因为有爱、因为有期待，才能让我们的心灵充实，让我们的生活更加美好，生命是有限的，但我们可以在有限的时间里做出无限的伟绩。“我们不可以增加生命的长度，但可以增加生命的厚度。”所以，让我们在生活中有所爱、有所期待吧。

一般说来，每日的梦是不同的，于是，做梦又像看短篇小说一样，一天一个新的开始，一个新的故事。不知你可否注意，在梦中，总有一个角色是你。一个梦就像你自编自导自演的电影，你今天心情如何，遭遇了哪些事，与你导演的梦的内容、梦的真实程度可是密切相关。记得有一次，我玩游戏时，有一个任务没有完成，当天晚上，做梦把这个任务完成了5次以上。头两次我知道自己在做梦，提醒自己这不是真的，可是一次接一次下去，成了梦中之梦。甚至在梦中，我还掐了自己一下，在梦中，我相信那不是一场梦。这是我做的最真实的一场梦。

关于梦，还有个很重要的问题，就是关于梦的记忆。有时候梦会记得很牢固，有时候刚醒来就把梦忘得一干二净。这实在是一件可惜的事情，有时一个挺有趣、挺有意思的梦却消失在记忆中，有时一个可怕的噩梦却时时引起心中的恐慌。很多人在梦中遇到十分有趣的事，醒来之后将给朋友听却没有一点意思，最多算个冷笑话。这只是一个现象，其实算不上什么问题。

对我影响最大的问题，却是“梦中的知觉”。梦真的是潜意识的创造品吗?我相信人在梦中仍有意识，抑或我是个特例。小学有段时间听鬼故事、听外星人听得心中发毛，晚上做噩梦，醒来也心惊胆颤。于是我居然养成了一个习惯，当梦中遇到危险的信息时，我就会惊醒。把噩梦扼杀在摇篮里。说来也奇怪，养成这个习惯后，有几年果真没有做恶梦了，我想这和知觉还是有关系的。还有一个例子，我曾经努力去记下梦中具体的事，却发现了梦的“荒谬”。有一段时间，我做梦经常梦到做数学，在梦中还感觉那方法很好，于是我试着记下来。有一次我还真记下了我在梦中列的算式，醒来一看我大吃一惊，算式是8+5=6。我便开始怀疑梦中的我们和现实的我们之间是不是有一堵隔离墙。这梦还真是有魔力。很多人被吵醒后都说：“我的梦被你打断了。”口气里还带着伤感与遗憾。确实，梦可以很美好，梦可以使人充满希望，梦可以塑造一个完美的人生。关于梦，还有很多想说的，却不知从何说起，感觉如同一场梦一般飘渺。不过，我爱做梦，就像李煜写的“梦里不知身是客，一晌贪欢。”

友善是人类的美好品德之一，友善是架起人与人之间信任的桥梁……但是如果没有友善，这世界又会是什么样子的呢?

我们班前天，由于不友善，就发生了一场“战斗”。

事情的起因是我们班的“名人”陈亦航，拿水枪挑衅别人开始的。陈亦般本来就喜欢捉弄人，再加上他的打架“本领”，所以班里的同学都把他的作为当着开玩笑，不与他正面起冲突。不过，这次他可算是踢到了铁板——他的水枪射到了我的同桌王可。王可虽然是个女生，还戴着一副眼眼镜，看上去文质彬彬的。可是，她在我们班的女生中，体型和力气都是最大的，而且不好惹也是出了名的。这不，她立马冲到陈亦航的课桌前，把他的水壶从六楼扔了下去。

陈亦航这下可急了眼，火爆脾气上来了，不顾一切地冲了过去。很快，王可和陈亦航就扭打在了一起。于是，被同学们戏称为“哥斯拉大战金刚”的战斗便开始了。不过，可没像电影里那么激烈，而是一边倒的局势——王可把陈亦航按在桌上，还狠狠地揪着他。陈亦航好不容易挣脱了，就抓起东西砸她。砸得我心疼，因为他扔的东西可全是我的呀。

正在这个时候，数学老师赶到了。结果可想而知——他们俩被老师狠训了一顿，还罚他们每人做五十个深蹲。陈亦航的水枪也被没收了。

事后，我仔细地想着老师训斥他们的话，真还觉得有些后怕。如果王可扔下楼的水壶砸到了人，那今天的事情绝不会这么容易就了结了。而这一切的发生，就是因为当事人不够友善。真希望他们能从这件事中得到教训，学会友善地处理身边的事。因为只有友善，人与人之间才能更加和谐地相处。

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment。

There were few people on the earth， and natural resources seemed to be

unlimited。

Today things are different。 The world has bee too crowded。 We are using up

our natural resources，and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals。 If

we continue to do this， human life on earth will not survive。

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea， there will soon be

none left。 Yet，with modern fishing methods， more and more fish are caught。We

know that if too many trees are cut down， forests will disappear。 Yet， we

continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees。 We see that

if rivers are polluted with waste products， we will die。 Yet， waste products

are

still put into rivers。

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate， in a

few years， there wont be enough food。What can we do to solve these

problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat， there will be more food available。

Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are

kept。

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them。

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods

of birth control。

Finally， if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a

better and cleaner planet in the future。

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

各位朋友，不知道你们对成功的定义是什么呢？住洋楼，开名车？还是奉献社会，实现自己的社会价值呢？

不管怎样都好，自己感到快乐和满足就够了。有句话是这样说的：“成功只有一种，就是按自己的意思活完这辈子。”有时觉得成功属于那些伟人、名人，但我认为成功也属于那些每天在努力工作、认真学习、用心生活的人。

在工作岗位上好好利用自己的技能为公司、为企业创造价值的工作者是成功的。

在为自己的前途，为将来成为国家栋梁而刻苦学习的芸芸学子是成功的。

认真做好每一件小事情，怀着感恩的心生活的人是成功的。

成功有千万种，但不一定要有多伟大，建立什么丰功伟绩才算得上成功。

去尝试自己未尝试过或不敢尝试的事情，突破自己也是一种成功。不把父母的关怀，朋友对自己的宽容看似理所当然，怀着感恩的心去对待他人，多为他人着想，懂得换位思考。做一个好子女、好同事、好伙伴也是一种成功。热爱一种运动，抽时间去训练，通过自身努力提高技术水平，得到别人的认可，这也是一种成功。

“条条大路通罗马。”成功是得到别人的肯定，是热爱生活、热爱生命，是每一个今天都比过去的昨天更进一步。成功是属于怀着感恩的心，不怕困难，友善待人，热爱生活，热爱生命的每一个人。
