感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

如今，我已经初一了，身旁的同学不知道是太熟知人情事故，纷纷伪装自己，在别人面前总是戴上了不同的面具，连同学原本的个性都不知道，甚至彼此冷漠相待。但是，我不会那样做，更不懂的怎样做，所以，我喜欢为同学带来温暖、信心与勇气，鼓励他们不怕困难挑战，勇敢站上人生的战场！我希望：不管是过去或未来的我，都能够有着一颗喜爱帮助人的心、不怕挫折、可以承担责任及可爱纯真、乐观善良的个性！

我们常听说：天下兴亡,匹夫有责。但“天下兴亡，我的责任”还是头一回听说。文中，高震东老师教育我们，大事做的好，但小事没做好，一样不行。

我们这一代，肩负着重大的责任。遇到事情时，要做的不是把责任推出去，而是应该把责任揽过来。就像地上有垃圾，你不清理，我也不清理，都等着别人去清理，就是不负责任的表现。同样的，地上有垃圾，我捡起来，地板不就干净了吗?如果人人都负起责任，那么中华民族一定会崛起。

虽说中国的经济上去了，但道德没有跟上。高震东老师举了两个纸屑的例子。一个是福特应聘时，捡起地上的一张渍纸，就因为这样一个小举动，福特被录用了，后来成就了美国最大的汽车公司福特汽车。另一个例子是亚运会在日本结束后，六万人的会场没有一张废纸!再看看中国，升旗后，满场废纸。这是多么鲜明的对比。从这个细节上反映出中国和日本的差距。从而也可以看出一件小事的重要性。

一座房子要想建的高建的牢，除了材料好，结构设计合理外，还要有稳定的根基。而房子的根基就是由“水泥”“沙子”“石头”这样的“小事”构成的。如果一座房子没有坚实的根基，外表再美观再豪华又有何用?迟早是要倒塌的。只有稳定的根基，房子才能建的高建的稳。

同样的，生活中很多事情没做好，不是因为大的方面没做好，恰恰在于小事上。文中美国太空3号，仅因为一节30元的电池，让投入几亿元的登月计划报废了。我曾经看过一个故事：一航班在飞行过程中机窗突然爆裂，机长被强大的气流卷了出去，幸好他本能的勾住了一把椅子。在副驾驶员竭力帮助下，终于与总部取得联系，飞机在英国机场迫降。事故后人们寻找原因，原来是因为一位维修工在更换机窗螺母时，安了一枚错误的螺母。一枚小小的螺母差点酿成重大事故。由此可见，我们不能忽视小事。

“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”，中国13亿人，13亿人一人节省一盆水，就可以为国家节省多少资源?大事都是由小事组成的，小到一个人的皮肉骨，大到海由无数水滴组成。我们都明白“积少成多”的道理，大家都从小事、小善做起，就会变成大事、大善，反之，小恶汇集起来就会演变成大恶!所以，小事尽管小，但都是我们的责任。

出了家门，我们就代表自己的家庭，出了国门，我们就代表国家，所以不能丢了中国人的脸。在外国，假设吐了一口痰，丢脸的不是自己，而是给中国人丢人。因为外国人一定会想，这个人这么没有素质，那么这个人所在的国家肯定也不怎么样。所以，我们爱国，不一定要为国家做多大的贡献，可以从小事做起，对自己负责任，那也是爱国。

读完这篇文章，让我有了深刻的认识。对自己负责，就是对国家负责。有事时，不要一味的推卸责任。生活处处是小事，小事往往能看出一个人的秉性。从今天开始，从此时开始，我们要学会负责任，肩负起责任。

是呀!只要我们留心，在生活的每个角落都有责任的体现。当你在教室打扫卫生的时候，你为班级的清洁负有责任;当你将易拉罐投入垃圾箱时，你在为社会负着责任;当你将自己的零用钱捐给环保基金会的时候，你是在为整个地球负着责任。我们所做的每一件事，似乎都是在承担责任。由此可见，做人要有责任感。

世界上成功的人更是有着极高的责任感。我国古代著名医学家李时珍为了了解“红果”的药效，居然自己吃了三次，险些被毒死，他当时就是抱着对医学研究的责任而工作的。化学家戴维在发现了七种化学元素后，本着对学术研究的责任感，又反复研究了两年，才将成果发表。鲁迅先生，抱着对革命的高度责任感，在白色恐怖下为共产党人保管、转移文稿……这些不都说明了责任对一个人是多么重要吗?

然而一个人若没有责任感，便会给社会、个人带来不幸。正因为某些人的不负责任，使美丽的彩虹桥转瞬之间化为一堆垃圾;正因为某些人的不负责任，使湛江海关成为走私的“天堂”，使国家蒙受了上亿元的损失。不负责任是多么可怕的事啊!

著名教育家蔡元培先生说过：“做人，要先负责。”21世纪的人们，让我们负起自己的责任吧!这样明天将会更美好!
