Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of

course, I won finally. We had a good time.

明明今天来我家。我们一起玩电脑游戏。我们打在线篮球游戏。我选NBA 球队，明明只能选CBA球队。当然，我赢了。我们玩的很开心。

I made a decision today. Becuase I often lose my confidence, I decide tell

myself ‘go’ in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will

make me confident. Thus, I can do things I want bravely. Now, I will say, ‘Keep

going’.

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

the a trip to the country。 She bade me take good care of him。

While we were walking along the road， the sun was shining brightly and the

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is， time always goes on.

It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time.

Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high

reputation， time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time.

Although I have more than a-month holiday， but I found I had a lot of things to

do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to plete the homework as

soon as I have time.

今天是军训的最后一天了，明天我们就要进行军训演练，是一场非常重要的战役。

今天的任务没别的，就只是复习以往的内容，然后把演练过的内容过一遍。“注意听口令，精神集中。”教官强调，“注意表齐，再苦再累也要忍着。”但似乎大家都没啥精神，可能是因为连续几天的训练都让大家累坏了，我就是这样子的，全身每一个地方是不痛的。

我们的稍息和跨步做的还可以，但停止间转发的向后转有点不整齐，这让教官皱了许多次眉。但是经过我们大家的努力，情况终于有所好转。当然，我们存在的不足不只有这些，还有跑步走与正步走的速度过快，排面不齐，收脚无力，动作不规范等等。因为人数很多，教官要一个一个教很麻烦，所以就叫我们男生在一旁练，自己去教女生，我们怕赶不上经过教官调教的女生，便在一旁刻苦训练。

最后，不负教官所望，我们走得好多了。可见，世上无难事，只怕有心人啊!

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

今天，生物课与平时不太一样，我们不需要在教室里面坐着，因为老师带我们去做活动。我们来到学校附近的一片田野上，我们的任务是观察花朵。我们非常激动，也非常认真地完成这项任务。这是一个学习知识的好方法。我很开心。

“嗞”"嗞”，洗好的青菜已放入滚烫的油锅之中，瞬间，在高温的驱使之下，一滴滚烫的热油溅入我的胳膊上。“啊!”“疼死我啦!”我开始在原地不停地打转着，仿佛我就要被这一滴如此渺小的热油给烫死了，在一位同学的热心帮助下，我身上的“大火”终于被扑灭了。

今天早上，也是离军训结束前一天的早上，我们展开“小厨房”活动的一个早上，我总觉得要留下些上什么，留下些什么呢?我的大脑思考着——一顿香甜可口的饭菜，这使我在一霎时充满了热情。我迅速跑到我的组长面前，“组长我要准备些什么?”我严肃地说道。好像这次“小厨房”活动就是一场战争，而我认真地对待着这场战争，要求它只许成功不许失败。“你去洗菜吧!”组长回答到。这场战斗开始了。

我拿着菜盆，来到了“战场”——洗菜池。这水池中仿佛有着成千上万的敌人正在向我进攻。水池中的饭粒、剩菜使我不敢直视，“不行，你要坚持住。”我心里默默地念着，我闭起眼睛，屏住呼息，手里洗着新鲜的大白菜，洗了差不多了，我慢慢地睁开眼睛，突然，一只白白嫩嫩的小虫出现在我面前。“啊!”我跳到水池的另一端，看着菜盆中的小虫子，我束手无策，这该如何是好呢?是要放弃，还是继续呢?我选择了继续，我勇敢地走了过去，抓起小虫丢了出去。这一勇敢的举动，使我自己都无法相信。

我拿起菜盆走了进去，此时，一起就绪，就差我这盆青菜了。青菜放入锅中，没过多久，一盘美味的青菜就出锅了。终于，可以吃上这香甜可口的饭菜了，虽然一路很艰苦，但这一点也不会影响我品尝这香甜可口的饭菜。

我的愿望终于实现了，我的确留下了什么，留下了我胳膊上被油溅到的一点皮，这真是一顿来之不易的饭菜啊!

I didnt go anywhere today. I stayed at home doing my homework and helping

my mother with housework. I realised it was not easy to do so much housework all

by oneself. I should help mother more in the future.

我今天什么地方也没有去。在家帮妈妈做家务。我认识到，一个人做家务不容易。以后我要多帮妈妈的忙。

今天我们去军训，这真是“魔鬼”活动!你想知道我们到底如何进行“魔鬼”活动吗?

首先，我们坐大巴来到军训的地点。我们在大巴上看到这个地方很壮观，并认为很好玩，所以非常开心。可是一下大巴我们变得很不开心，因为我们发现教官很凶。

我们军训先开始做一些动作。这些动作我觉得很容易，可是一整套动作做下来并没有我们想的那么容易。每个动作我做得哪里都疼，脚疼，腿酸等等。

上午军训完了，我们玩了个游戏，类似于萝卜蹲，只不过变成了“X萝卜拍，X萝卜拍，X萝卜拍完，X萝卜拍”。如果“小萝卜”和“大萝卜”说的不一样，“大萝卜”就要做五个俯卧撑。

我们上午的任务已经结束了，到了骄阳似火的中午。有同学问：“现在是秋天，不是夏天，太阳会很猛吗?”我答：“的确很热!”我们开始吃饭，饭不香，因为严厉的教官对我们太凶了。饭后我们开始下午的军训，还玩了一个游戏，考验我们的合作能力，还有默契。

下午三点半，军训结束了。我们拍完集体照，准备坐上大巴回家。我很开心，因为我很累，不想再做活动了。

当标着横幅的旗子在空中飘起的时候，当教官的哨声在耳边响起的时候，紧张而又严肃的军训开始了。

军训是小学生活的起点，对我们这些刚踏入小学殿堂的莘莘学子来说，也是一个新生活的挑战。

今天是军训的第一天，也是一星期军训生活的第一天。我们从享受中迈向紧张的军训，从丰富充实的学校生活走向另一种多姿多彩的军营生活，总之军训生活中有苦也有甜。而且，军训生活确实很

苦也很累。

严肃的教官站在队伍旁边，严格地指导着每个学生，似乎要帮助我们打造一个全新的自我。立正、稍息、下蹲、摆臂、踏步这些基本动作要我们反复地做着。这些动作平常看起来非常简单的而现在

做起来却没那容易了。

军训时，教官对动作的准确性要求的非常严格，对同学们也充满很高的期望，同时军训也赋于我们一个健康的身体与坚强的毅力。

一天的军训生活下来使我们对小学生活又有了新的认识，而且让我们的身心也得到了锻炼。

虽然我们都来自一个学校，但是我们却有着共同的梦想。我们相信无论以后的军训生活有多苦，我们都会坚强地一起走过!携手共进，一起度过我们的军训生活!

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

easily and smoothly.

I went to school at 8am today, my class - the afternoon session starts at

1.10pm, though. I went there early just because of my classmate _X (name), he

invited me to go school by bus with him. Ive never try taking a bus to go to

school, mom send me to school every day and it was a new experience for me this

morning. It was fun.

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

早上六点，听到哨子一吹响，我们就立马起床，穿上衣服，中间没有丝毫的停顿，因为我们的时间十分紧迫，没有时间让我们能够懈怠下来。整理好着装，洗漱完毕，吃完早饭后，我们于7：30分准时开始拉练。所谓拉练，其实不过是马不停蹄地走上个十几公里，几个小时罢了。然而这几个小时对我而言，就是在不断地突破自己。途中，我流下过无数的汗，真正地感受到了什么是汗如雨下，一滴又一滴的汗从我的脸颊上，脖子上，大腿上不断流下。作为排头的我，因为和男生的脚步存在着一些差距，因此跟上他们都是件十分困难的事。拉练中我累过，受伤过，但却没有放弃过。尽管有时手臂或是肚子痛，脚上的酸痛就更不用说了。但我依然选择着坚持，不放弃。因为我知道，此刻的我，并不是以学生的身份来到这里，接受训练，而是从一名新兵的姿态站在这里。作为一名军人，军人的眼中没有放弃的字词，只有坚持。下午的站军姿亦是如此，尽管是夏日炎炎，汗流浃背，我们依旧不能退缩。

昨天清晨，秋高气爽，阳光明媚!我们骏景小学三年级全体同学在学校的组织下，怀着兴奋的心情，坐上大巴，来到黄埔军校开展拓展活动。

大巴行驶20分钟后，来到了广州黄埔军校训练基地。首先，我们集合到三年(3)班的专用基地;接着，我们就开始各种训练;到了午餐时间，我们就到餐厅集体用餐;之后，我们开展了各种拓展游戏。

令我印象最深刻的是，午休期间我唱了一首歌《光辉岁月》。这是一首励志歌曲，我想表达的意识是，我们应该像歌曲中描述的黑人一样，不断努力拼搏，为心中的理想而顽强奋斗，正如我们此次军训拓展一样，也是培养我们吃苦耐劳的精神和顽强拼搏的意志。

这次军训的确很累，有些同学甚至认为这个地方是“地狱”，离开的时候，有人说“终于从地狱出来了”。但是与去年寒假我参加的黄埔军校7天冬令营拓展活动比，这次的训练强度就不算什么了。我觉得，今后这种活动还需要多参与，这样才能锻炼我们的意志，增强我们的力量，让我们成为一个对社会有用的人才。

River.Haimen is a modern city.There are lots of high buildings in it.Most of us

live in flats.We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends.In

the center of Haimen,there are many shops.You can buy some nice things

here.Things in most shops arent expensive.You can pay a little money and they

are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big
