这些天搬了很多很多东西，虽然辛苦，自己身体也不好(自从搬到这个小区后，到现在好像周身都是病，斜视，肥胖，精神不佳，应该是很不佳，肾亏，疝气，最近还出现了高血压迹象，心跳很快，呼吸急速，还有以前破相所带来的的听力下降，鼻炎，怕见阳光，交际困难，混混鄂鄂，做事轮尽，个人能力严重下降，被人突然无端指着来毒骂(一个初中的杨姓同学)都居然可以无反应等等了)，但搬走后，真的舒服很多，真的，真的很舒服，缠绕自己多年的破相(被妈妈捏难了鼻子，但妈妈却说，这是你自己的事情，要靠你自己去冲破这个困扰，谁也帮不了你)困扰也松了。

无论是停止间转法还是齐步走、正步走、踏步走一切都要以整排为标准，“团结”是那么的重要。个人只是一份子，而整体的形象需要大家一起创造，每个人都记住看准排头，用教官的话就是“标齐”，只有一样的间距一样的水平线才会有良好作风的连队。

训练并不是为了让大家畏惧，而是希望每个人能够在困难中勇敢前进，向着前方不断努力，一段段的历程，一点点的进步才可以有坚强的意志，只有为中求进才是训练质量的保证。

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

午休过后，我们又再次来到了操场。这一次教官教了我们一个新动作——正步走。看完教官的演示，我们也模仿着。先练习手的动作，然后再练习脚怎么走，最后手脚并用地走正步。我全神贯注地走着，连续被教官三次请到前面演示，心中还有点小骄傲呢。我走的铿锵有力，“嗒”“嗒”“嗒”的脚步声响得很。汗水还不由自主地从我脸上淌落下来。教官奖励了我十分钟的喝水休息时间，同学们都对我看来羡慕的眼光。

在分成四组练习走正步的时候，我还做了一次小教官，由我带领第二组同学学习怎样走好正步，当同学们齐刷刷地走着正步时，我心中的自豪与骄傲油然而生。

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

五月四号我们和x一起坐上大巴车，开始了一周的军训生活。这种训练对于我们这些学生来说是个痛苦的日子。

每天训练下来，累得腰酸腿疼。我的教官是个严格要求的人，动作做的不标准就一遍又一遍的操练，直到符合要求为止。其实教官也是心疼我们的，但他更希望能把我们的坚强、毅力练出来。军训

生活是苦中带甜，这种甜是师生之间建立起来的一种深厚的友谊，就像一块朱古力糖，还会有丝丝苦味，真是让人回味无穷。军训的确很辛苦，但是我相信往后我们一定会怀念这一段既苦又甜的军训生

活。在炎炎烈日下，我们踢正步，排方队;在激昂的训练场上，我们欢呼，呐喊。就是这样一段生活，使每个人在滚爬摔打中慢慢成长;就是这样一段经历，使每个人在汗水中变得坚强。军训给了我这样

的机会，虽然军训有点儿苦、有点儿累，但我知道更苦更累还在以后的学习、生活之路。我更加体会到在学习上也要有毅力，也要有吃苦耐劳的精神。人生充满艰辛，生活充满坎坷;和此相比，军训的日

子又算得了什么呢。军训代表着什么，代表着磨练意志，代表着学会面对挫折的本领，代表着迎难而上的毅力。军训的日子只有短短的五天，和人生相比，只不过是沧海一粟，也许这段日子在几年后会

在记忆中消逝，但它留下的绿色诗韵，永远是人生中最亮丽的风景。

其实，军训生活还带给我们很多，相信这次军训生活定会成为我们人生中烙下一道深深的痕迹。

Yesterday morning ,I got up earlier.The birds are singing in the

trees.After breakfast ,My mother and I went to the local park.Everything was

beautiful.The sky is blue.The sun is magnificent.You can see many flowers and

trees in the park.Some children are playing in the park.I saw many boats on the

lake at the foot of the hills.Later on ,mother and I played hide-and-seek in the

park.Yesterday,I had a good time.
