Coming from Bogota, the capital of Colombia, she regards Monserrate, located on the peak of a small mountain, as her favorite part about her home city. According to what she describes, the mountain where Monserrate is situated lies on the east of Bogota, and it takes you approximately an hour to climb from the foot to the top while just around fifteen minutes to get there by cableway. Moreover, there is no denying the fact that you are bond to fulfill your eyesight with the amazing overlook of the whole city as long as you stand there.

When it comes to her own experience, she takes pride in graduating from one of the best law schools in Colombia. I am sure that Flor has been an assiduous and sagacious student in her school, because she is so outstanding that starts to work as a lawyer just three months after graduation, doing some research for the government on the Internet. Currently, she is studying English in New York, renting house from a Colombian family in East Elmhurst with her roommate. 我的阿公是个大老板。也不知道是不是因为我每次回家都是周末，在我的记忆里，他就是一个每天晚上看电视看到十二点，早上睡到十点四十还得我去叫醒吃早餐的懒猪猪!每天就是吃饭，睡觉，看电视。可这次因为冠状病毒停课的原因，使我和阿公有了长时间在一起的日子，我发现，他简直不是我记忆里的那个人了!

昨天一上完网课，我就赶紧跑去一楼找阿公玩。到了一楼，只见到阿妈一个人在厨房里忙活着。我问：“阿妈，有没有见到阿公啊?”阿妈指了指书房，认真的说：“阿公在书房写书法呢，先别打扰他好吗?”我点点头，好奇的跑到玻璃窗前一看。哇!阿公简直下笔如有神，只见他认真的坐在桌前，紧紧的皱着眉头，眼睛死死地盯着书法纸。一脸严肃，没有一点笑容。虽然看不清阿公在写些什么，但看他的样子，我更想知道内容了!

等阿公写完，我赶紧跑去书房，迫不及待地想看看阿公到底都写了些什么。哇!一字一字仿佛点石成金，笔下的每一个字都那么好看。上下，左右，全包围，没一个他写不好的。真想不到，这还是以前的懒猪猪阿公吗?

再仔细一看内容，我不由得摔了个大趔趄!纸上居然写着“不是哪种牛奶都叫特仑苏;不是哪只球队都叫特能输。中国足球队专业输球二十年，我们从不进球，我们只是足球的搬运工!”而且还分别用不同的字体写了两遍!哎!看来阿公和我一样，对中国足球队简直是恨铁不成钢啊!我也终明白为什么他一直皱着眉头了!不过，这次我也真是佩服我的老阿公了，他还真是个自创能力超强的书法家!

“去踢球吧!”阿公说。什么?阿公平时可是从来不踢球的哦!怎么今天竟然向我发起挑战了?我也爽快的答应了，而且甚至有点轻敌。比赛一开始，我就毫不犹豫的去抢阿公的球，可阿公轻轻松松把球往左一拨，就躲过去了。我赶紧全力以赴追上去，可还是没追上!就给他进了一球。第二局我开始谨慎了!可阿公又一次顺利的过了我，结果不用说，你们也知道了，我又输了!就这样，阿公简直就像关羽过五关，斩六将。我一次又一次的输到了最后，不得不投降!我不得不服气的说：“阿公，你简直就是个足球上将”

这简直就是我的新阿公，他简直就是我心中的书法达人和足球上将!我更喜欢他了!

走进教室，我倒吸了一口凉气，原来他——全校大名鼎鼎的牛浪居然分到了我们班。哎呀!这次活该我们班主任倒霉。提起他，没人不知，无人不晓。你就说他那形象，一身牛仔T恤暂且不说，裤子上尽是洞;嘴里不是吹着口哨，就是嚼着口香糖;肩上背着背包，把手插在衣兜里，成天在学校里逛来荡去。这样的人，我们早把他打入另类，对他敬而远之。

可就在那天，我却改变了对他的看法。

那是一节自由活动课，我们班上正在津津有味地看电影。突然我的同桌孙梅趴在桌上，有气无力地说：“王菲，你能不能陪我去一下寝室?”

看到她痛苦的样子，我便立即起身扶着她向外面走去。没想到，刚到教室门口，她就一团烂泥似的昏倒在地上。我急了，就大叫班长，我们的教室在四楼啊，耽误了病情怎么办?可一向优秀的班长看了看躺在地上的孙梅，又看看周围的同学，生怕遭到什么流言蜚语，神色慌张地说：“你们女生找几个人来抬就行了。”然后匆匆地走开了。这时，正在走廊上闲逛的牛浪一个箭步跨上来，甩下从不离身的肩包，不由分说一把抓起孙梅，“快帮帮我!”不容我们多想，跟着牛浪身后朝医务室奔去。走到中途，隔壁班上的几个女生在嘻嘻哈哈地笑。“牛浪背媳妇啰!”“大家快来看啰!看稀奇哟!”……可是，喘着粗气的牛浪理都懒得理他们，任凭豆大的汗珠一直往下流。几次我问他要不要停下来休息，他都不吭声，一直把孙梅送到了医务室。

“医生，你看他有没有事?”他来不及歇口气，焦急的问。医生还没开口，孙梅醒了，“怎么?……我好像好多了。”“那你们在这里休息一下，我去告诉班主任，免得他担心。”说完，他大步流星地向门外走去。

看着他远去的背影，我的心里莫名地涌起一阵阵感动，也许认识一个人，不能单看表面，重要的是看他的内心吧?

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

我的小叔与我一样，也姓何，这是毋庸置疑的。

我的小叔身材有些消瘦，头发总是个平头，显得十分精神。他的眼睛很有特点，一个大一点，另一个较之要小一点，他的嘴巴那就更有特色了，笑起来的时候竟然会形成一个爱心，很好看。据说，小婶婶当年会嫁给他有很大一部分原因就是因为这个。他总穿着件已经过时的西装与我小婶婶给他亲手织的毛衣，偶尔还会带一顶他之前当兵的时候的帽子，还会走几步训练时走的步子，这看起来有些滑稽，可他自己却不怎样在意，还显得一副好骄傲的样子，因为这身行装就大概概括了他的之前的生活经历了。

我的小叔是一个很可爱的人，为什么说他可爱呢?因为他有时候会干出一些比我们这些小孩子们还要孩子气的事情来。就例如有一次，我在与姐姐讨论一个单词怎么读的时候，他听见了，就会如同救火一样冲过来，然后先是不说话，之后才说出一句洋气的英语--狗的猫灵(Goodmorning)说完就又嘿嘿笑着走开了，只留下呆若木鸡的我与姐姐在风中凌乱。像这样的事情还有很多，就像是天上的繁星一般，我实在是数不清了。

我的小叔与我的小婶婶很恩爱，从不吵架，至少我是没有看到他们吵架的，就连一句嘴角上的争执都没有。我是极不希望看到家庭悲剧的，所以我对我的小叔与我的小婶婶极为亲近，恨不能天天粘着他们，可他们也有自己的事情要做，所以我也就只能接受这个事实。不过，现在好多了，因为他们有了孩子了，我一向喜欢小孩子，所以就义不容辞的担当起了哥哥的责任，连我小婶婶因为他调皮而要教训他的时候，我都会站出来，阻止我的小婶婶这样做，而我的小叔，一般这个时候都会站在门那里，看着我们，只是嘿嘿的笑着，并不作声。

我的小叔真的是一个很好的人，在我的记忆里我的小叔占了很大一部分，所以我一定会保护好我小叔的孩子的，尽量做一个称职的哥哥。嗯，一定。

It s about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

As of the Chinese traditional customs, our parents and grandparents will sweep every corner of the house and clean the windows until they gleam, and washing clothes, buying foods and goods for the new year s future use and presents.

Children will be the most benefited group during this feast period.

One month before that, they are expecting the new clothes, delicious foods.

The firecrackers and the year s allowance for their increased ages.

In recent years, with the rising of the standard of life, Chinese tend to make various holiday plans to spend a different and meaningful new year.

Such as traveling abroad, or be absorbed in their hobbies, and even work.

Why today we try to spend our Chinese new year in such a different way? I think that s because this is a era of free life and personality high-ranking.

Though there are still something traditional, our young generation is attempting to make something new and suitable for ourselves.

And we would like to take something really worth to be cherished in our memorable treasures.

That s amazing and wonderful!

I ll always keep in mind that the Chinese new year is a great feast inherited from our ancestors, but if necessary, I would like to enjoy it by some ways personal.
