中午回到宿舍午休时，骤然发现，我还要上5楼!这不是要人的命吗……好不容易上了五楼，还要寸步艰难地一步一步爬回宿舍，累垮了……滚上床，睡着了。下午的时候，我们站军姿都累得晃来晃去的，教官说：“现在就晃来晃去，看你们今天晚上的体能训练怎么办。”我们大家的心立刻抖了一下。

幸好，体能训练并没有想象中的难受，我们先是跟着漂亮的女教官学唱了“团结就是力量”和“打靶归来”两首歌，然后被十五班的教官整的很惨，俯卧撑，正步练习，蹲下起立。

晚上10点后，渐渐入睡，耳边还萦绕着：“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬比钢还强……”

三天的军训生活很快结束了，这三天的军训让我学会了吃苦耐劳，学会了坚持不懈，学会了自强自立……再之后的周六、周日里，我在家里便发生了很大的变化——那是周六的早上，我按照军营里的规矩6：00就起了床。看到凌乱的床上被我踢到一边的被子和不知什么时候被我扔下床的枕头，我心想：唉呀!这么乱，要整理多久才行啊，我还要去写作业呢!还是让妈妈来收拾就行了。正当我拿起笔时，我又转念一想：不对，我是一名军训过的学生啊!自己的事情自己做，怎么能让妈妈来代劳呢?想到这儿，我丢下手中的笔，走向床边。怎么叠被子?在军营里，都是有同学的协助，才使我成功地叠好被子，现在只有靠自己了。我先把被子平整地铺在床上，将被子的两角向另外两只角折去。哎呀!我没掌握方法，不仅把被子弄皱了，还把被子弄歪了。重来重来!这次我小心极了，费了九牛二虎之力，叠了一半。接着，我又照同样的方法，把被子的另外两角向前面叠去。为了防止“杰作”被破坏，我连动一下都不敢。终于，“豆腐块”叠好了，尽管有点儿不像样子，但我还小嘛!

这一天，我又扫地，又洗碗，忙得不亦乐乎。

忙点又有什么呢?自己的事情自己做，帮家人分担家务，这难道不是军训归来的的收获吗?

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it.

Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

I get up at six o’clock every day.

After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go

to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven

o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to

bed.

National Day is coming,and we can have a seven-day.My family are going to

Hainan.Its a good seaside city.We are staying there for a week. We are going to

the beach and going swimming in the sea.Were visiting Tianya Haijiao,Wanquan

River and many other beautiful places.I think well have a good time there.

3月9日，我们全体同学来到“圆山军训训练基地”军训，我们用军人的方式生活了三天，我们时而快乐，时而悲伤;时而放松，时而认真;时而吵闹，时而安静。但我却喜欢那严肃认真的训练时间。

从来到的第一天，我们就开始训练了，我们练习了三种姿势，包括站姿、蹲姿和坐姿。练习站姿时要昂首挺胸，双脚要站成“小八字”;练习蹲姿时，应该在我们平时蹲下的基础上，让右腿膝盖接近地面，但不碰到地面，手要扶着膝盖;练习坐姿时，要盘腿坐，抬头挺胸，双手扶膝。教官也很关心我们的身体，毕竟我们是第一次参加军训，他不会让我们太累。他看见我们站累了，就让我们蹲一会儿，就可以练习一下坐姿了。这样既不会让我们非常的累，又可以让我们练习。

今天我们要去黄埔军校进行年级组织的军训活动。

早上8时许，我们有一点小紧张一点小兴奋，我心里也七上八下的，不知道在军校会发生什么事呢?

在车上，大家精神百倍，都等待卓下车那一刻。

当刚下车时，大家像刚出笼的小鸟一样，精力十足，当教官说“排队”，大家一齐大声回答：“一二”，教官顿时表扬了我们。

我们先学习了立正，向右、向左、后转，稍息……等当军人的基本动作。然后我们还完了一个游戏，叫萝卜拍。

我最喜欢萝卜拍这个游戏，规则是：先把不同的组分成不同的萝卜，然后选一个大萝卜，大萝卜指哪个萝卜，大家就说：___拍___拍完___拍。我们(三班)是“黑萝卜”，他们经常无视我们(生气生气)!

最后我们和严厉的教官合了个影就结束了这次有意义的活动。

今天我知道了当军人不容易。还有，在集体活动中大家要有团队合作精神，才能取得最后的胜利。

因为昨天一直在下雨，所以今天早上的天气还算凉爽。早上，我背着书包，心情愉快的来到学校，在举行完军训仪式后，我们就开始了真正的军训生活。在此之前，我一直对军训充满了好奇，不知到在这段日子中要干什么，同时我也认为军训很累，很枯燥。今天，我们练习了很多早就学会的动作，但教官的指导还是让我们的动作规范了很多。

最让我难忘的还是站军姿了。我们一动不动地站在操场上，教官告诉我们：“头要正，要目视前方，背不能弓，要挺胸收腹，身体微向前倾，手指并拢，脚跟靠拢，脚尖分开呈60度......”虽然只是一个站立动作，要想做得又漂亮又标准也不容易，幸好在国庆训练时练好了基础，因此我站得还十分轻松。但调皮的太阳公公好像在跟我们作对，凉爽的天气闷热起来，汗珠渐渐从我的脸颊上滑了下来，多想擦擦汗啊!但看到同学们还在坚持着，我就忍住了。

等军训结束后，我早已大汗淋漓，但我很高兴我克服了困难，坚持到了最后。

Life is full of ups and downs. Success always comes along with failure.

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

how to start of a simple diary, though it’s a piece of cake for me long long

ago. I have never lose faith in my ability of studying English even though I

fails now and them. But now I do because my diaries hold no promise. I don’t

know what I keep diaries for. I can’t come with any conclusions.
