你猜的没错，我们正在进行军训。今天是开学的第一天，全校同学都在教官的指导下和班主任的陪同下站军姿。我无奈的看了一眼头顶挂在天上似火的骄阳，连叹命苦。脚部那种又麻又疼的感觉使我难以忍受。我一边悄悄的打量着教官，一边小心的挪动着“残废”的双脚。这时，令我意想不到的事情发生了，旁边的一个同学突然向后重重的倒下，砸到了她身后一个娇小的同学身上，我眼疾手快，一把托住了她。最终，那个同学在教官的搀扶下坐到旁边休息。顿时，我心里生出了一个逃避站军姿的好方法——装晕倒。就在我犹豫不决的时候，一件事深深的打动了我。

原先晕倒的那位同学竟然又回到了她的位置上继续站着军姿!我不可思议的睁大了眼镜，目瞪口呆的看着她那微微摇晃着仿佛随时要倒下的身影。她如白杨般笔直的树立着，如果不是亲眼看到她晕倒时那苍白的双颊和微皱的弯弯眉头，我绝不会相信那个虽身影有些微摇却有着坚毅的眼神的“女战士”就是她!我禁不住面红耳赤，羞愧的垂下了头。

其实，人生中的挫折与困难就像是紧紧地束缚着我们的一层层茧，只有我们自己去努力克服，努力挣脱它们，才能迎着暖风，嗅着花香，赏者日出日落，自由美丽的飞翔。破茧，是成蝶的过程，成蝶，是破茧的目的。

今天我才知道了教官儿们的心狠手辣!

早上要5：50起床;刚集合完，就要跑400米;然后再刷牙、洗脸、叠被子、吃早饭;接着是要训练、吃午饭、训练;最后，再关灯睡觉。这是我们四、五、六年级一天的课程表。

我也同时发现教官儿们特别有惩罚我们的办法。

我们崔_就是一个例子：在训练时，他的嘴巴就像是别人的嘴巴一样，一直在那里叽叽喳喳地说话，扰乱别人。教官儿们实在看不下了，就罚了他个“折叠跑”，他一共弄了五十次，这可把他弄了个半死，魂儿差不多就散了。“嘻嘻嘻嘻嘻”，“哈哈哈哈哈”我们都笑得前仰!

我繁忙的一天 My Busy Day

Sunday ,grandma and grandpa are my house. Everybody is working.

Mum ,grandma and I are downstairs in the kitchen. Mum is washing up.

但让我快乐的是通过这几天的练习，咱们不再是曾经的咱们，一盘散沙似的，沁有纪律性，没有联合的精力，曾经咱们是爸爸妈妈的心肝宝贝，不知道什么是苦什么是累，时间短的练习让咱们都成熟了许多。

早上军训的时候，其实还挺凉快的。我们都还不是很热，带着这份平静的心情，我们出发了。

刚开始，我们站在树荫下练习。教官面带微笑的开始教我们，大家都很认真。因为教官对我们很好，所以我们都很配合他。

过了一会儿，总教官开始进行全体指挥。他让我们在30秒内速回教室，还要在30秒迅速集合。第一次，同学们都太激动，一边跑一边闹，但速度还是不赖。第二次，总教官说不许我们说话，又要以最快的速度进出教室，可我们还是成功了，大家都没有让自己的教官失望。

接着是站军姿。隔壁班的有位同学犯了点错误，就罚到升旗台站军姿，我们就在那里幸灾乐祸的坏笑。太阳实在毒辣，我真希望自己能晕倒，这样就不用那么辛苦了。可后来想想，大家都在站，他们都能坚持，我为什么要放弃?终于，我还是挺过来了，即使太阳再大，汗流的再多，我也决不动弹一下。坚持就是胜利。

军训完后，教官到教室教我们唱歌，有些同学实在太累了，竟然趴在课桌上睡着了。

四天的军训生活马上就要结束了，时间过得可真快啊!在这里的每一天都能让我学到不少有用的东西，每一天都能交到新的朋友，每一天都是劳累又辛苦的一天，每一天都是快乐又开心的一天。

最后一天训练了，马上就要离开我们的教官了，虽然他平时都很严厉，但她也有温柔的一面。上午，我们去彩排了两遍，第一遍彩排时，同学都精力旺盛，就跟真的要开始表演了一样认真严肃。总教官开始让各班教官带领各班去台前展示，第一个班来了，他们迈着整齐的步伐，喊着响亮的口号走到了台前，展示自己四天以来训练的成果。

一班的表演结束了，二班的表演结束了，三班四班的表演也结束了。马上就轮到我们班了，教官开始把我们领到台前，并喊起了响亮的口号，我们的表演也结束了，我也瞬间放松了起来。有的班表现很好，有的班并不怎么样?可能因为他们太紧张，所以才做的不怎么样?第二次彩排跟第一次彩排一样，只不过为了节省时间，就不展示了，直接就可以走了。下午的时候，家长都从门口涌了进来，看我们表演，我们站的比上午时站的还要好，还要直，同学们也非常的认真。表演开始了，一班和其他班都表演完了，该我们去了，看到其他班都十分的优秀，我就怀疑我们是否能拿到一等奖。我们上台表演时，我在拼命喊口号，我的同学也非常认真，后来我们表演结束了。

总教官开始颁奖，我们得了一等奖!我和同学都非常高兴，教官也很开心。这次的军训让我感觉到了真正的辛苦，以及劳累，同时也让我感受到了真正的快乐与自豪，在这里的每一天都能交到好朋友，这次的军训给我的印象非常的深刻。
