年三十那天，妈妈给我穿上了新衣服，我高兴极了!下午的时候爸爸、妈妈一起做好多我爱吃的菜，一起吃团圆饭时全家人都很开心。吃过团圆饭全家人坐在一起看春节联欢晚会，节日很精彩，有小品、有歌曲、还有歌舞。大人们都在包饺子。快十二点了，外面响起了鞭炮声。我和爸爸拿着鞭炮下了楼，到了楼下我闻到了烟火味，我们放了很多鞭炮，我还放了一个烟花。刚一点就连忙跑了回来，等了一会还没着就问爸爸怎么还没着啊!我去看一看吧!爸爸说：“不行小心崩着 ”，我说：“我会小心的 ”我去从点了一下，终于点着了，那五颜六色的鞭炮就像在空中盛开的花朵，美丽极了。放完了鞭炮，我们吃起了饺子，开始拜年了，每人都给了我压岁钱。

新的一年开始了，希望全家人都能幸福。希望我的学习进步。

梦想，一个人怎样没有梦想呢?没有梦想的人，生活平淡如水;有了梦想，才有了奋斗目标。我有一个梦想：学好文化知识，长大后为祖国效力，做一名出色的中国人。

开学初，我们全班一齐去观看了《开学的第一幕》，主题是：我的梦，中国梦。片中有一种特殊的人物，他们对祖国，对社会，对生命都充满了热爱。

我记得片中的故事：有一位着名的钢琴家因为小时候触电而导致双手残废了，但他有一个梦想，就是长大后做个钢琴家。如今他已永远失去了双手，再也不能弹钢琴了。因为这一点，他也曾放下过自我的梦想，但他都相信没有了双手，双脚也能够弹奏出美丽的音乐。果然，他勤学苦练，几年后他奇迹般地用自我的双脚弹奏出了极其优美的音乐。他自我也感叹了：应对自我的梦想，只要不放下，不泄气，就必须会成功。此刻，他做到了!

我们中国着名的武术家李连杰，他也对自我的梦想不放下。李连杰5岁就爱上了中国武术，他自我下定了决心：必须要练好武术，长大后将中国的武术发扬光大。那个时候，中国武术受到日本侵略者的鄙视，决定要和中国武术比一场。但人们都相信：中国武术才是最厉害的!日本人都认为中国武术都只是小儿科，三脚猫功夫，不用几招就能打败中国武术。实际上不是这样的。李连杰明白了，就决定必须要练好中国武术，我们中国武术才是大的。就这样，他心头有着坚定的信念，一向练啊，练啊……中国武术即使受到了瞟视，他也不会放下，会一向坚持。他必须会证明中国武术才是大的!

是的，谁都有生活的权利，谁都能够创造一个属于自我的缤纷世界。无论你是否拥有健全的体魄，只要你热爱生活，热爱生命，就必须能够创造出在即的春天，编织出属于自我的五彩斑斓的世界。生命虽然短暂，但是我们却能够让有限的生命体现出无限的生命价值。

张海迪姐姐她热爱生命，热爱生活。她是中国第一位残疾人首会代表。她是个双脚残废的人。但她没有被残疾所-，而是更坚强的去创造自我的生命价值。她之前有想过轻生，但她还是取消了这个信念。因为她相信，上天给予的生命是宝贵的。她也有一个梦想，就是好好写作，靠写作为生。她小时候就酷爱写作。在医院里她也常常看书，写字。因为她想只有这样，才不会浪费生命。由于她善待生命，尊重生命，珍爱生命，最终她实现了自我的梦想。

就算生活把梦想撕成了碎片，我们还有勇气能够粘贴顽强;就算这天把我们放逐流浪，我们还有力量能够寻找方向。不泄气，不抛弃，不放下，终有一天辉煌能够崛起!

我也有一个梦想：长大后做个宇航员，要实现这个梦想从此刻开始就要认真学习，专心听课，完成作业。为实现这个梦想而奋斗!

the family had just moved to rhode island, and the young woman was feeling a little melancholy on that sunday in may. after all, it was mothers day -- and 800 miles separated her from her parents in ohio.

so off they went, driving the country roads of northern rhode island on the kind of day only mid-may can produce：sparkling sunshine, unclouded azure skies and vibrant newness of the green growing all around. they went past small villages and burgeoning housing developments, past abandoned apple orchards, back to where trees and brush have devoured old homesteads.

come with me , the man said. over that hill is an old cellar hole, from somebodys farm of years ago, and there are lilacs all round it. the man who owns this land said i could poke around here anytime. im sure he wont mind if we pick a few lilacs.

他们停下车。车道两边长满了茂盛的雪松、杜松和白桦树。眼前没有一棵紫丁香。

随我来， 那个男人说， 翻过那座小山， 有个老地窖， 几年前是一个人的农场， 四周长满了紫丁香。这块地的主人说我可以随时到这儿来闲逛。我相信， 要是我们采几束紫丁香， 他不会介意。

before they got halfway up the hill, the fragrance of the lilacs drifted down to them, and the kids started running. soon, the mother began running, too, until she reached the top. there, far from view of passing motorists and hidden from encroaching civilization, were the towering lilacs bushes, so laden with the huge, cone-shaped flower clusters that they almost bent double. with a smile, the young woman rushed up to the nearest bush and buried her face in the flowers, drinking in the fragrance and the memories it recalled.

还没等他们到达半山腰， 紫丁香的芬芳已经向他们飘了过来。于是， 孩子们开始奔跑。不久， 那位母亲也开始跑起来， 直至到达山顶。

while the man examined the cellar hole and tried to explain to the children what the house must have looked like, the woman drifted among the lilacs. carefully, she chose a sprig here, another one there, and clipped them with her husbands pocket knife. she was in no hurry, relishing each blossom as a rare and delicate treasure. finally, though, they returned to their car for the trip home. while the kids chattered and the man drove, the woman sat smiling, surrounded by her flowers, a faraway look in her eyes.

when they were within three miles of home, she suddenly shouted to her husband, stop the car. stop right here! the man slammed on the brakes. before he could ask her why she wanted to stop, the woman was out of the car and hurrying up a nearby grassy slope with the lilacs still in her arms. at the top of the hill was a nursing home and, because it was such a beautiful spring day, the patients were outdoors strolling with relatives or sitting on the porch.

the young woman went to the end of the porch, where an elderly patient was sitting in her wheelchair, alone, head bowed, her back to most of the others. across the porch railing went the flowers, in to the lap of the old woman. she lifted her head, and smiled. for a few moments, the two women chatted, both aglow with happiness, and then the young woman turned and ran back to her family. as the car pulled away, the woman in the wheelchair waved, and clutched the lilacs.

mom, the kids asked, who was that?why did you give her our flowers?is she somebodys mother?the mother said she didnt know the old woman. but it was mothers day, and she seemed so alone, and who wouldnt be cheered by flowers?besides, she added, i have all of you, and i still have my mother, even if she is far away. that woman needed those flowers more than i did.

this satisfied the kids, but not the husband. the next day he purchased half a dozen young lilacs bushes and planted them around their yard, and several times since then he has added more.

i was that man. the young mother was, and is, my wife. now, every may, our own yard is redolent with lilacs. every mothers day our kids gather purple bouquets. and every year i remember that smile on a lonely old womans face, and the kindness that put the smile there.

If I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance more often, and never

give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. if we want light, we must

conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there

are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the

eagle and the snail.”

if i were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; i

would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that

a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once.the habit of

attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown

up people say “ i could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although I

wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

if I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the

cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible

means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to

remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little

trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.

Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food.On the lunar New Year s Day,most

families make a lot of delicious dumplings.To make them,follow this easy

process.

The first step is to mix the flour with water.When the dough is ready,we

can begin to make dumpling wrappers.We use a rolling pole to roll the dough into

small,thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook.When the wrappers

are done,it s time to prepare the filling.Usually,we use meat such as beef or

mutton,and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.You may

actually choose whatever you like to put into it.We must chop those things into

small pieces.Then put some salt,oil and other condiments into it and stir it

evenly.When all these preparations are done,we can start making dumplings.First

put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.Then stick the two

opposite sides together and then the rest.Don t just cover the filling with the

wrappers.The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship,because when they are

boiling in the pan,they look like ships sailing in the sea.The smell can make

your mouth water.

Some days ago,it was the Chinese Spring Festival.So I went to shopping with

my parents.the old saying said that to go to outside to have a walk in the new

year,you could get the good luck within this whole year.it always a happy

festival in our country,and the folk in the departments were very happiness. it

was very crowded.we went to the downtown to buy some presents for our

relatives,of course,i got a big present from my parents.it was a thing that i

wanted to get for a long time.you know,it was the festival,so all the

departments were saled their products in a low price. its cheap for us.all the

things you saw were perfect.i was very happy that i could go to shopping with my

parents. because i could get the present,and the most important reason is i

could go with my parents.
