All members must agree to abide by the standards established.

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world. The impact is long term and international in scope. Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole, depletion of the ozone layer, water pollution, air polution, etc., the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation, not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems.

As part of the same planet, it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment. Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment.

一唱雄鸡天下白，万方乐奏有于阗。我脑海中顿时想起了一段碑文：“三年以来，在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!三十年以来，在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!有次上溯到一千八百四十年，从那时起，为了反对内外敌人，争取民族独立和人民自由幸福，在历次斗争中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不不朽!”

正是这些革命英雄们誓死保卫国家，为人民革命解放战争不惜牺牲自己的性命，才换来今天祖国的繁荣昌盛，国泰民安。追溯先人，回望我们伟大祖国这70年的光辉岁月，不禁感叹这些伟大的奇迹，70年来的，砥砺奋进，70年的春华秋实，硕果累累，70多年来为中国梦不断努力的奋斗着，从1840年鸦片战争后100多年里，中国频遭侵略和蹂躏，中国人民饱受战祸和-之苦，而新中国成立以来的70年则彻底改变了中华民族的前途和命运，使中华民族走向伟大的复兴。

中国共产党人善于学习，勇于直面困难和挫折。自党--届--全会以后，中国共产党深刻总结我国社会主义建设正反两方面经验，果断做出把党和国家工作重心转移到经济建设上来，实行改革开放的历史性决策。改革开放后，以同志为主要代表的中国共产党人，。为主要代表的中国共产党人，成功将中国21世纪，为主要代表的中国共产党，成功在新的历史起点上坚持和发展了中国。--大以来，以为核心的党中央，带领全党全国各族人民进行伟大斗争，形成了新时代中国思想。在以主席为核心的党中央坚强领导下，党和国家的事业取得历史性成就发生历史性变革。自对内改革对外开放的全面展开，充分释放中国经济活力。2019年我国国内生产总值为900309亿元，经济总量首次站在90万亿元的历史新阶段稳居世界第二。我国也创造了民生改革的伟大奇迹，中国共产党始终把全心全意为人民服务作为根本宗旨，坚持让人民群众共享经济发展，故1978年到2019年我国农村贫困人口以下降到了1660万人。70年来，我国取得众多举世瞩目的科技成就，陆相成油理论、人工合成牛胰岛素、高温超导体、大数据、云计算等井喷式发展。

雄关漫漫真如铁，而今迈步从头越。在这伟大的70年里，我们看到，亿万同胞们为两个一百年的中国梦砥砺前行，为民族伟大复兴而不断努力着，我们跟随党的脚步，走中国道路，坚持中国社会主义理论体系，弘扬民族精神。

我们青少年行进在新时代，承载着历史的荣光，肩负着未来的希望，在共产党的领导下，我们一路走来，走向辉煌，走向复兴，走向伟大的中国梦。
