我常常想，我的梦想是什么？

从去年10月份开始，第一中学一校区倾力建设班级文化，发挥文化育人功能，调动了学生自我教育、自我管理的积极性。

高中学生，思想渐趋成熟，独立性较强。要想取得较好的教育效果，就必须找到一个合适的载体，教育方式也要为同学们所接受。谈起高中学生的教育，负责学生管理工作的副校长李计明如此坦言。

学校班级文化建设包括设计班级标牌、给学校植物园挂牌、建立图书角、设计班级宣传栏等版块。学生们结合班级特点，在班主任和教师的引导下，从形式到内容对本班标牌、图书角、宣传栏、植物园等进行了精心的设计。

在教学楼，随意走进任何一个班级，你都感受到浓厚的班级文化。催人向上的班训、闪耀着智慧光芒的座右铭、充满无限期待的班主任寄语、散发着书香的图书角、经常更新的宣传栏等，似乎都在显示着一种无形的教育力量。

说起班级文化建设的效果，学校德育处副主任苏江喜形于色。他介绍，为配合班级文化建设，学校将校园内的绿地、道路等分成28个区块，28个班每班负责一个区块的管护。学生们非常用心，为责任区块命名、赋予其深刻的含义。从这几个月的班级文化建设运行情况看，校园卫生状况得到明显改观，学生的组织纪律性明显增强。更主要的是，学生们的精神面貌也发生了较大变化。
