下午：字帖一页，复习所学知识，玩耍等。

而这份计划最让我满意的就是劳逸结合。每当写的头晕脑胀时，就可以出去放松一下，正如龙井说唱的歌里所唱的：“敲开你的脑子让它出来透透气吧!来个深呼吸，呼出那烦恼和压力……”帮奶奶扫扫地，给爷爷倒杯水，听听音乐……等放松够了，再去写作业，效率会提高不少呢!

如果我能在上午完成这一天的任务，那么下午，就是我的自由时光了，想干什么，就干什么。晚上还能看电视或电影呢!

怎么样?我的寒假计划不错吧?

星期三，我到奶奶家吃饭，就在饭前发生了一件很不愉快的事。这件事是由我妹妹而起的。

妹妹叫邬乐弦，家里人都叫她乐乐。她长得浓眉细眼，看上去像一个很文静的小女孩子，可是俗话说：“人不可貌相，海水不可斗量。”妹妹的外表和她的性格有着强烈的反差。在家里，大家都像花一样护着她，特别是叔叔对这个宝贝女儿更是疼爱有加，如果有什么事稍微惹着她了，她就哇哇的放声大哭，爷爷奶奶听到哭声就跑过来安慰她，边平时说话厉声厉色的爷爷此时也变得百般温柔。

那天下午，我正在奶奶房间里看电视，突然听到楼下有很凶很凶的哭声传来，我连忙来到楼下，只见乐乐两眼“哗哗哗”地流着泪，两只手在眼睛前面摆来摆去，那样子非常有趣，看得我想笑出来，可是我忍住了。原来是乐乐迷上了现在流行的啪啪圈。可是商店又正好缺货，而她表哥又正好有一个，于是她就非常想要，可她表哥非但不给还做出了一副幸灾乐祸的表情，乐乐就哭得理凶了。这时，一旁忍耐多时的叔叔气得火冒三丈，鼻子里喘出的气把仅剩的一点凉意也赶走了。突然，他爆发了，脸上通红通红的，一把拽起乐乐，乐乐的腿在空中踢来踢去，两只手一边在空中乱抓，一边又拍打着叔叔的手臂，还发出象野兽一样的叫声，一点也不象一个小女孩。叔叔放下她后，理也不理她就走了。乐乐马上又跑进了厨房的奶奶身边，边跑边哭，可到了奶奶身边，她就停止了哭声，只是凝神地看着窗外，鼻子每过一会儿就大吸一口气。一场没有硝烟的争斗才平息了。

“这就是贪心的后果呀。”我想道。

我的生物老师姓-，我们亲切地叫他老头。

一谈到他的芳名，咱班就会轰动，他可是咱班的形象代言人，这种重量级人物经常出现在酸菜牛肉面上，让人倍增食欲。为此，他没少变脸，几秒时间内总涨成红富士。

他的外表挺让人汗颜。一米七三的个头，黄黄的皮肤，三七分发型，经常穿着一双白耐克球鞋。典型的中西合璧，一看就知道是性情中人，但一般人欣赏不了。可他经常在我们诧异的眼光中自我感觉良好地来一句：“怎么，没见过帅哥啊?”我们不知被雷倒多少次。

他是同学们手中捧出来的国宝，也是咱班上最有威信的老师。在课堂上，他会津津有味、全神贯注地给我们讲解大自然里的生命。课堂里的时光，永远都是他的黄金时期。他总是英姿飒爽地挥动手中的粉笔，神采飞扬地在黑板上谱写他的杰作。整个课堂瞬间变成了一个和谐的家庭，充满了大自然的气息，生机勃勃。课堂上的时间也就轻松而飞快地流过了，尽管下课的的铃声强烈反抗，但是他意犹未尽，依然在讲台上滔滔不绝，尽情挥洒，直到同学们为他的课拍案叫绝，他才满面春风，依依不舍地离开教室。

除此之外，他还很有音乐细胞，可以弹得一手好吉他。每次到他的showtime，他总会陶醉在音乐的童话世界里。此时，他那双本就显得憔悴的眼神貌似忧郁，有同学说：“他这种眼神很像---，眉宇间有点---的味道，拿吉他的动作，乍一看有点像---，就是脸长得像---”一语惊人，大家顿时笑得前仰后翻，他也笑得和不笼嘴。

这就是咱班的生物老师，一个才华横溢、可亲可敬的老师。

今天学了《老王》这篇课文，使我不由想起了老汪——一个不幸中的幸运者。

老汪是我家先前的邻居。他是个哑巴，见了人只能“呜哩哇啦”几声，所以没什么人愿意跟他说话。他还失了一条胳膊，大概是年轻时遇着了什么意外吧。

因为他这双重残疾，加上不太好看的长相，小时候的我是很怕他的。他每次见我，都很想抱我，可是我怎么会愿意呢?于是我便用小手紧紧拉住妈妈的大手，要是妈妈体谅老汪硬把我塞给老汪，我还会哇哇大哭起来，整得老汪不知所措，妈妈只好抱歉地笑笑。

后来的几年间，我很少看见老汪，也不知他去了哪里，当然我也不想知道。去年，我出去买东西时，碰见了老汪。他还是记忆中那样瘦小，满脸麻子，略微有些秃头。我笑着跟他打招呼，他看见我也热情得很，忙用仅有的一只手回应我，他奋力从喉咙里发出急促的声音，我听不懂他在说些什么，但意思一定是向我问好。我也笑着说了声“爷爷好”，他听了，嗯了一声，嘴角上扬，带起两边松弛的肉皮，皱纹像小鱼般在额头上游动，阳光照在他的脸上，他笑得很灿烂。

我也从未见过老汪的媳妇和孩子，我开始以为他是个光棍儿，孤苦伶仃，毕竟谁都不愿意跟个身有残疾的人在一起。之后才知道他早已结了婚，也有孩子。我心里一震——不知是老汪身上的什么品质打动了那位姑娘，竟愿嫁给老汪。

几回见他，他背上都背着一个装着垃圾的袋子，我想他一定是拾荒吧。可问了妈妈，结果却出乎我的意料——他竟是在帮助环卫工人。一般环卫工人清扫不到的地方，他用钳子一一地夹起来，扔到袋子里。这是我想不到的，像老汪这样身体残疾的人竟还会帮助别人!我心里再次一震，老汪的形象高大了不少，也终于明白了老汪夫人愿嫁给他的原因——真诚善良。

老汪虽和老王一样，都有残疾，但不同的是，老汪是不幸中的幸运者，有家庭，不必忍受寂寞;有收入，不必勉强活命。而从他俩的身上，我看见了可贵的一点——善良，一种天性，一种选择，一种人性中永恒的向阳面!

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very

exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and don’t have class. My

school’s sports meeting lasts three days, the class is suspended, all the

students go to the play ground to watch the game. As an audience, I am so

nervous and yell out “come on” to my classmate, watching they get to the final

line, I am so proud of them. The part I like most is relay race, that is so

exciting, all the students yell loudly, the athletes chase one by one, nobody

can be sure who is the champion until the last minute. Sports meeting bring me

so many beautiful memories.
