“站军姿不许动，如果我看到有人动就多站十分钟”，粗犷的男声传到耳边。我默默的叹了口气，心里想：太累了，都站了二十多分钟了，怎么还不休息呀!脚都麻了，这教官也太没人情味了!

你猜的没错，我们正在进行军训。今天是开学的第一天，全校同学都在教官的指导下和班主任的陪同下站军姿。我无奈的看了一眼头顶挂在天上似火的骄阳，连叹命苦。脚部那种又麻又疼的感觉使我难以忍受。我一边悄悄的打量着教官，一边小心的挪动着“残废”的双脚。这时，令我意想不到的事情发生了，旁边的一个同学突然向后重重的倒下，砸到了她身后一个娇小的同学身上，我眼疾手快，一把托住了她。最终，那个同学在教官的搀扶下坐到旁边休息。顿时，我心里生出了一个逃避站军姿的好方法——装晕倒。就在我犹豫不决的时候，一件事深深的打动了我。

原先晕倒的那位同学竟然又回到了她的位置上继续站着军姿!我不可思议的睁大了眼镜，目瞪口呆的看着她那微微摇晃着仿佛随时要倒下的身影。她如白杨般笔直的树立着，如果不是亲眼看到她晕倒时那苍白的双颊和微皱的弯弯眉头，我绝不会相信那个虽身影有些微摇却有着坚毅的眼神的“女战士”就是她!我禁不住面红耳赤，羞愧的垂下了头。

其实，人生中的挫折与困难就像是紧紧地束缚着我们的一层层茧，只有我们自己去努力克服，努力挣脱它们，才能迎着暖风，嗅着花香，赏者日出日落，自由美丽的飞翔。破茧，是成蝶的过程，成蝶，是破茧的目的。

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

strengthen language knowledge.

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

we didnt work hard, we would never do well in learning English.

太阳的色彩如此炫目，蓝天白云如此亮丽。今日的训练仍然艰巨，但是苦中有乐、有甜。

随着天空渐渐变亮，大家已经着装整齐的在排队等候了。晨练让我们开始了一天的训练。一声声的口号在空中回荡，虽然不及军人那般气势但也足显大家的精神，柔中有刚这就是娘子军风格，谁说女子不如男!我们相信，我们能用实际行动证明女兵也是好样的!

无论是停止间转法还是齐步走、正步走、踏步走一切都要以整排为标准，“团结”是那么的重要。个人只是一份子，而整体的形象需要大家一起创造，每个人都记住看准排头，用教官的话就是“标齐”，只有一样的间距一样的水平线才会有良好作风的连队。

训练并不是为了让大家畏惧，而是希望每个人能够在困难中勇敢前进，向着前方不断努力，一段段的历程，一点点的进步才可以有坚强的意志，只有为中求进才是训练质量的保证。

About eight o clock this morning, the snow started to fall, I stood at the window, watch the beautiful snow.

今天早上大约8点多，下起了雪，我站在窗户里，观赏着这美丽的雪景。

雪儿们把大地盖上了一层厚厚的地毯，好像怕大地冷呢!远远望去，“山舞银蛇”好像变成了一个粉装玉砌，充满诗情话意的世界。门口的树上有许多雪，像一棵棵小玉树。

今天练习的是跑步走和半面向左向右转。刚开始就闹出了一连串笑话。跑步走怎么也跑不齐，乱七八糟;半面向左向右转总是用人把左右搞混，自然也就转错了。于是教官把走错的人叫了出来，让他在我们面前做。他一做错不打紧，全班哄笑起来。教官没有说什么，耐心的教他，让体委带着我们跑步。

接着大家伙一起练习跑步走，又一场全班哄笑在悄悄的降临。跑起来还好，四个人还算整齐，可立定的时候怎么也站不齐，跑步要求“四步立定”，所谓就是前两步有个缓冲的时间，跑步速得降下来，第三步往前跨小半步，同时把手臂还原成准备跑步的姿势——双手握拳，拳心对着腰间，上体直立。第四步稳稳地停下来，然后同时右脚靠左脚变为军姿。问题就出在这里。四步立定总有人的步伐和别人不一样，要么就是跨多了，要么就是跨少了。用教官的话说，我们跑起来就像大杂烩一样。这句话引来全班哄笑。之后教官为了惩罚我们，让我们全体蹲下蹲了接近五分钟，大家安静极了。不一会，哨声响了，军训结束了。拿完杯子排好队后，教官对我们说：“明天还有最后一天，后天还有一上午，希望大家努力训练，争取在会操时取得好成绩!”大家用力的点了点头。

经过一番训练后，我们筋疲力尽。教官让大家休息，但想到后面比赛评选，我决定和陶杨、张远继续练习。这时，我听见旁边有人说：“哼，有时间你们不玩，反正待会儿有的是时间练习。”听了这番话，我想：“如果不多练习，那怎样才能评上优秀班级和优秀学员呢?”

就这样，最后一天的军训结束了，我期待着属于我们班的那份荣誉的到来。

经过六天的酸甜苦辣，最后到了军训的最后一天。上午，各个班级都在为军训汇演作着最后的准备，都在准备着迎接那最激动人心的时刻。

下午，军训最后一项汇报演出——“阅兵式”准时开始。汇报演出的形式是两个班级同时上场，透过比一比、赛一赛，来展示自己几天来学到的资料。我们的“战士”在教官的指挥下，做着各种动作，有跨立，敬礼，齐步走……主席台上，主教官一遍遍地作着阅兵指导;训练场上，各个方阵交替进行着齐步走与正步走。每一个步伐，每一次转体，每一声口号，都显示出他们的成长与蜕变。看来，这几天来的艰苦训练，都是很值得的。

军训即将结束，也许六天的训练时间是短暂的，但是留给他们的影响却是深远持久的，他们的收获也是无价的。这天我们的“战士”在训练场上展示了自己的迷人风采，也期望我们的“战士”在以后的人生“战场”上，也能张扬自信、绽放风采!

军训结束了。我静静地望着军训的那张合影出神，脑海里是军训时的画面。

那天，我们正在练习军姿。“把袖子往上撸一点嘛，手露出来。“马教官不知何时出现在我的身后。我轻轻地往上撸了撸袖子，只是把手指露出来。“为什么不把手全部露出来?是不是戴了什么手饰?没关系，我懂我懂。“他那张还算俊俏的脸上露出一副玩世不恭的样子，调皮似地坏笑着伏在我的耳边轻轻地说。虽然声音较小，但旁边的同学还是听见了，兴灾乐祸地哄笑着看我，那眼神好像是我做贼被发现了似的，我生气地使劲提袖子，袖口都提到胳膊轴了才作罢，然后我倔强地对教官说：“您看，我可没戴什么手饰!“马教官一脸玩味地带笑看着我，而后点点头：“抱歉，玩笑而已，下次记得把袖子撸上去。”

军训第三个星期，我们学习走正步。刚开始分解动作训练时，我很努力认真，出手快，收手快，抬脚又稳又高，但当我手脚连在一起完整地走正步时，两只胳膊松松软软，又歪又斜，而双脚更是别别扭扭不会走路，不论怎样练习也跟不上其他同学的步伐。于是我便被单独挑出来练习，“稳住重心!放慢脚步!”戴教官在一旁焦急地叮嘱我。而我没听见似的，走得摇摇晃晃，脚步速度又很快，那模样让身旁的同学都为我捏了一把汗，生怕我一个不小心跌倒下去。我每天都为这件事烦恼，生怕过几天天军训汇演时给班级丢脸。于是我反反复复的练习，先一步一顿地练着走，然后再慢悠悠地一步一步走，后来又跟着教官的节奏走，最后，我终于学会了走正步，能够在队伍中和同学们走在一起了，只是并不熟练，经常会有失误，教官说只要多走两遍就好了，我这才松了一口气，露出开心的笑容。

一件又一件关于这次军训的事闪现在脑海里，我轻轻叹了口气，把合影保存到手机相册中，这真是一次难忘的军训啊，虽然我很辛苦，脸也晒黑了不少，但我懂得了不论做什么都要吃苦耐劳，努力学习，才能取得成功的道理!

再过几天就是端午节了。

你知道端午节的有来吗?我知道，为了纪念伍子廉，他的父兄被楚王所杀，之后他去吴国挖墓，楚王知道了他赐剑死了他将尸体投入大江，这天5月5日端午节的习俗是个家插艾草，石榴花，蒜头，划龙舟。

我们家是这样过节的，一大早起床，洗一个艾草澡。

我最喜欢过端午节了!

短短几天的军训，让我想到了很多，让我成长了很多。它让我学会了团结，锻炼了我的意志。军姿展现的是军人之风采，坚定之心，硬骨之气。

时间过得很快，不知不觉，为期一周的军训马上要结束了，星期五是我们军训的最后一天，我们要进行军训汇演，还邀请了许多家长来观摩!

午休过后，我们匆匆忙忙地下楼练习汇演的内容：立正、稍息、跨立、停止间转法、敬礼、齐步走和立定。此刻我的心情已经开始激动了。

转眼间就到了汇演的时候。一班、二班、三班接着就该轮到我们班汇演了。此刻我的心跳得更快了。五班汇演完之后，我们班的李教官就大声地喊了声：“立正!齐步走!”我们就整整齐齐地走了起来，教官说了声：“立定。”我们就停了下来，等待着教官的再一次发号施令。

教官停顿了一会，不知为什么我有些提心吊胆。两三秒后，我们又听到教官铿锵有力的口令：“向右看齐!”我们就按照教官的要求去做相应的内容。“立正!稍息!”李教官的这声突如其来的口令让我有点不知所措。但我又立刻回到了状态。

“第一个内容：立正、稍息、跨立，立正!”听到这声口令我们立即摆出立正的姿势。“稍息、立正、跨立”李教官说得内容我们都顺利完成了。正当我们高高兴兴准备走回去的时候，却出了岔子，我们最后一排最右边的四个女生突然停住了。不过很快就恢复了状态。就这样有惊无险地完成了我们的第一次军训汇演。

这五天的军训让我明白了一个道理：做什么事都要团结，坚持不懈;做什么事都要有始有终，不能半途而废。

食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many

other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay GREat attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.
