吃完午饭，大家昏昏沉沉地回到寝室休息，因为下午等待我们的是和上午一样甚至比上午更严酷的考验。

训练虽苦，但我却很自豪，因为我觉得我们就是军人，一个威风的军人。阳光总在风雨后，经过磨练，定会苦尽甘来，见到美丽的彩虹!

今天是军训的第五天，因为我们昨天口号没喊好，所以今天上午便开始了残酷的体能训练，首先是50个抱头起立蹲下，然后再做了30个青蛙跳，之后又做了……总之说不清楚，一休息大家就吵起来了，教官怒道：“你们还吵，起立，给我做60个抱头起立蹲下。”没办法，又不能顶撞教官，只好照做，刚做完大家就上气不接下气。教官叫道：“如果再吵就别怪我不客气了，坐下!”我们一听，在一秒内就坐下了，每当有一个人想讲话时，大家就会做出一个“嘘”的动作，毕竟大家不想再站了，上午总算是过完了，我一回家就趴在床上睡着了，我想我应该破了世界纪录吧!

下午到了，我们主要在练习迎接领导的动作，比如手语操，表演等内容。只要没做好就要接着做，不过大家都很努力，没有用多长时间就做完了，甚至比放学时间还要早。

明天就是最后一天了，真期待明天会是怎样的!

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling

lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from

keeping pets in cities and towns.

In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

难忘的军训生活结束了，八天的风风雨雨，八天的军营生活，磨练了我们的意志。在炎热的烈日下，我们和教官刻苦的踢正步，练习排方队，在激烈的广场上，我们喊着口号，广场上立即热闹起来，在这八天军营生活里我们有欢有哀有苦有乐，使我记忧犹新，这也是成为我“小学生活”的一个难忘的事。

在这八天军营生活里，教官和我们天天在太阳光下爆晒着，教官不怕苦不怕累，使出浑身解数，把全部本领传授给我们。教官教我们练齐步，正步，还有改变我们一些不良的生活习惯，增强我们的意志力，为我们上了一堂生动有意义的课。

在火辣辣的太阳下，教官用洪亮的声音用响亮的口号引导着我们，只要有一点不正确的地方，他总是耐心的教我们，而我们也一天比一天学得好，教官越教越带劲，可是2天后教官的嗓子哑了，有时候连说话都没声了，有时候教官还坚持说：“没事，我能坚持下来。”有时假连我们看着都心疼，可是，他还是那么坚强的教我们，直到我们学会为止。

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

with the development of technology, people can do some operations to make

their faces look prefect, even to look much younger than their real ages. when

we see the commercial ads, we can find the stars look gorgeous, we are so envy

about their young faces. but to me, i think the secret of keeping young is not

by surgery operation, but to keep a healthy lifestyle. today, young people are

living an unhealthy life, they like to stay up and wake up at the noon. young

people form the habit of taking activity at night while sleeping in the day. how

terrible it is, they are damaging their bodies, their bodies will get older than

the normal speed. if people sleep early and wake up in the morning, do some

exercises and keep the balance diet, they will look young. so don’t expect the

surgery to help look young, it is harmful, only the healthy lifestyle does.

军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and

swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and

lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we

tidied all of the rooms up. My room was the cleanest and brightest. I was so

小雨，一直不紧不慢的下着，但并没有阻挡住我们训练正常进行，全体新生冒雨坚持在操场上进行训练。今天训练的主要科目是跨立、蹲下起动作，跨立的动作我做起来还不算很难，但蹲下起这个看似简单的动作，对我这个胖子来说就有些强我所难了。蹲下，我难受极了，几乎坚持不住，起来，就更难为我了。但是，我咬着牙硬挺着，我下定决心一定要坚持住，一定要像同学们一样，合格地完成各项训练科目，决不能掉队，更不能拉我们七(8)班的后腿。经过我的坚持和努力，最终我成功了!

尽管雨水打湿了我们的衣衫，但我们的军训没有因为下雨而停止，今天的军训一直进行得紧张而又有序。

后来，因为雨忽然下大的缘故，训练提前了结束了。但在这仅一个多小时的训练中，让我看到了同学们坚强和勇于克服困难的精神，感受到了同学之间的友爱和我们这个团队坚不可摧的团队精神。这种感受是那么的强烈，这种感受是我前所未有过的。

遗憾的是，还是没有调来我的“特大号”服装。虽然我没能穿上迷彩装，依然穿着白色的体恤，看似不太协调，但我已经完全融入到了这个集体当中。这一切，也许就是我们此次军训所要达到的目的吧。

有句话说得好：不当家，不知柴米油盐贵。我想通过一整天的“训练”之后就该变成：不军训，不知踢站转坐难。

这一天的早上还兴致勃勃地带着与学校重拥的美丽心情像小鸟般飞进教室，一肚子话说不尽。但还没到中午便开始“摇摇欲坠”“泣不成声”了。还没过几分钟已经有同志开始倒下，这时的心情已不再“艳阳高照”甚至达到了痛恨的地步，昔日的小公主、小王子也免不了被教官瞪眼大骂，郁闷的快要崩溃了。

万事开头难嘛。在这个最严厉的教官的指导下，我们已经不知不觉比别人一步，每当休息的时候看到其他班不尽人意的训练，心里早就没了那份不堪，竟洋洋得意起来。

最苦最累的是在开饭前的20分钟站军姿，汗水像不要钱似的往下淌，从未感觉20分钟有多漫长，脚跟也站痛了，腰杆也站麻了，教官的身影像鬼魅一般，悄无声息地出现在面前。

但当总教官吹响下课的哨音时，我还是觉得他挺可爱的。

总之，苦尽甘来，我想今晚可以做个好梦吧。

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.You can

take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if

our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat

in a healthy way and exercise regularly.

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like

french fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and

fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build

Today is sunny day, the sunshine is very nice. I am very happy, because I

meet some new classmates, chinese teachers and an Englsih teacher. They are

really friendly to me. In the morning we go to meeting room to atten the opening

ceremony of the summer camp. There are so many people in it. Then I have a test.

In fact, I really can’t stand it. In the afternoon, we meet English teacher. He

is really tall and thin. He is funny and friendly. The lesson is very

interesting. We like him. Then we meet Maria Zhang. She can speak English very

well. She teachs them about genesis and sing an English song. They are so

great.
