今天的军训时间已经过去了，军训也已经结束了。回忆起前面的点点滴滴，回想起来是多么的有趣。经过前面艰苦的训练，我也有一些心得和体会。

在之前我们一直认为军训很苦，的确。但是，我们还是坚持了下来，这说明我们有了意志力。每当我们在烈日炎炎的太阳下训练时，并不要放弃，看一看教官，他们一定比我们热，比我们还要苦。他们不仅要跟我们一样站在太阳下，还要给我们喊口号，所以我们要学习教官那种执着的精神。

经过这一次的奋斗，我们学会了许许多多。虽然我们没有像教官一样做的整齐有力，但起码我们有了军人的风范。不过我也觉得很快乐，尽管我们每天都在受苦，但老师和教官们和我们一样，甚至比我们更大。我们身边有教官的帮助和老师的激励，我们还怕什么呢?

通过这次的军训，我懂的了坚持，也体会到了教官们平时训练的来之不易。我们一定要珍惜生活中的幸福时光。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

今年我第一次到安谷的素质培训基地，在这个基地里度过了1周，有着许多的苦与乐，也有着许多的经历，还体会到了许多道理，其中野炊最让我记忆深刻：在到基地的第三天，我们1、2、3中队“奉命”外出野炊。排着整齐的队列，迈着整齐的步伐，抱着统一的凳子，我们来到了野炊的地点。先是集合，讲了大约10分钟的注意事项后，我带领着我们小组的人只奔向分配给我们的灶台，分配好任务：2人烧火，1人煮饭，2人烧菜，其他的人打下手。众人知晓自己的任务后，便开始工作起来：烧火的人冲向柴房;烧菜、煮饭的.拿好锅碗瓢盆到洗碗的地方洗去了。

过了十几分钟，火旺了起来，饭煲里装满了饭，放在灶上;锅里装好了鸭肉，也放在灶上。

在煮饭菜的过程中一切顺利，但是让人烦恼的是：烟子特别的大，而且还不是普通的烟子。这烟子一碰到眼睛，眼睛就火辣辣的痛，还好我们组有几个专家级别的人物，不费工夫就将原本很大的烟子给搞小了。大家都高兴的不住的夸奖着他们，正当我们高兴的时候，一阵烟笼罩过来，刹那间，我的世界里就满是白色，单一的白色，伴随着的还是一阵阵刺痛。过了十几秒后，烟子才渐渐的消散了，大家都是满脸的愤怒之色，转过去转过来的找罪魁祸首。最终，功夫不负有心人，成功找到了，原来是10班的人，不会烧火，烟子又弄得特大。在几次的烟击下，我们提出帮忙，哪知好人没好报，他们并不领情，还特别固执，大家都感觉十分的郁闷，但也无法，只能一次又一次的忍受着烟带来的痛苦。

终于饭菜出“炉”了，大家都如饿狼一般，狼吞虎咽，不到十分钟，锅里就没剩多少了，大家还只呼没吃饱，但是心里却特满足，因为我们体验了一回集体做饭的滋味，让我们懂得了集体的力量是强大的，一切都应该围绕集体，做不损害集体的事，而且团结就是力量，这就是军训带给我们的。

今天是第二天。我们在前一天中学会了许多基本动作。随着时间的推移，我们也从一开始的调皮捣蛋渐渐地向着军人的标准慢慢进发。早晨，我们进行队列练习。瞧!还真有几分军人的气概。“一二一，一二一!”的口令声让每个人振奋，意志增强。很快，我们跑步进入食堂，鸦雀无声地吃起早饭。接着又进入宿舍，整理内务。军绿色的被褥像极了一块一块的豆腐。

很快，到了下午。女教官把我们和21班合并成了一个大队伍。“人字队”，“L形”，“圆圈”，同学们变换着一个一个的队形，虽然很累，却依然坚持了下来。休息时，同学们在教练的领唱下，慷慨激昂地唱起了《团结就是力量》。一个个用尽所有力气来唱这首歌，使得所有人都热血沸腾。

经过两天的训练，我们的积极性提高了，礼貌性也更加增强了。虽说以往一直认为问候不好意思或者麻烦，但是在教官的指令下实施却意外地感觉很充实。收获了教官和老师的笑容和点头示意，心里就泛起一阵甜蜜的涟漪。

为期四天的军训生活在绵绵的细雨中略带伤感的落下了帷幕.在教官离去的时候我们都发现原本有些畏惧和痛恨教官的的心情不知何时以对教官充满了感恩与钦佩.在教官与我们别离的时候心中的不舍与眷恋是如此的浓郁.四天的生活让我们真正对军人起了一层敬意,当别离近在眼前,原本自以为坚强的我们,眼中闪动着晶莹的泪珠,我们大声的向教官告别以免泪水不争气的流落脸庞.

四天的点点滴滴无不贯彻了教官对我们的叮嘱与教导.小到立正时手指并拢这样的每一个细节,大到整体行进时队列的整齐,步伐的一致都包含着教官与老师对我们的叮咛.四天的军训生活充满了欢笑与泪水.我们在烈日下抱怨,在阴雨中惆怅.在点滴中感受着苦涩与甜蜜.

教官最后和我们说希望三年后能在学校的橱窗中看见我们考入大学后喜悦的表情.是的,无论是教官还是教师父母这都是他们对我们的期冀.军训并不是单纯的对我们的体能进行训练.

teacher is English teacher. Who is she? Yes, she’s Linda.

Dragon Boat Festival is a very grand festival in China. It is to

commemorate Qu Yuan, a great patriotic poet in the Warring States period. Now

Chinese people still continue this custom, even a legal festival.

农历五月初五就是端午节了，家家户户都要包粽子，还有有趣的划龙舟比赛呢!奶奶在家已经煮好了香喷喷的粽子，打开锅盖满屋都飘着粽子的清香，让我闻得口水直流个不停。我迫不及待地剥开粽子叶津津有味的吃了起来，真是回味无穷呀!

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

Last night, I had an interesting dream.In the dream I accidentally got a

magic pen with which I could write beautiful Chinese characters.Then I took part

in a calligraphy competition.With the help of the pen I got the first place. I

became famous soon and a lot of people came to beg me for some characters.I felt

very proud of myself.But when I picked the pen up and wrote down a character, I

found it very ugly.The pen no longer had magic. I was frightened into cold

sweat.Seeing this, people understood what was happening.They all laughed at me

and said that I was a cheat.I tried to find some place to hide but couldnt find

I went out to have dinner with father today。 I should make toast during the

为期六天的军训已悄然走过，回首遥望军训前的自己，发现自己是如此的脆弱，经不起风的摇曳，受不了雨的洒落。而现在，温室中的我们经过了军训的千锤百炼，已然褪去了稚嫩的外表，蜕变成铮铮铁骨的热血男儿，经得起寒风的怒号，受得住冰雨的击打。看着自己由内而外产生的变化，看着自己一步一个脚印踏踏实实从军训的起点走向终点，见证了这几天的付出和收获，也见证了自己从男孩变成男儿。

在六天的军训中，我们学会了什么?我们学会了坚持。在炎炎烈日下，执着的做着俯卧撑，就算身体再酸再痛也咬着牙不喊“报告”。我们学会了自强不息。不再甘愿做温室里被父母呵护的娇弱花朵，而是立志做泰山顶上的青松，傲然屹立，无惧风雨。我们也学会了忍耐，学会了以苦为乐。

军训生活虽然单调乏味，“折磨”身心，但正是这令行禁止、刻苦的训练才能正真的强健我们的体魄，锤炼我们的意志。军训之后，我们的肤色虽然明显的“浓重”了几分，但我们体魄、意志却变得似铁打、如精钢。军训是青春岁月里一道靓丽的风景线，是青葱画卷里最鲜艳的一抹红。在嘹亮的军歌声中，我们踏入了自己的初中生涯，而我们也将继续发扬在军训中培养出来的“不怕苦、不怕累、不放弃”的精神去拥抱自己崭新的学习生活。

军训开始前，我还把军训仅仅当作苦闷的代名词。一天之后，我才体会到：军训这幅画卷怎能仅仅靠一个简简单单的灰色“苦闷”来描绘?那铿锵有力、催人奋进的绿色音符，那咬牙坚持后、“一览众山小”的黄色喜悦，那烈日下挥洒汗水，休息时欢歌笑语的红色笑脸，共同构成了这幅色彩斑斓的青春画卷。

军训已经结束，新的生活也已经开始。但军训所带给我的“坚持、自强不息、坚强、以苦为乐”的精神品质将烙印在我的脑海里，流淌在我的血液中，相信这些宝贵的品质将劈波斩浪，直济沧海!
