今天，我们三年级5个班一起去黄埔军校参加军训活动。7点半我们在八匹马3号车集合，8点钟准时出发黄埔军校。

我既激动又紧张，因为黄埔军校的老师是非常严格的，我读二年级时在那里有参加过夏令营，训练营的魔鬼生活还历历在目呢。

到了目的地后，我一直很认真地听教官的话做训练。

军训时我们玩了一个非常有趣的游戏：5个班有不同的代号，分别是红萝卜、白萝卜、黑萝卜、花萝卜、绿萝卜。如果大萝卜(是个家长)点一个班级，然后我们要说出他的代号，被点到的这个班级要接着点出另外的萝卜。这个环节非常好玩，刚开始游戏时，我们班没人被点到，都是在看其他班级玩，后来教官对大家说：你们看黑萝卜没被点到都有意见了。听到教官的话后，大家都频繁地点我们班，我们班是不能说话的。黄芷童妈妈点到其他萝卜时，我们就要叫出他的萝卜名。“花萝卜”点“绿萝卜”，“绿萝卜”点“花萝卜”来回互点了10次，我们看着很搞笑，热闹极了。我们一定要记住其他班级的萝卜名，不能错，如果错了3次就要退出游戏，我们班都没有叫错过一次，我很开心。

今天真是令人难忘的一天，辛苦但快乐着。训练结束后，我们就开开心心地回家了。

没经历过军训的会觉得军训是神秘的有趣的.，经历过的人大概就没有这种想法了。我对军训的第一印象是无聊的、又累又热的，而且教官一点好脸色都没有。

五天的军训结束了。一开始我觉得军训就是一个字，累。每天不是站军姿，就是稍息立正，或者就是原地踏步走，每一项内容都是十分的考验人，要动作标准，还要耐得住酷热的和时间的考验，每天练得人都要不行了。幸亏这个时候已经不是很热了，要不然真是不知道能不能熬过第一天。

之后我开始觉得教官很严厉，但是做事很认真，很有耐心，无论我们有多少次的不合格，他都能一个个仔细的指导。在休息的时候，教官看起来和普通人也没什么区别，一样会笑，一样会幽默，这个时候往往我们和教官就会非常的合得来。五天的时间，我们经历以前从来没有经历过的苦和累，也经历了许多放声大笑的时刻。

这短短五天的军训，颠覆了我对军训的初印象，它不是无聊的，它是有趣生动的;它的累和热使我们锻炼的工具;军训的教官也并不是不喜欢我们，严肃认真是他们对我们最大的尊敬。这次军训将会永远保存在我的记忆里。

今天是军训的第一天，早上7点30分我们齐聚在学校操场举行军训开营仪式。负责此次军训教学任务的武警浙江总队警勤中队的官兵们早已列队整齐。

开营仪式由政教处副主任诸杰锋老师主持，首先是升旗仪式，战士们挺拔的身姿，标准的姿势给同学们留下了深刻印象。随后，学员代表和教官代表依次发言。学员代表发出铮铮誓言，决心不怕吃苦，不怕流汗，保证高质量完成军训所有任务，努力在军训中锤炼意志，磨练毅力，争取交出高中阶段第一份漂亮的成绩单。最后，陈雄副校长宣布最新高一军训开始。

今天的训练科目是站军姿，立正，跨列，稍息等等，站军姿时必须保持纹丝不动，立正稍息动作必须干净利落，一个摆臂的动作常常要练习几十遍甚至几百遍，对于暑假在家宅了三个月的我们来说，头顶的烈日真是有点让人吃不消，但是同学们选择咬牙坚持，实在撑不住就到休息处喝点食堂叔叔阿姨准备的绿豆汤、金银花茶，稍作休息马上又回到班级队伍中参加训练。班主任老师个个都是陪练员，顶着太阳，站在离我们最近的地方，给我们加油鼓劲，手中的相机不停记录着我们最英姿飒爽的风采。

军训的第一天就这样过去了，晚上躺在床上，脑海中不断回忆着军训的片段，耳边回响的是同学们响亮的口号，眼前浮现的是他们坚毅的目光，晶莹的汗水。我想，这就是青春最好的见证。

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

被称为“魔鬼教练”的教官们又在发号施令了，我们这些“小兔子们”只得乖乖照做，不然就gameover了。“又在动!再动我就要惩罚你!至于是什么惩罚，你再动之后就知道了!”教官炸雷般地吼道。我听了不仅抖了几下，虽然不是在和我说话，但我也被这怒吼声吓坏了，连眼睛都不敢眨一下。

不知不觉我们已经在烈日下站了2个小时了，我感到有些累，有些头晕。可是教官还没下达休息的指令，所以我咬紧了牙关，一直坚持着，绝不轻言放弃。记得军训前，妈妈曾经叮嘱过我：“孩子，你一定要坚持住!坚持到最后，胜利的就是你!”想起妈妈的话，我更加坚定了，似乎有了一种无法估量和形容的力气。我暗暗给自己打气，挺过了这个艰辛的上午。

I used to think Beijing must be a grand and special city, given that it was the capital of China, and lots of events I have heard took place there. But soon after I got off the plane, I knew all was but my illusion. If I had to use one wordto describe it, nothing but “grey” will fulfil the task. Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. What we can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away, instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

本色一：你有责任，我有责任，大家都有责任;你不许错，我不许错，大家都不许错!“你再走错，我就踢你了!”后面的同学吓唬前面的同学，前面的人顶着这个压力，不敢在齐步、正步走中走错!当然，没有人挨踢，这只是一种无形的压力，使大家注意力集中。谁能错?!谁敢错?!

本色二：该放松就放松，别装正经人!“休息……”每当教官下这个命令的时候，大家都笑了，“哈哈……”闹得不亦乐乎，偶尔也忽悠一下教官!这不，咱教官被咱们弄得不得以，给咱唱了首《当你的秀发抚过我的钢枪》。

本色三：该出手时就出手。“我相信你们的纪律是全营里最乱的，但汇演时你们一定是最好的!”，教官这样说。这不，今天下午的全营评比中咱连走的那叫齐。下场时教官瞪着眼睛说：“哇噻，真牛啊!”就连咱们那个不轻意夸人的营长也走到咱连说：“你们走的不错啊!”

放下赛场上我右手所持的那支球拍，合上我沉迷已久的小说，收好了穿后不久的泳衣，当我穿上校服，拎起水杯，阔步踏上操场时，一股浓浓的强烈的胶味与我撞了个满怀，我轻轻叹了一声，军训开始了。

他一声令下，我们像挨了吵的兵急匆匆地放好水杯，又急匆匆地站好队，接受他的训练。

先是站军姿，仿佛这个字就是枯燥的代表。不不不，其实挺有趣的，你们站着教官讲着，也并不枯燥。但我哪敢有丝毫懈怠?我照着标准的军姿站着，背着阳，火辣辣的阳光射在后脑勺上，使我感到军训这两个字的表层含义。十分钟过去了，一位位同学打起了报告，休息去了。我双脚发麻，两眼发晕，我并没有打报告，任凭豆大的汗珠流过脸颊，任凭小腹隐隐作痛。我皱紧了眉头，咬紧牙关，默默忍者。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a

lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can

have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy

eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone,
