然而，在日常生活中，人们往往对于承担责任，承认错误怀有恐惧感。应为承担错误，承担责任往往与接收惩罚相联系。所以，一旦出了问题，人们首先就把问题归罪于他人，总是寻找各式各样的借口和理由为自己开脱，其实，这些理由并不能掩盖以经出现的问题，也不会减轻要承担的责任。最终是得不到他人信任。

没有责任感的军官不是好军官，没有责任感的员工不是好员工，们有责任感的公民不是好公民。毋庸置疑，缺乏责任感难免会失职。我们与其找理由开脱，不如勇于承担责任。

如果我们犯了错，首先想到的肯定是顾全面子而逃避责任，如果不勇于承担责任，最后吃亏的还是自己。

作为一个平凡的人，在做事中难免会出错，重要的是如何在失误的时候去面对失误，对失误的态度，就可以衡量一个人的道德品行。是自己的责任就要全力承担责任，一定不要去推卸责任。

I am a student who studies in a school which is located in Harbin. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems. Of course, I am also satisfied with their education. I have a lot of friends who can make me try to form them good study habits. Because of that, I often get up early and try my best to study well.I also like you that I have favorite subject, also have dislike subject. I prefer learning English to learning others. It is easily of me to learn this lesson, I often get an "A" in the exam. In my In my opinion，In the future work, the English study also play an important role. I do not like Chinese because it is so boring that I cant stand sleeping. In order to make progress, I have to try my best to learn it well. I also want to lay a good foundation in all subjects. I believe, in the near future, I am learning will be successful.

Physical recreations and intellectual activities are the two major ways of spending our leisure time. While some people have interests in both of them, most of us also have preferable way to spend our time off. I prefer a balance of these kinds of activities to provide both the physical conditioning and mental stimulation I need to face in the daily grind. For me, physical recreation is necessary for good health but intellectual pursuits such as reading stories provide the most pleasure.

I really enjoy my school life. School life should be interesting and colorful, just as the saying goes, "The school life is everyone young men, the source of happiness."

随着年纪的增长，看着桌上的那一叠叠测试卷和试题，我，真的有长大吗?或者只有长相与与身体的成长，而内心却无所改变?希望过去与现在的忠告，使我不再茫然。

还记得四年级时，我不小心将同学一起养的宠物给弄死了，那时候的我，只会一味的怪罪他人，找藉口掩盖自己的过错，虽然最后得到了原谅，但是还是受不了良心 的谴责。告诉老师，宠物是我弄死了。老师说：“做错事不能只是推卸责任，一定要勇敢承认，才可以获得他人的信任。”对那时候的我来说，是一句深奥的话，也是一句对自己忠告，紧紧的记了下来。现在，我懂了，老师却离开我们学校了，不过，我一定要告诉她：我已经是一个勇于承担责任的人了!

有一本书上写着：“很多时候，我们只看到不幸的表面，流血的创口，受伤的心;我们只会埋怨、诉苦、哀怜不满。却不知道通过苦难的试炼、痛苦的经验、泪水 的洗涤，神会使一个无用的生命发出不朽的光辉，会使粗砺的砂砾变成无价的珍宝。”这对他人来说或许只是一句名言佳句，但是对于五年级时的我，却大有用处。因为，那时候，我正要参加一个比赛，用尽了全力，想赢得冠军，却因准备的不够充足而名落孙山、榜上无名。那时候妈妈正要安慰我，我却一声不响的走进自己的 房间大哭一场，仿佛从云端跌落谷底。在伤心之际，我随手翻开了书，后来看到一颗珍珠这篇文章，觉得蚌的遭遇和我很像，但牠不像我因此而放弃，最后孕育出一颗光滑圆润的珍珠。看到最后，我决定不怕困难继续向前冲!这个忠告，使我不怕困难、挫折的挑战!

如今，我已经初一了，身旁的同学不知道是太熟知人情事故，纷纷伪装自己，在别人面前总是戴上了不同的面具，连同学原本的个性都不知道，甚至彼此冷漠相 待。但是，我不会那样做，更不懂的怎样做，所以，我喜欢为同学带来温暖、信心与勇气，鼓励他们不怕困难挑战，勇敢站上人生的战场!我希望：不管是过去或未来的我，都能够有着一颗喜爱帮助人的心、不怕挫折、可以承担责任及可爱纯真、乐观善良的个性!
