一、指导思想

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? When I was very small, I was so envious about the adults, because they could do whatever they wanted and did not have to depend on their parents. 到了那里，我就和我的好朋友张思凡聊了起来，过了一会儿，他的爸爸说：“你们带上杯子去捉螃蟹吧!”我们都异口同声的答道：“好啊!”于是我们去拿了两个杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我们边找螃蟹她边对我说：“要把石头搬起来，才能找到螃蟹。”于是我翻开了一块比较大的石头，一看，一对紫色钳子，碧绿色的壳儿，一双大大的眼睛，举着它的钳子，挥舞着，好像想夹我们一样，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它却一下子夹住了我的手，我的手顿时流了很多血，这时我的好朋友张思凡赶紧把它的一条腿抓住，放进了杯子里，然后她就把我带回了饭店用创可贴贴一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回饭店的时候，我的伙伴的脚不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起来，我说：“你的脚慢慢的用力往上抬。”过了一会她的脚终于挣脱了出来，可是鞋还在里面，“我来帮你!”我说，于是，我就费了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出来，然后我们两个互相搀扶着回了饭店，我们休息了一会又跑下去了，我又搬开一块石头，看见了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我赶紧抓住了它的一条腿，放进了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、弹涂鱼、还有一种很奇怪的蟹。

那里可真好玩儿啊!我觉得有点遗憾，因为我只在那里住了一天，还没玩够，就回家了，所以下次，我还要到那里去玩。
