The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

回想这几天的军训生活，我只有一句话表达我的心情——累并快乐着。

军训场上，挥洒过汗水，爆发过呐喊。蹲、坐、立这些不起眼的小动作都需要经过严苛的.训练，使我体会到一个军队的组织性、纪律性。在此之后，是走正步的训练。不试不知道，每次我们都走得歪歪扭扭，不在一条线上。经过反反复复的练习，我们总算有了一点默契，并排走了一个来回。

想到军人们训练有素，动作如此整齐划一，可见训练时每天必不可少的一餐，长此以往，才会如此协调。“天将降大任与斯人也……行拂乱其所为。”没有十分艰苦的劳动，怎么会有如此的训练有素。也只有军人们如此高强度的训练，才能提高军队质量，提高国家的军事实力，这里面所受的苦是军训所体会达不到的。

五日军训，我受益匪浅，尽管十分劳累，但能让我体会到军人们的辛苦，也不枉此行。

在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

孟子曰：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

今天，是军训的最后一天，上午我们就要回家了。为了感谢这几天教官的训练，我们每个人都写了感谢信，以感谢教官的辛勤付出。吃完早餐，我们去艺术馆举行结营仪式，还评了“优秀营员”。仪式结束后，我们就要回家了，心里又喜又忧。喜的是：终于可以不军训，不晒太阳，回家当“小公主”喽!忧的是：我就要离开这里了，离开我们的张教官了。4天来，我们多少也对这里产生了感情啊!但时间不等人呀，一会儿就到了要回去的时候了，我们依依不舍地向张教官告别。

当踏上大巴车的一瞬间，我才明白：哦!原来昨天心里那说不出来的感觉，就是不舍啊!只有到了离别时，我才有了不舍的感情。以前总是想着要回家，但真的到了离别时，却又不舍得了;只有到了离别时，我才知道教官的用心良苦。张教官为了训练我们，连嗓子都喊哑了!也只有到了离别时，我才明白了离别的残忍。时光飞逝，4天的感情在此时破碎。留在心底的，或许只有不舍和遗憾。为什么当初不珍惜在一起的时光?为什么当初不能好好听教官的话?为什么不明白来这就是要刻苦的训练?现在或许只有检讨自己，才能让那份遗憾淡一点。可，那又有什么用呢?离别，终究是残忍的，没有人能陪你走到最后。天下没有不散的宴席，即使有再多的不舍，再多的后悔，再多的悲伤，也不可能让时间停止。大巴车缓缓驶离，我的心久久不能平静。记忆虽敌不过时间的冲刷，但内心的不舍，或许终生难忘。再见了，教官!或许您的训练对我在以后成长的道路上有很大的帮助!“自信!自强!自立!”我记住了!谢谢您!我们以后再见!

可有谁喜欢被人看不起、于是当天下午，教官带着我们到指定的位置站好，开始练军姿。这次与上次截然不同，不仅动的次数大大减少，在这个过程当中还没有一个人晕倒过。教官也有些吃惊，恐怕也没有想到我们的变化这么大吧?下午的阳光碎洒在地上，天气闷热得很，整个学校就像一个烧透的砖窑，使人喘不过气来，但是同学们仍旧抬头挺胸收腹站好。

在结营仪式上，我们展示了我们最好的自己，嘹亮的声音在学校回荡，充满了青春的活力，也证明了教官的付出是有收获的。不错的，青春的大路正向我们敞开，这次军训在路上做上了一个小标签。未来的日子对于挫折，困难的考验能够以平常心对待，敢于拼搏，超越自我。

记得刚开始军训的第一天，负责我们班军训的叶教官严厉地叫我们在烈日下只站了十分钟，同学们个个都已经累得筋疲力尽，有的甚至还熬不住，晕倒了。我原认为自己不怕苦，不怕累，但在军训过后

，我也渐渐败下阵来，腿开始疼了。

在往后的几天中，军训的内容更加艰苦了。我们练习的齐步走和正步走，没有一次是能够受到叶教官的表扬的。比如练习正步走，我们就这样练习着，结果步伐却不一样了。同学们老是不专心练好，惹

得叶教官怒发冲冠，惩罚我们在烈日下蹲在地上半个小时。等叶教官让我们起来的时候，我们的腿都酸了。我忍耐不住这般辛苦，终于很不争气地哭了出来。

军训生活是艰苦的，但是我们都挺过来了。有句俗语说得好：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”我们在以后的日子里要经得起风风雨雨，勇敢地面对一切，这样我们就能成为更优秀的人了。

Different countries have different customs and different ways to celebrate festival. In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way is different. National Day is coming,and we can have a seven-day.My family are going to

Hainan.Its a good seaside city.We are staying there for a week. We are going to

the beach and going swimming in the sea.Were visiting Tianya Haijiao,Wanquan

River and many other beautiful places.I think well have a good time there.

In the east of China,there is a small city---Haimen.I was born

there.Today,I am telling you about my hometown.

Haimen is not far from Shanghai.Its at the mouth of the Changjiang

River.Haimen is a modern city.There are lots of high buildings in it.Most of us

live in flats.We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends.In

the center of Haimen,there are many shops.You can buy some nice things

here.Things in most shops arent expensive.You can pay a little money and they

are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big

trees and nice flowers.The roads are also very clean.They make people happy and

comfortable.The seasons here are very nice.I like autumn best.Its neither hot

nor cold.A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing,then fly

away.And yellow leaves of autumn,which have no songs,just fall there with a

sign.” Its very cool.

I love Haimen.Its a nice place to live.Welcome to my hometown.
