Under the control of laws, people who have little individual responsibility would probably not dare to do any crime in fear of law punishment. Besides laws, for example in school, rules are also an important factor as well as individual responsibility. Nowadays, in most universities, a student who does not pass some certain courses in his four years college life would not get his diploma of bachelors degree. So even if a student does not like his discipline, or dose not care about his GPA, the pressure of graduating forces him not to playing computer or basketball all the time.

In addition, individual responsibility and forces from outside world have overlapped parts some times. For instance, studying diligently is some hard- working students individual responsibility as well as the pressure from schools and society.

Generally speaking, it is hasty and incorrect to conclude that the concept of individual responsibility is a necessary fiction. On the contrary, individual responsibility plays an important role which cannot be replaced. However, laws and the exterior force also have their significance as well. 互联网是虚拟空间，但责任不能虚拟，每一名网民都应葆有责任意识，比如发言应有边界，“你的权利止于我的鼻尖”。

每个人都有话语权，但网络大V因其粉丝众多，且知名度较高而拥有更大的话语权，有学者认为，当名人遇上微博, 他们的舆论能量激增至“满格”，微博时代就是意见领袖的时代。不管此论是否夸张，大V的影响力都不容小觑。

网友曾有这种说法，“当你的粉丝超过100，你就好像是一本内刊;超过1 000，你就是个布告栏;超过1万，你就像一本杂志;超过10万，你就是一份都市报;超过1 000万，你就是一家电视台。”有些网络大V的粉丝量高达一千多万，甚至两三千万，他们在微博上挥斥方遒，呼风唤雨，更应该谨言慎行。

比如，一个未经证实的假消息，一旦经过大V转发，瞬间便可能传诸微博各个角落，天下人皆知。其负面影响不容低估，即便最终被证伪，造成的影响也难以短期内消除。

面对一条可疑的信息，大V在转发前应多问几个为什么，少一些架秧子起哄的心态。正如新浪网总编辑陈彤所称，随意转发新闻造成网络轰动效应确实不太妥当，“转发之前最起码应该首先上网搜索一下，查查到底有没有这回事。”

历史学者纪连海披露，他曾给一个转发过虚假新闻的资深媒体人发过私信，指责他没有经过核实就发布假新闻欠缺专业精神，甚至怀疑他是否另有目的。不知道这个资深媒体人到底是哪位，但不少大V都曾转发过虚假新闻。

要求所有的大V都是福尔摩斯并不现实，但大V管住自己的鼠标并不难，遇到一些所谓的爆炸性新闻，不妨缓一缓再转。

大V承担社会责任具有丰富内涵，不随意转发未经证实的新闻只是一个层面。

一个负责任的大V还体现在凝聚正能量、传播正能量，需要理清的是，并非只有唱赞歌才是正能量，“带头维护公民个人合法权益，自觉抵制一切有损他人名誉和利益的行为”“带头遵守法律和道德规范，努力成为法治和道德的倡导者”“网络名人应积极倡导社会诚信，为社会诚信建设做出贡献”等都属于正能量。

正能量也不是只说什么、转发什么，还体现在做什么，通过网络平台，做一些荫佑弱势群体的公益活动，当然更是正能量。

网络是公共空间，微博也是公共媒介，在这个公共场上发言，就有责任珍惜它，维护它，“大V讲道理，网友讲诚信”，网络环境少一些病态，多一些互信，每个人都是受益者。

我们常听说：天下兴亡,匹夫有责。但“天下兴亡，我的责任”还是头一回听说。文中，高震东老师教育我们，大事做的好，但小事没做好，一样不行。

我们这一代，肩负着重大的责任。遇到事情时，要做的不是把责任推出去，而是应该把责任揽过来。就像地上有垃圾，你不清理，我也不清理，都等着别人去清理，就是不负责任的表现。同样的，地上有垃圾，我捡起来，地板不就干净了吗?如果人人都负起责任，那么中华民族一定会崛起。

虽说中国的经济上去了，但道德没有跟上。高震东老师举了两个纸屑的例子。一个是福特应聘时，捡起地上的一张渍纸，就因为这样一个小举动，福特被录用了，后来成就了美国最大的汽车公司福特汽车。另一个例子是亚运会在日本结束后，六万人的会场没有一张废纸!再看看中国，升旗后，满场废纸。这是多么鲜明的对比。从这个细节上反映出中国和日本的差距。从而也可以看出一件小事的重要性。

一座房子要想建的高建的牢，除了材料好，结构设计合理外，还要有稳定的根基。而房子的根基就是由“水泥”“沙子”“石头”这样的“小事”构成的。如果一座房子没有坚实的根基，外表再美观再豪华又有何用?迟早是要倒塌的。只有稳定的根基，房子才能建的高建的稳。

同样的，生活中很多事情没做好，不是因为大的方面没做好，恰恰在于小事上。文中美国太空3号，仅因为一节30元的电池，让投入几亿元的登月计划报废了。我曾经看过一个故事：一航班在飞行过程中机窗突然爆裂，机长被强大的气流卷了出去，幸好他本能的勾住了一把椅子。在副驾驶员竭力帮助下，终于与总部取得联系，飞机在英国机场迫降。事故后人们寻找原因，原来是因为一位维修工在更换机窗螺母时，安了一枚错误的螺母。一枚小小的螺母差点酿成重大事故。由此可见，我们不能忽视小事。

“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”，中国13亿人，13亿人一人节省一盆水，就可以为国家节省多少资源?大事都是由小事组成的，小到一个人的皮肉骨，大到海由无数水滴组成。我们都明白“积少成多”的道理，大家都从小事、小善做起，就会变成大事、大善，反之，小恶汇集起来就会演变成大恶!所以，小事尽管小，但都是我们的责任。

出了家门，我们就代表自己的家庭，出了国门，我们就代表国家，所以不能丢了中国人的脸。在外国，假设吐了一口痰，丢脸的不是自己，而是给中国人丢人。因为外国人一定会想，这个人这么没有素质，那么这个人所在的国家肯定也不怎么样。所以，我们爱国，不一定要为国家做多大的贡献，可以从小事做起，对自己负责任，那也是爱国。

读完这篇文章，让我有了深刻的认识。对自己负责，就是对国家负责。有事时，不要一味的推卸责任。生活处处是小事，小事往往能看出一个人的秉性。从今天开始，从此时开始，我们要学会负责任，肩负起责任。

只有当我们担当起了自己的责任时，才能够把事情做好。就像学生的责任主要是好好学习;老师的责任主要是传授给学生知识;警察的责任主要是维护社会治安;清洁工人的责任主要是打扫卫生。

当今的社会最需要的是责任心强的人，只有每个人都积极的去承担自己的责任，才能把各项工作做好，我们的社会才会有所进步。一个人想要赢得他人的信任，就要在他人面前树立起威信，就必须要有责任心。如：一个班干部想要在班上树立起威信，想要管理好这个班级，让这个班级团结向上，那么她自己必须以身作则，必须担当起一个班干部的责任，这样才会使同学们信任她，佩服她，从而在班上建立了一个班干部的威信。

有的人认为：想要担当起自己的责任并一丝不苟地去做，是一件很困难的事情。其实并不难，只要一步一个脚印的认真地去做，必定会成功的!负责任是我们每个人都应该做的，而不负责任的人，不仅是对他人的不尊重，还是对他人的祸害，甚至还有可能会害了自己，所以这种损人不利己的事前往不要做。责任重于泰山。
