My dear mom told me lots of things that instruct me all my life. I love you, my dear mom.

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a note on the table for my mum and it said,Today is my birthday,dont forget it!At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,Coming home late tonight,mum and dad.I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

是我一位善解人意、勤劳好乐、以身作则的好姥姥，在我的心里刮起可亲可敬可爱的涟漪。

从我上中小学刚开始，姥姥就每天承担专车接送我，一直到现在。平常在家里有时间就帮着做一点家务活，闲暇时间看一下报刊。近期，她喜爱上打赶潮流，并且是随时，不要说，还像模像样的呢!当我还在听英文录音带，学英语单词时，姥姥也来看热闹。拾起丢掉近40年的英文，与我一起学习。问她为何，她还是那句俗话：“还并不是为了更好地不落伍于社会发展。”母亲喜欢看《时尚》、哪些《读者》、《收获》、书报刊一大堆。可是一看，姥姥就跑到母亲身旁津津乐道地看上去，她看见他们，点了点头，外露了浓浓的愉悦!

若是谈起姥姥的性情，那么我但是感触颇深啊!我眼里的她是那样的：爱节省、很爱干净，乃至还一些洁癖症。

“节省是中华文化的传统美德”这句话是姥姥的口头语。今日，姥姥要我再度对她的节省印像加重了。就在我工作写了一大半时，姥姥在餐桌边叫道：“艳艳，你赶紧来!”“不嘛，我要写作业呢!”“你存着这口饭，给谁吃啊?赶快给我吃了!”“我没有食欲了，你给小狗狗‘佳佳’吃否!”“给‘佳佳’吃?粒粒皆辛苦你是否懂啊?……”。“行了，停!”我立刻站起赶到餐桌边，很不情愿地扒掉了那口又冷又硬的饭。姥姥这才怒火全消。

啊，正确了!姥姥特爱干净。哎，为什么说仅有巨蟹座才有洁癖症?有一天，大家去玩，走久了，便想在木椅子边坐一会儿，想不到，姥姥高声喝止，取出随身携带的纸巾铺在木椅子上，才许大伙儿坐着，口中说：“垫一下，太脏了，真受不了!”

这就是我的姥姥，我爱她!

new high school life is both exciting and challenging for me. first, im in a new environment with my new teachers and new classmates. many of them are all from top middle schools in the area. im so excited to meet them all. the new school building is designed creatively and attractively. i loved it . my new teachers are nice and them teach very weel. they are always willing to answer my questions at the end of the class. second, i have to take some new subjects and choose some subjects myself. i liked that because it gives students freedom and i can develop more in my areas of interest. third, im glad to join into some of the clubs and activities in my school. they are very interesting and i could learn more social experience through those activities. im proud to be in this new school and i wish that i can unleash my potential and achieve my best in this school.

The New Life A few months ago, I was a primary pupil. I had many good friends and teachers that I remember all the time. My new life is very exciting. I’m in Dongzhou Middle School. It’s famous in Jiangsu. It’s bigger and more beautiful than the primary school. I love it very much. I’m in Cla10, Grade 7. It’s a good class. The students are clever, nice, friendly and helpful. All my classmates study hard. They want to be on the top. I get up at 5:30. Sometimes I read English, sometimes I learn Chinese. Studying is very / interesting. I’m sure our clawill get better and better. I like my new class, the new school and the new life.

那一年初夏，我在我家院子里玩耍，可我一点也不快乐，因为没有朋友玩。我在悲哀的时候，突然，从我身后冒出来了一位差不多跟我一般大的小女孩“那个，你叫什么名字阿，你怎样一个人在那里玩耍”。我娇羞的低下了头，害羞的说：“没有人跟我玩，呜呜呜……”“我陪你玩，嘻嘻……”。如今，我已是一位10岁的大姑娘了，就在那一年，我认识了她。

在这十几年的时间里，我们发生了许多次争吵，许多次误会，可她还是对我不离不弃。在校园里，我不是被人嘲笑，就是被人欺负，我天天还要忍气吞声，连一些要好的朋友也背叛我，我对她们像对待自己的亲人一样，而她们只是把我当做一件玩具，玩腻了，就把我无情的抛弃，她们只顾着自己的快乐，何曾想过我的感受。我信的，背叛我，我依靠的，舍弃我，就像一只流浪的猫咪一样，没有地位，只有被欺负的滋味。她们一个个离我远去，可她，无论发生多大的事情，她都替我担着，她就像我的姐姐一样，保护着我，守护着我。

她就像一位秀丽的天使，把我从黑暗的深渊里救了出来，无论发生多大的事，她都替我承担，而那些只顾着自己的女生在我最无助的时候，没有一个人愿意帮忙我，而我，在她们被欺负的时候，挺身而出，我被打得身上都是淤青，她们却完好无损的站在我的面前。阿!我最无助的时候留下了晶莹的泪水，没有人安慰我，只有那个秀丽的天使再说“不要哭了，不要哭了”。

我这一生也没有什么可留恋的了，唯独那个秀丽的天使。

在一个静静的夜晚，有一个小池塘里有一群小鱼正在玩耍。

有一条小鱼看见池塘中央有个圆圆的“玉盘”就高声喊到：“伙伴们，伙伴们我发现了一个‘月盘’呢!”其它小鱼听见了，就成群结队地游过去。它们果然看见有个“玉盘”正在水中。一条小鱼好奇的问：“这是谁的东西呢?”“不知道。”其它小鱼回答道。有一条红色的小鱼自告奋勇地说：“让我去吧，让我去吧，我想去碰碰‘月盘’行吗?”“好吧!”说着那条小鱼就慢慢地游上前去，用尾巴轻轻地碰了一下“月盘”。“呀!‘月盘’破掉了!”一条黄色的小鱼惊恐地说。小鱼们吓得惊慌失措，四处逃窜。有的小鱼藏在水草里，有的小鱼躲到一块岩石边，有的小鱼害怕地游回了家里。过了一会儿，有一条胆子大点的小鱼探出了脑袋，发现“玉盘”合好了，就高兴地说：“伙伴们快出来吧!‘月盘’合好啦!”这时，其它小鱼才放心地游了出来。“哈哈哈!”“是谁在笑?”一条聪明的小鱼抬头一看，原来是月亮姐姐捂着嘴巴在天上偷偷地笑。哦!这下小鱼们才明白，水里的“玉盘”是月亮姐姐的倒影。

一条淘气的小鱼，忽然一跃而起，结果又把月亮姐姐的倒影打破了。小鱼们都哈哈大笑起来。

Since I went to middle school, I grew up very fast. On the one hand, I live

in school from Monday to Friday, so I need to learn to get along with roommates.

We share the cleaning work to make sure a good environment. It is everybodys

duty to sweep the floor on turn. On the other hand, I need to solve the problems

from life by myself. Without parents by my side all the time, I learn to face

troubles and figure out all the ways to solve them. I become much independent

and stronger. Now I can deal with my stuff alone.

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.
