life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

军训是根据《中华人民共和国兵役法》和《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》要求进行的，是高等院校改革教育内容，学生接受国防教育的基本形式;是培养“四有”人才的一项重要措施;是培养和储备我军后备兵员及预备役军官，壮大国防力量的有效手段。军训的目的是通过严格的军事训练提高学生的政治觉悟，激发爱国热情，发扬革命英雄主义精神，培养艰苦奋斗，刻苦耐劳的坚强毅力和集体主义精神，增强国防观念和组织纪律性，养成良好的学风和生活作风，掌握基本军事知识和技能。

一、学生军训是培养学生德智体全面发展的需要

学校教育担负着传授科学文化知识、为社会主义现代化建设培养各类专门人才的重要任务。要完成这个任务，需要通过多种途径，而学生军训就是为培养合格人才而采取的一项重要措施。学生军训，除了学习初级军官和士兵必须掌握的基本知识和基本技能以外，还要进行政治教育，组织他们学习我国近代史，了解革命先驱奋斗的道路和英勇事迹，学习党的路线、方针和政策，增强同党中央在思想上和政治上保持一致的自觉性;组织他们到农村、工厂、部队搞社会调查，体验生活，了解我国的国情和社会现实。同时，由于军事本事也是一门科学，有着自己的规律和特点，并且包含了许多自然科学的内容，学习军事，也可以促进其他专业的学习。

二、学生军训是加速人民解放军现代化建设的需要

随着国家经济建设的不断发展，人民解放军武器装备现代化的步伐将进一步加快。这就需要成千上万具有较高军事素质和科学文化知识的人去掌握。高等院校和高级中学的学生具有较高的文化程度，经过一段军事训练以后，挑选一部分适合服现役的学生入伍，这对人民解放军的现代化建设是有好处的。我军已从全国各地方大学选拨了一大批大学毕业生入伍服役，在部队现代化建设中发挥了很好的作用。今后，根据国家教育事业的发展和人民解放军现代化建设的需要，我军将不断从高等院校和高级中学毕业选拔军人，吸收军官。通过这样的改革，必将更好地改善人民解放军官兵的知识结构，提高官兵的素质，加速人民解放军的现代化建设。

三、学生军训是加强国防后备力量建设的需要

坚持走精干的常备与强大的国防后备力量相结合的道路，这是我国国防现代化建设的必由之路。对高等院校学生和高级中学学生进行军事训练，是党中央、中央军委从加强国防后备力量建设出发作出的战略决策。我们对高等院校和高级中学的学生实施军事训练，使他们牢固树立国防观念，掌握一定的军事知识和技能，就能为我军实行战时快速动员，储备基层指挥军官、技术军官和后备兵员打下坚实的基础。目前，我国已有高等院校1000余所，在校学生150万余人，每年招收新生60余万人;已有高级中学(含中等专业学校、技工学校、职业高中)2.4万余所，在校学生700余万人，每年招收新生400余万人。如果他们都经过一定的军事训练，掌握一定的军事知识和军事技能，做到寓兵于民，寓兵于校，我国的国防后备力量将会更加强大。一旦战争发生，将会源源不断地满足兵员动员的需要，保证战争的胜利。

四、学生军训是加强全民国防教育的需要

国防教育是全民教育的一项重要内容，也是当代大、中学生整个思想政治教育的重要组成部分。历史经验表明，一个国家、一个民族的强弱兴衰与国民国防意识的强弱有密切的联系。大、中学生既有较高的科学文化知识，又年轻力壮，他们是国家最有希望的一代，是国防兵员的主要来源。加强全民的国防教育，首选要加强学生的国防教育，要从娃娃抓起，提高他们的国防观念。要做到这一点，最有效的途径就是对他们进行军事训练。通过军事训练，对他们进行爱国主义、革命英雄主义和人民军队的传统教育，激发他们的爱国主义热情，增强建设祖国、保卫祖国的责任感，从而推动全民国防教育的发展，弘扬中华民族崇勇尚武的传统美德，使全体公民都树立起居安思危、常备不懈、有备无患的国防观念。

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot

myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay

more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try

to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.
