这些是否有效果，他人是否会接受、认可。由此看来，我所坚持的道理不能放在他人身上。因为那些道理只是我自身的一些信念、价值观和规条而已，所以我辛苦地在那讲的一些言语，无论有多么激情，也不能使他人接受。只有在有效果上加理论方面的认可，才有机会改变收听效果，达到真正的和谐!

在听取顾人福老师的课程中，我才真正明白我自身有太多的盲区，有太多的方式是没有效果的。我在工作中遇到的问题以及和同事之间的矛盾出在什么地方，课程使我有了整合。回到家，我就告诉自己，我不要再过这样的生活，我要把顾人福老师的课程带入我的生活、工作中，我要从中获取更多的成功快乐!

首先，我要自信，我要接受自己、认可自己，我在接受顾老师的“撒金粉”的个案，使我从中获取更多的力量，使我借助更多人的支持，是我找寻到“我是谁”我的价值在哪里!在那刻，我犹如一颗闪闪发亮的明珠在挥洒着我的“绚丽”。

其次，我在沟通中接受他人的信念、价值观和规条，找出一些行之有效地做法。在认可他人的同时，先达到一个和谐氛围，使我们有一个兴趣的起始，形成心与心的交汇。

最后，要达到“三赢”(我好、你好、世界好)的原则上去处理事情，有效地归纳，认识事情根源。

现在的我在工作上对任何事都以平和的心态去处理，和同事之间的关系也和睦了。其实让我感觉我从很大程度上得到提升，更收获到了自信与美丽。我如那明珠般闪亮。而这些我要感谢的不仅仅是自己，更要感谢的是引导我，如明镜照射出我的顾人福老师。谢谢你让我明白，我也可以成功快乐的生活。我要告诉更多的人，nlp这门学问对我的重要性!顾人福老师对我的帮助，同样地，在此我也祝顾人福老师，在心理学的路上越走越宽广，帮助更多有心理问题的人士走向幸福!
