英语老师姓丁，家在阳曲，可能地理位置有些偏辟，所以考出来不大容易。本来在另一所中学里教高中，后来考入我校，校长让他教初中。这让他十分失望，有时还在学生中露出了像李白一样怀才不遇的痛苦和颓唐。有时又高兴地告诉我们，我们是他教的第一拔学生!?

可能是刚刚带学生，他有年轻老师的激情，为我们自费复印英语资料，很喜欢在读英语课文时，一边作着奇里古怪的样子，一边发出奇里古怪的声音。有时上课，讲着讲着就讲起了自己的自传，于是常常在自我的唾沫星子中陶醉得难以自拔。上他的课让我感到十分的快乐和高兴，只是因为成绩不好而十分愧对他。不知为什么，我学也学不好，只能在每次考完试以后都躲着他。很亏心很愧疚地面对他对我的微笑，但他从来不说我不好，一次又一次地原谅我。

又一次，语文老师让我们以描写一位老师的神态特征为作业，到了下节课是英语。他进来十分讨好的让我们写他。回家后我写了两篇，有一篇是写他的，到了教室，临交作业时我又拿回了，结果我的另一篇得了第一，上课时他说已看过，可惜不是写他的。到后来越到中考我觉得愧对老师，现在考完了，我却一直想着他，想着欠他的一篇作文。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. 2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

今天中午一出门，天上的乌云像蝗虫群一样，一会儿就布满了天空。“唉，今天的天气真差！昨天还下雨了，这泥泞路真难走！”我边走边想，心情不是很好。

终于摆脱了这泥泞的小路，到达了教学楼。走到五三班教室门口，第一眼看到的是两个外国人！教室里的同学们七嘴八舌的议论着：“噍！那个女老师长着一张娃娃脸，真好看！”“看，那个男老师长的真高，看起来好和蔼！”听他们这么议论，我才知道原来是两个外国老师，还知道了他们是从巴基斯坦来的，专门来给我们上课的。

那个男老师开始跟我们班同学交流，先是跟英语大王——王建栋交流，然后又挨个和每一个同学对话。问的都是“What’syourname？”、“Howareyou？”之类的话。

上课了，我们迅速坐到自己的位置上，女老师开始介绍自己。她的名字叫卡莎，喜欢喝酸奶，并且打开电脑，用大屏幕给我们放映英语单词的图片，上面各种美食把同学们爱吃的本性全部拉出来了。下半节课，我们进行了英语对话，虽然有些单词不认识，但至少“yesorno”说的挺有外国范了。

两个老师整堂课都是用英语讲的，我感到很不适应，所以讲的大部分都听不懂。但是他们讲课的方式很特别，风格也都很幽默，同学们不时的发出阵阵笑声，我心情也变得开朗起来。

下课铃响了，两个外国老师就要走了，随着班主任的一声“快抢镜”！同学们一拥而上，把两位老师给团团围住，都想离他们近一点儿，有几个挤不进去的同学，情急之下竟上了桌子。等大家都站好之后，家委会的会长孙铭悦的妈妈给我们拍照留念。

真是一堂难忘的英语课！

Everyone has different hobbies.Some people like to paint and others like to play basketball.I have many hobbies because I like to do many things.Let me share a few of my hobbies with you.

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

可当我走到第四家时，超市里的服务员却不给我推荐零食了，而是跑到一旁人围的如山一样的人堆看什么稀奇去了，我便也好奇的走过去，使尽吃奶的力气挤进去，才看见一位老太太正摸着自己的脚坐在地上不停地呻吟，旁边一位女服务员也不停地让她去医院检查。我十分不解，于是便问一位阿姨是怎么一回事?

原来啊!一位女服务员抱着两件啤酒要放在货架上，可是女服务员的前面有一位老太太走得太慢，她又走的快，再加上自己的手拿的东西太多太重，一下子“刹不住车”，不小心就跌倒了，而手里的东西一扔，因此，老太太被啤酒砸伤了脚，又黑又肿又流血，被砸的面积又大，哎哟!更不幸的是，老太太穿的还是凉鞋，这不是雪上加霜吗?可是女服务员不管怎么劝老太太去医院，老太太都不答应。

我想：就没有人站出来劝劝吗?我刚想到这里，一位年轻的叔叔突然站出来说：“大娘，你伤得也不轻，坐在这里不是办法，不如到医院去看看，把伤口包扎一下，过几天就没事了。”一位阿姨也接着说：“就是就是”。于是，所有人都七嘴八舌的劝起来，当然，我也不例外，老太太听见这么多人都在劝，也许是感动了，说：“好吧好吧”。于是那位年轻的叔叔又把老太太背到医院包扎了伤口，这时，我感觉好温暖……

Last summer holiday, I visited to Xiamen with my parentsby plane. My

English teacher once told us that Xiamen is a beautiful city that worth of

visiting. We stayed there for four days. We lived in a small fishing village. On

the first day, we visited to Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen

University is consideredas the most beautiful and romantic campus in China.

Indeed, its fantastic and its buildings are distinctive. On the second days, we

enjoyed the scenery of Jimei District. On the third day, We visited to Gulangyu.

Its amazing and I like it very much. There are many small specific stores.

However, the huge tourist visitors make the small island crowed. Anyway, it was

今年寒假，还下了一场很大很大的雪。在这场雪里，我终于知道雪花是什么形状的啦，那就是六角形。我们在这雪地里，堆起了有史以来最大的一个雪人。然后我坐在雪橇上，由我的爸爸来推，真有趣啊！我坐在上面，因为速度太快，所以都不敢睁眼睛了！我们还把鞭炮插在雪里，然后点燃鞭炮，“啪”的一声，雪地里被炸了个大坑，真好玩！

今年寒假，我还学到了不少知识呢！通过训练，我掌握了一些写作文的技巧，就算我的爸爸不在身边，我写出来的作文有百分之八十的可能性得上小红花。对于数学，好多以前不会做的题也慢慢会做了。英语我还掌握了一些其他比较难的单词。而且我每天都看吴姐姐讲历史故事，所以也稍微懂一点历史。我还看课外书，坚持每天看一个小时，时间长了，我学的生字也就多了。我也觉得很高兴！

这个寒假，不论是学习、玩耍，都让我快乐、成长和进步。我们在老家玩，我们打雪仗，我们看课外书等，都有着一样的难忘！
