① 做好课前准备，即预习。精神上的准备十分重要，保持课内精力旺盛，头脑清醒，以及对探求知识的极大兴趣，是学好知识的前提条件。

② 集中注意力。思想开小差会分心等一切都要靠理智强

制自己专心听讲，靠意志来排除干扰。
