Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Be thankful

for whatever you have, give and receive. Happy Thanksgiving today and every

军训到了第五天，有种快熬到头的感觉，本以为今天的军姿不用站了，没想的是广播通知：各班每人带一本书到指定地点集合。广播强调不许带纸张，心想今天不知会变出什么花样来。随着总指挥一声令下，要求学生把书顶到头上，头上的书掉了还是要罚，吓得学生大气也不敢出，汗水顺着脸颊滑了下来，有的溜进了嘴里。没多久跑道上罚跑的学生多了起来，我的班里的学生也无法幸免，有一个学生跑回来以后完全瘫了，胃部疼得厉害，最后只好送医院。而对那些书快掉了的学生来说，也只有轻轻喊老师的份了，我趁着给她们擦汗的时候偷偷的把书扶正。好多学生的背上，脖颈上都晒出了痱子，后来还是我从家里拿了女儿的宝宝金水给她们擦，而我自己的双腿也因为汗水而捂出了痱子。

早上军训的时候，其实还挺凉快的.。我们都还不是很热，带着这份平静的心情，我们出发了。

刚开始，我们站在树荫下练习。教官面带微笑的开始教我们，大家都很认真。因为教官对我们很好，所以我们都很配合他。

过了一会儿，总教官开始进行全体指挥。他让我们在30秒内速回教室，还要在30秒迅速集合。第一次，同学们都太激动，一边跑一边闹，但速度还是不赖。第二次，总教官说不许我们说话，又要以最快的速度进出教室，可我们还是成功了，大家都没有让自己的教官失望。

接着是站军姿。隔壁班的有位同学犯了点错误，就罚到升旗台站军姿，我们就在那里幸灾乐祸的坏笑。太阳实在毒辣，我真希望自己能晕倒，这样就不用那么辛苦了。可后来想想，大家都在站，他们都能坚持，我为什么要放弃?终于，我还是挺过来了，即使太阳再大，汗流的再多，我也决不动弹一下。坚持就是胜利。

军训完后，教官到教室教我们唱歌，有些同学实在太累了，竟然趴在课桌上睡着了。

今天的军训，我坚持了太阳底下的军姿。我以后还会继续加油，决不会向军训低头，不会放弃的。

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting for me. Although outside is

no matter how beautiful, Beijing is still my home. In fact, there is many fresh

things. Like red bayberries. In the afternoon, I took a bus to Beijing. I was

very unlucky that my mp3 was stolen. I was very sad. I didn’t know why thieves

went to steal other’s things. Why don’t they hunt for a job? I don’t why! I hope

there is no thief in our motherland.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

has its charm. Writing letters means someone is in sincere attitude, the one who

receives the letter will be touched deeply. Sometimes message is hard to use

phone to explain, then letters will be used. In a word, writing letter will be

not out of day.

今天是军训第二天。我怀着点点兴奋早早地赶到学校，轻车熟路地去换军服。班里早到的同学也已经换好了衣服，坐在教室里三五成群地讨论着昨天军训的内容，我也有些期待今天的军训了。我们伴随着第一节课的上课铃声，来到操场开始训练——第二天训练正式开始了。

教官先让我们练习昨天学习的内容，“军姿是站出来的。军姿站好了才有气质，气质对于每个人都是非常重要的......”教官语重心长地教导我们，挨个纠正我们的错误。在我们练习好新的内容后，教官又给我们教了一项新的内容。

齐步走：左脚在听到指令后先向前迈出一小步，然后右脚接着迈，依次循环，但是走的时候，要注意整个排面的整齐划一。手的动作也很简单;手指在军姿的基础上微微弯曲，摆动时距离衣服纽扣约20至25厘米左右，手臂伸直，与身体距离约45度角。手脚配合时，左脚迈出右手摆动，右脚迈出左手摆动——手与脚的方向相反。立定：教官喊“立”时踏左脚，“定”是右脚，听到指令后左脚再向前迈出一步，右脚收到左脚后面。

虽然今天教的内容简单易懂，但是这考验着我们的整齐。我期待着明天的军训，不知明天等待我们的会是什么训练......

顶着烈日，我们乘车来到国防学校，面对无数陌生的面孔，满怀欣喜和兴奋参加军训，并在这里结识了七位同龄的朋友，或许他们以后会成为高中三年的同学，我期待着……

几天了的训练让我感受了军人的艰苦的生活，不过这种生活让我感受到了充实。虽不知后面几天的军人生活会如何，但坚信一定会精彩。十人在一起的房间里，都互相不曾认识，却在无形的相处中慢慢培养了友情和兄弟情，正如教官所说，一个连的人就要非常团结，互相帮助，这里的条件不是想象中的那么好，许多的生活用品我们背着一大包一小包，有时还需要借用。不过，在这样的生活环境中锻炼了作为高中生应该有的毅力和吃苦耐劳的精神，拥有了用自己双手劳动的能力，脱离了父母全包办的状态，这使我感到自豪。

严厉的教官，动作的严格都时刻提醒，我不断要求自我纠正不良的站立姿势，约束自己爱说话，爱走动的习惯。我深知高中生活学习良好的习惯决定了未来所要走的路，这大概就是军训的真谛吧!尽管会流汗会腰酸背痛，但只有亲身经历过才会知道军人为什么是普通人中的榜样，为什么像钢铁一样坚强，是疆土和国家的保卫者。

继续吧!把我的汗水洒满操场，把时间花费在这神圣的地方，把精力消耗在每一次飞扬的尘灰中。这是强者生存的地方，所以我无怨无悔，看看寝室里那些和我一样的学生留下激情的话语，感动的不舍，就会发现很值得，再苦再累也值得!

军训，第一天。

轻松的午休结束后，轰隆隆的雷声划破了宁静的天空，所有的作息时间统统被打乱，导致今天的状态没有想像中的那么紧张。但下午的军姿练习却也让我们尝到了一点点苦头。我想起了年段大会上段长提到的一段话：在别人都能做到的时候，我们要做好;在别人都能做好的时候，我们要做得更好。是的，只有事事严于律己，我们才能做到最好。

吃晚饭的时候，我真正体验到了团队精神，知道了什么叫做部队的“集体”。原本十人一桌一块儿吃饭，却只到了九个。尽管我们肚子饿得咕咕叫，也只能咽下口水，看着饭菜，闻着香气，等待着另一个人的到来。这就是集体主义，这就是纪律，这就是真正的团队精神。

总之，今天虽然有点乱，但过得很充实。至少，我算是真正懂得了集体主义。

操练的是意志!

第二天，我们都站到训练场地，等教官来，等了好久还没人，有的同学往后看，有的乱动。忽然一声“啪”，打破了这寂静。原来是乱动的被发现了。

我们先站了五分钟军姿然后又开始练齐步走。训练挺累的。教官问我们觉得天气怎么样，我们说挺好，反正没有太阳就好。下午，教官让我们到操场训练，真是累坏了，休息的时候，他给我们讲他中学到高中的故事，我们听的津津有味。还给我们讲了，《恋爱和婚姻》的哲理故事。

在练的时候，有些人换了位置，这是因为他们没走好，我受前面同学的影响，竟然也顺拐了，唉!后来终于换回来了，我才没有一直“顺着”走。

在最后一节课上，教官告诉我们他本来准备今天就学完全部课程的，可是我们……我们都觉得自己做的不够好，我在心里暗暗下定决心：一定要走好了!

One Sunday my mother had me take my little young brother to the a trip to

the country. She bade me take good care of him.

我们来到了操场。教官来了，他黑黑的，瘦瘦的，穿着一套整齐的军装。我们开始训练了，第一个动作是立正。教官先示范，然后让我们做。我很不以为然，因为“立正”一年级就会了。开始做了，我们却让教官挑出了许多毛病：什么手没贴紧呀，没收腹呀，没挺胸呀。让我们不敢再小看“立正”这个动作了。“好，再保持这个动作几分钟，我们就休息!”一听这话，大家顿时来了精神。“‘立正’这个动作，两脚尖要张开约60度，身体略向前倾，重心在脚上!”教官大声指导要领。过了一会儿，我就感到四肢发麻胀痛，可时间还没到，我在心里默默说：“教官，让我动一动吧!”后面几个动作也一样，教官依然严格地要求我们，一点儿也不马虎。

不知不觉，一天的军训结束了。我们的脚和手都非常酸痛，但我们依然觉得愉快。

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

in the corner. I want to change this situation, I don’t want to be a outsider, I

want to be part of the group. So I watch many comic movies and start to play

jokes with my friends. I become more active now, when my friends play jokes on

me, I will laugh happily and play jokes on them. I take the easy mood and become

今天是军训的第四天。

早晨，我们拖着疲惫不堪的身子，一起到“老地方”集合。今天训练的主要内容是正步走，由于已经训练了三天，身体有点吃不消，觉得实在是太累了，再加上今天，我觉得腿很酸，脚也特麻。尤其是刚开始的时候，大家都必须抬起一只脚，身体微微向前倾，腿要绷直，脚掌向下，约与地面平齐。这个动作有点难，要求也很严格。不过还好，大家都没有因为太累而放慢脚步。真的，一个上午下来，我们班都没有一个同学退缩，这令我很感动，感觉每个同学都是好样的。

今天，我对自己的表现还算满意。因为在这个艰难的动作中，我跟同一排的同学走得挺整齐的，而且整个过程当中，教官和老师都没有说我的动作不标准或者是不整齐。

今天虽然有点累，但感觉好好的。唯一不足的就是我们惹教官生气了，原因是有几个同学迟到了，所以都被罚跑步。后来，他们表现得很好，我想他们迟到是有原因的吧。希望教官能忘记他们的过错，也希望他们忘记今天曾经被罚，并且下次不要再迟到了。

My best friend is Mary. She lives in a tall building. She lives on the fifth floor. Everyday she takes the lift up and down. She is twelve years old. She is tall and thin.
