好了，今天就写到这里，夜已经很深了，我要开始休息了，为迎接明天新的挑战作好准备。

Halloween

那天，彭老师给我们每人发了一张通知单，通知我们3月1日要军训。我既高兴又好奇，军训要干什么呢?我带着疑问焦急等待着星期四的到来。盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了星期四。

这一天，我早早来到学校。

上课铃一响，彭老师让我们下楼排队，这时，迎面走来一位教官，他二十多岁，穿着整齐的军装，很威武。军训开始了，教官告诉我们，要学的第一组内容有三个，分别是立正、稍息和跨立。

教官先教我们立正。立正的要点是脚跟挨住，脚尖分开，形成一个60度角，大拇指和食指的第二个关节挨住，中指紧贴裤缝，挺胸收腹，双肩后移，这就是标准的军姿——立正。

该学稍息了，军训里的稍息和体育课的稍息不一样。军训的稍息只需要把左脚向斜前方迈出一小步，但要求却很严格，把稍息这个动作做好只有一个要点:出脚快，收脚快。稍息学完，就轮到跨立了。

跨立也就是体育课中的稍息，要点也是:出脚快，收脚快。

三个动作学会了，我们也累得快趴下了。平时只知道军人很威武，动作很好看，这下，我们才知道了这背后需要辛苦的努力和付出。

Save the Wild Animals

Only if we human beings take some drastic measures can wild animals be preserved.

为了保护生态资源，人们应当意识到任何物种的缺失，至少意味着知识资源和自然美的缺失。因此，应采取以下措施：制订污染标准以降低有毒物质;严禁杀害某些稀有物种;应建立国家公园作为野生动植物保护区。

我们只有采取一些有力措施，才能保护野生动物。

今天的训练仍旧稍稍劳累而愉快，除了前几天的训练内容外，我们还训练了新的内容。

掌握了新的技能，我们感到更加充实，再加上激情四射的口号，更使我们的脚步坚实而充满活力。

微笑着，我们大步向前，迈着坚定的脚步，向着前方行进，正如我们微笑着面对活力的青春和即将到来的高中学习。

侧头一瞥，正好看到教官们辛苦的身影，这些朴实而可爱的军人，为了我们的素质教育，不辞辛苦的陪伴着我们，教育着我们，特别是当晚上我们看到《共和国战争》的纪录片时，更对这些为了固我国防而紧握着钢枪的军人们增加了由衷的敬意。

记得曾经听到的一首诗《如果我是一名军人》，描写的就是共和国军人立志报国的愿望。这更加激起了我们献身祖国的斗志。

希望这激情永远的陪伴着我，走完人生路!

decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and

今天下午，就在我们训练的时候，学校的领导和老师们也在百忙之中抽出时间来检阅我们的训练成果。在领导的检阅下我们的脚步也更有力，每一步都是落地有声。随后我们开始了分组练习，在我们自己的练习中我们也尝试了很多种不同的方式来使我们走的更整齐。在小组中我们之前的隔阂好像消除了，拉近了我们每一个同学的距离，没有班级的区分只有一个目的，那就是取得更好的成绩。

在接下来的日子里，更是我们的意志力与身体疲劳的对战。一次次转身让我们处于精神的临界，一次次鼓励又让我们挑战着身体的极限，重重困难在等待着我们放弃，但是我们必将战胜困难，一路向前!

中午回到宿舍午休时，骤然发现，我还要上5楼!这不是要人的命吗……好不容易上了五楼，还要寸步艰难地一步一步爬回宿舍，累垮了……滚上床，睡着了。下午的时候，我们站军姿都累得晃来晃去的，教官说：“现在就晃来晃去，看你们今天晚上的体能训练怎么办。”我们大家的心立刻抖了一下。

幸好，体能训练并没有想象中的难受，我们先是跟着漂亮的女教官学唱了“团结就是力量”和“打靶归来”两首歌，然后被十五班的教官整的很惨，俯卧撑，正步练习，蹲下起立。

晚上10点后，渐渐入睡，耳边还萦绕着：“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬比钢还强……”
