首先,我认为要有足够的睡眠。建议我们每天至少要睡8个小时。与此同时,我想有一个健康的饮食。我计划有更多的水果和蔬菜,少吃肉。更重要的是,我决定花更多的时间锻炼,而不是玩电脑游戏。此外,我认为这是有意义的做眼保健操。通过这种方式,我可以保护我的眼睛。

总之,我将按照我的计划变得更健康。

正如郑板桥所说：“咬定青山不放松，立根源在破岩中。千磨万凿还坚劲，任尔东西南北风。“在困境中我们要不断坚持，达成使命。唐玄奘在前往天竺的途中经过沙漠，高山，大河，千难万阻到达天竺，中途他的随从很多都因无法忍受艰苦的条件，离他而去，半途而废。

而他却超脱于世俗，傲然于天地之间，因为他坚持不懈，体现了一种透彻的人生智慧，因为他依靠着人生的意志，坚守自己对人生理解的追求，尽到自己责任感的一种体现，正是因为此，他为中国和天竺的文化交流搭建了桥梁，为唐朝未来的发展，甚至现在中国社会的发展都起到了不可埋没的作用，正是因为他在困境中不断坚持，最终达成了使命，铸就了他辉煌的一生。

司马迁也是坚持的典范，虽然他被后人称为“史圣”，但在一光辉成就背后却隐藏着多少磨炼与痛苦，只因一言之差，遭到了宫刑，但仍写下了《史记》的不朽篇章，他的事迹与一身正气，秉笔直书共同被记录下来，在常人无法忍受的困境中，突出重围，名垂千古。

在习武之人中，坚持更是十分重要，郭靖曾坐在大海面前，每天潮起潮落，在大海的冲刷下，崖壁经过长年大海的考验，渐渐退去，在时间与大海的磨炼下，他坚持了下来，最终成为了一个武林高手。

当一个人不懂得坚持的时候就不会完美的成功，甚至让自己所有的成果功亏一篑。

项羽自己“力拔山兮”，在楚国实力远远强于汉的情况下，九里山打了败仗，项羽却在有机会的情况下乌江自刎，我认为如果要是项羽坚持下去还有东山再起的机会，真是“至今思项羽，不肯过江东”啊，这体现了不坚持就不能成功。

在我们生活中，也会遇到很多困难，很多人坚持了下去，取得了成功，但同时也有很多像项羽一样，选择了放弃。

我们要不懈的坚持，纵然项羽有一夫当关万夫莫开之力，也要因不坚持而功亏一篑，我们要不断经历磨难和各种考验，在困境中，坚持铸就成功。
