2012年10月15日，我们学校举办了每年一度的秋季校运会。班上同学一个个都摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。我也不例外。男子100、女子100、男子1000、……这些项目我们都取得了优秀的成绩。最后一项是50米的迎面接力，特别重要，因为当时我们班距离第一名总分只差2分，若是这一项能拿下小组第一，便能瞬间反超、逆袭。全班同学脸色都十分凝重，没有一个人愿意这一次留下遗憾。我忍不住说：“大家把手叠在一起，喊个加油吧！”同学们的手叠在一起，就像我们的心也连在了一起。“砰”这是开跑的枪声，也是冲锋的号角，排头的同学如离弦之箭般快速冲了出去，跑着跑着，一旁观战的我们几乎已经认为第一是我们的囊中之物了，我们班接力的同学超过第二名得有十几米远呢。谁知道，异军突起，生活总是充满“惊喜”，我们班的一个女生在接力的过程中脚一扭，直挺挺地坐在了地上。我们吓懵了，下一秒就是响遍全场的“加油，别放弃”。她坚持着站了起来，可是第二名已经跑出去很远，第三名都快追上来了，结果可想而知，我们输了，那位女生哭得满脸泪水、泣不成声，不断地说着“对不起”。我们全班紧紧相依，脸上有泪，但是都还不忘不停安慰她。就在那一瞬我隐约明白了家人的含义，同甘而不能共苦的，那不是家人；只有能赢了一起笑，输了一起哭的那才是我们的家人。

三年里，我们的心情会随着每次考试成绩跌宕起伏；也会为了每一次的班级活动尽心尽力；有过争吵、有过面红耳赤却会很快握手言欢；八人小组不仅承担学习互助还是心灵沟通之桥；上下铺的兄弟吃喝睡一起、学习一起、打篮球一起，……。

时间总是在忙碌中流逝，2015年5月12日，距离中考仅有一个月的时间，同学们都自觉静心学习，班长买来了面包和饮料。

2015年6月1日，距离中考仅有16天，班上的气氛紧张压抑，老师逐一开导。

第一次失败

什么是失败?有人说失败就是从高高的云层掉入山谷才是失败;有人说只有努力而得不到才叫失败;我的第一次失败竟如明星，成为挥只不去的记忆。

就在学校选大队长的时候。我们班的班主任很器重我，也很看好我，决定在这次选大队长的时候让我去选大队长。

第一次成功

我在作文上取得的第一次成功，是在上三年级下期的时候。

那时我们刚学写作文，每到月末的时候，扬老师就会出作文题目让我们来考试，我每天晚上都看作文书，学习别人作文中的优美词语，一有空闲时间就练习写作文，从来没有松懈过。一次月考的时间一天天逼近，我一天比一天紧张。考试前一天晚上，我紧张了一整夜。但也有一点兴奋。因为明天就可以看到自己辛苦这么多天的回报了。

作文考试开始了，我接到考试卷子，不禁吓呆了，作文是写景的，这可是我的弱项啊!不过前几天看了那么多写景的作文，总算学到了一些好词佳句和写作方法。我考试的时候很紧张，但一想到妈妈的鼓励就没有那么紧张，我沉着镇定的写作文，边写还边挖空心思地去想，时不时还要加上一些优美的词句。终于，一篇写景的作文在我的笔下完成了。我自认为这篇七拼八凑的作文不怎么好，因为我对自己写的作文总是不很满意。过了一会儿，老师就把试卷评改出来了，我拿到试卷，被一阵狂喜冲晕了头，我的作文竟然一分也没有扣。

评讲作文的时候，老师让我上台念了这篇作文，我刚念完，教室里就响起了雷鸣般的掌声。所有的同学都向我投来羡慕的目光，老师也在我面前举起大拇指。此时此刻我非常自豪和兴奋，心想：这样的荣誉与我前几天的努力是分不开的，毕竟功夫不负有心人。今后我一定继续再接再厉。

与朋友分别时的不舍，与家人重逢时的喜悦，成功时的欢乐，失败时的沮丧，都令我们难忘。但你是否经历过与最亲的人说永远的分别呢？而我这一次却亲身感受到了这种说不出的“痛”。

不久前，我得到爷爷去世的噩耗。当我听到这个消息时，我对妈妈发了脾气：“妈妈，您怎能拿这样的事与我开玩笑呢？我和爷爷通话也不过几个小时而已，况且爷爷也不过是生了点小病，怎么会发生这种事？肯定不会的，我的爷爷一向是那么伟大，那么坚强，这点小病，对于爷爷来说，简直是小菜一碟。”我似乎不愿意去接受这个突如其来的消息，我是多么想找个地洞钻下去啊，躲避这个对于我来说是多么沉重打击的事情啊！而妈妈也两眼红彤彤的，眼角还有泪珠，他对我说：“孩子，我知道你也没有想到你和爷爷的这次通话，却是最后一次永别，你一定要坚强。”那天下午，在去爷爷家的路上，耳边不时响起忧伤的曲子，夜风袭来，我仿佛感到天就要塌下来了。此时此刻，我回想起与爷爷一起度过的幸福时光，每一件事都从我的眼前划过。

打开记忆的闸门，那是发生在小时候的事，那原本是一个令人快乐的日子——春节。春节时家家户户都张灯结彩，街道上车水马龙，人们川流不息，我怀着一颗愉快的心情，与爷爷一起去了街上。买年货时，我一边走一边对爷爷说：“爷爷，我要买烤鸭，还有薯片，金牛糖……，我都要买。”正当我说得起劲时，一辆三轮车，从我脚下开过，爷爷看见我被车撞了，急忙把我抱起，往医院冲去。过了一会儿，到了医院，我的脚虽然没有什么太大的毛病，但是爷爷为了不让爸爸、妈妈担心，他在医院整整守了我一天一夜。第二天，爷爷因为穿得太少，而感冒了。此时，我感受到了那伟大的爱，想起以前对爷爷的不满，对爷爷的埋怨，真的感到十分后悔。有时，爷爷和其他老人聊天的时候会说：“在我们老了以后，最担心的就是自己去世的那一段时间，而那时也是在暗示我们的一生就要走到尽头了。”而我却不以为然，认为这只是一个平凡的梦而已，而那也是一个虚假而充满谎言的梦。

人不是鸟，不了解鸟自由飞翔的快乐；鸟不是鱼，不了解鱼自由遨游的幸福；你不是我，不了解我对爷爷的思念。虽然爷爷去世了，但在我的心里，总感觉爷爷在天上看着我，保佑我，祝福我。爷爷，我多么想在我无助的时候，有您的陪伴啊；在我伤心时，有您的安慰啊；在欢乐时，与您一同分享。哪怕只是心灵上的一点安慰，我都会感动得稀里哗啦，在您与这个美丽的世界说再见时，是否会时常想起世上还有一个十分爱您的孙女呢？您就这样走了，而我却失去了您，我想：您可能是太累了！睡着了吧！

到了夜晚，我对着天空说我的心里话，因为天空似乎让我看到了几年前您那甜甜的微笑。爷爷，您知道吗？以前的每一个假期的夜晚，您都会讲您小时候那让您永远也抹不掉的回忆，甚至有时我会听着听着，不由自主的流起泪来。因为您的童年太让人感到阵阵温暖了，想到这些我又忍不住流下了对您思念的泪水。如今，没有了您的陪伴，我是多么孤独啊！爷爷，我想您了！我每次都哭出了对您的不舍，哭出了失去您的痛苦，哭出了那无法接受的现实。爷爷，我爱您！！！

傍晚，我坐在书桌前，静静地凝视夕阳遗留在我书桌上的剪影，细细地品味手机中传出来的悦耳的歌声，不禁感叹时光是无情的小偷，趁人不备就偷走了初中三年的时光。也许有人会庆幸三年难熬的学习生活终于过去了，但对我来说，初中，真的就是一首难忘的歌。

回忆中总是涌动着温情的画面。也许，我会忘记英语的就近原则和动词形式，但我永远忘不了英语老师为我们成绩担忧的话语；也许，我会忘记数学的三角函数和二次函数，但我永远也忘不了数学老师为了我们掉下的泪滴；也许，我会忘记语文那难以攻克的古诗词，但我永远忘不了语文老师在外面偶尔纪律不好时的表情；也许，我会忘记了牛顿第一定律，但我永远忘不了物理在考前同我们一起拼命复习；也许，我会忘记了实验室制气体的要点，但我永远忘不了化学老师因着急而泛红的美丽脸颊……

不光是老师们的关爱，整个初中也都洋溢着同学们的陪伴啊！

难忘的是拔河比赛，大家一同努力胜过了高我们一年的初三；难忘的是足球场上，大家相互配合取得胜利的笑容；难忘的是课间闲暇时候，大家一起思考攻克难题的情景……

不知不觉的，这间小小的教室已然承载了如此多的温馨和欢声笑语，我们师生俨然已凝结成了一个快乐的大家庭。

“青春如同奔流的江河，一去不回，来不及道别。”这句歌词在我的耳畔被不断放大，心中有根琴弦似乎也即将绷断。我不禁潸然泪下了。

在我的心中，那初中的苦乐，永远是一首难忘的歌，久久地唱响着……
