高中的生活由军训开始的勒起和画。我们如期收拾好行李来到新学校新宿舍，认识了新朋友，便开始踏上军训之旅。

我们的教官是一个内心狂热，外表斯文的有为青年。还记得那几夜与我们畅谈的理想与奋斗，感情与挫折，让我们似乎看懂了人生的滋味百态。

在我们班上，不算努力但总有一股凝聚的力量在沸腾。第三天，教官与十班教官调班试着不同方式的操练。一开始，可爱教官先让我们休息一下，唱歌表演才艺。谁知那讲台上的连长早已对我们虎视眈眈，立刻上前给我们一翻训斥。“你们得瑟了吧，练得不错了?就你班在嘻皮笑脸，给我预演一下!”连长的话在当时烈日当前显得特别刺耳，我们班上的同学无不面红耳赤，就连教官也是。暗地里，我们班却仿佛铆足了劲。猛烈的阳光把我们的一层皮肤晒得发红发黑，额头上的汗珠从眼角划过，滴上衣襟上，湿透了一片。不负众望，整齐的队列，响天轰地的踏步声，令连长震撼，令连长呆若木鸡。教官把嘴角拉起一个美丽的弧度，“好!”我们都笑了，汗水没有白流。

结束的最后一晚，那是教官的生日。几个小女生暗中发出暗号，当然我也参与其中。一首歌打破了当时寂静的气氛，“祝你生日快乐，祝你生日快乐……”教官立即回过神来，眼睛有一丝闪动。“谢谢，可这并不容易打发我的”，一句句笑声荡漾在宿舍里，感染着每个人。

军训的第三天，经历了前两天的重重磨难我们变得更团结更加勇敢，今天的军训对于我们来说已经不算什么。因为我们知道苦难不会击垮我们，只会锻炼我们的身体，磨练我们的意志，是我们成功的垫脚石。

尽管是炎炎夏日，我们依然面漏微笑，笑容不只是一种表情，而是对面困难的一种心态这样的我们将会走的更远今天，太阳很大，当我们还是继续训练，要发扬流血，流汗，不流泪的精神。苦不苦，想想红军二万五，累不累想想革命老前辈。和他们相比，我们这只是小菜一碟。所以，我们必须坚持，挺过去，让革命老前辈不怕苦，不怕累的精神在我们身上得到体现。

军训第二天的时光在昨天溜走了，第一天训的太累了，昨天早上起床时小腿抽筋般的"疼，但仍得继续训练。开始时强忍疼痛站了20分钟军姿，由于天时晴天，我发现我的汗从额头流向脸颊再散开，鼻尖上已泛起许多小泡泡，但还不能动，不能擦，有点忍耐不住，由于老师的鼓励，同学们都没有掉队，一直坚持到最后。到了下一个动作，又是举着胳膊一直保持不动站着。我的天，退很累，很疼，浑身麻木，又不停的流汗，我忍不住了，一想到自己从来没有受过这种罪，好想哭，我想起了我的妈妈，伴着红红的眼圈不停地想家，觉得有父母陪伴很幸福，一直没有离开过爸爸妈妈的我对回家有前所未有的期待。最终，我努力睁大眼睛强忍不让眼泪无止息的滑落下来，心里好难受好难受。

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

Xiaomei and I went out this morning. We went to the city centre. We went

window shopping, and then we had lunch at the restaurant. We didnt buy anything

as we didnt have much money, but we still had a wonderful time.

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.

Not only children, but most grown-ups also love Halloween and Halloween parties because on this day,they can disguise themselves as personages or ghost as their imaginations will lead them. This bring them the satisfaction of being young.

Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

different people on my way to school. I have different new classes every day, so

I always learn new knowledge. And the happiness is different. Yesterday I might

be happy because I got high scores in the exam, but today I am happy because I

play with my classmates. Knowledge and happiness make my every single day and

life rich.

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.

Classes are over at 5:30. I usually play at school for a while and then go home.

At night, I usually finish my homework and then watch TV. About 10:00, I go to

bed. This is my all day.

星期四，眼见着就要快要军训了，我们班也鼓起了志气。

星期四，_虽然不在，但是我们在周老师的带领下，依然练得非常投入。

在训练的中途中，周老师对我们的表现并不是很满意，又让我们看了四年级的表现，四(2)班几乎已经把所有的军训项目都展示了一遍，周老师特别让我们仔细看四(2)班蹲下起立和坐下起立的动作，因为我们班的动作并不是很齐，有时班里体育不是很好的同学，总是比其他同学慢一拍，不过，虽然四(2)班的同学有一些起得快，有一些起得慢，但是，在他们的脸上我看到了，一些严肃而有认真的表情，班主任周老师非常着急，拼命说：“手要像把刀!”是啊!离国庆检阅还有一天，在这一天当中，谁不着急啊!我真觉得是时候应该要好好练习了。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door. I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. 第一天开始了，刚开始我们都不适应，前两天仍是绵绵细雨，但一到军训就来了炎炎烈日。毒热的太阳照射在皮肤上，皮肤也向大脑送去一阵阵灼烧的刺痛。皮肤上的每一个毛孔都在大吐“苦水”。“苦水”从额头上流了下来，一直流着，喉咙也开始反抗了，体内的水分，在飞速地流走，而我也一直在等待着教官下达口令：“喝水”。

然而，军训并不是那么地枯燥。我们还有许多不同的节目比如：拔河比赛和拉歌比赛。而我最最期待的就是拉个比赛。

拉个比赛要求团结与声音洪亮，声音越大越好。到了拉歌那天，我的嗓子哑了，嗓子一点也叫不出声来。我看着其他的班级声音都那么洪亮，我有点担心我们是否能获胜。一个班接一个班过去了，终于轮到我们班了。我拼尽了全力，叫喊了出来。虽然我们并没有获得冠军，但是我们志在参与，并不求名次。我们在这次军训中也懂得了有付出就会有收获。

五天的军训，不算长也不算短，但是收获却很多。让我们学会了团结、付出，也让我们向成功走出了第一步。

“稍息!立正!抬头挺胸!”军训第一天就在教官嘹亮的发号声中开始了。

军训最基本的就是站军姿，令人最头疼的恐怕也属于站军姿了，双脚成站开，双手紧贴裤缝，昂头挺胸，双眼看向上前方。刚站完这个姿势，心中还在暗喜：原来站军姿这么简单，这样站一天都不成问题。看着前面的墙，大家都站在哪儿一动也不动。“过去多长时间了呢?”我在心里暗暗地想。开始有点站不住了，眼睛往左一瞥，看了一下浦项的钟，才过去十几分钟啊，我怎么觉得像几个世纪都过去了?不禁默默抱怨起来。这时候有几个人站不住了，像个拨浪鼓一样开始摇晃身子，我正准备舒展一下手臂，教官宏亮的声音就把我给震住了，“我准你们动了吗?要打报告!”“报告。”像蚊子叫大小的声音从身后传来，“听不见，大声点!”教官又讲了一遍。一个上午的站军姿，我连那堵墙上有几条缝都能一一点清。
