站军姿真难

军姿可是军训中一个必不可少的内容，要求站直 ，站好，站稳，看起来简单，容易，心里便沾沾自喜地想:不就是站好嘛，太简单啦!

可谁知道，不仅要站直，还要做到头抬高、手贴紧、两肩后张

、身体微前倾等动作，顿时傻眼了。不一会儿就感到酸胀和累这时才知道站军姿的痛苦了，一放松就会有教官的“小奖励’，真的有种进退两难的尴尬!

声音超洪亮

不得不说，教官还有个“耳背”的毛病，声音要是低于12分贝，教官便会问：“说什么，听不见，大声点?”因为国防苑地处四面环山，教官便要求我们能听到回声才算合格。所以我们常常说一个字要叫得脸红脖子粗，老半天恢复不了嗓子!

再说没饭吃

我以前在家懒散惯了，吃饭想吃就吃，说话也没人干涉，可是现在，连吃饭也要被教官管着，一切都要服从命令，听从指挥。只有听着教官的口令行动，如果叽叽喳喳的，有时还会饿肚子呢!当教官说“坐下!”便坐下，不得有其他小动作，一切行动听指挥，哎呀，看，那桌慢了，唉，又要重新开始了。有时反复几次，当开饭时哪有力气说话呀!

我们更默契

“1-2-1,1-2-1,123-4,1234.”随着响亮有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，没发出一丁点杂音，耳边都是整齐有力的脚步声，很稳健!这时我便开心地笑了，我们从杂乱无章，有气无力的脚步，变成了统一一致，整齐有力的步伐，我们进步了!

这次军训，我们付出了艰辛、汗水和泪水，收获了团结、自信与自立，因为在我们心中，教官的一句话深深地在我耳边回荡：我们要做到N O.1!

日夜交替，不知不觉已经四天了。这四天，我的感触很多。四天，很短的一段时间，但每一天都过得很充实，很满足。在这四天里，我们学会了很多人生道理。我们学会了坚持就是胜利，学会了忍耐，吃苦……这些道理将会让我们受益终生。

这四天的经历，可以用酸甜苦辣咸来形容。

酸：想到将要离开这里，心中莫名地涌出一股淡淡的酸涩。这些教官虽然对我们很严厉，但是，他们也会展现出温柔可爱的一面。在宿舍时，他们还会陪我们猜脑经急转弯呢。现在就要离开了，真有些舍不得。

甜：每次训练结束，休息的时候，马教官都会与我们开玩笑，陪我们聊天，让我们猜他的年龄。我们便逗他，在那胡乱地猜……

苦：每一次军训，我们都要站很长时间军姿。每次脚都很酸痛。汗水顺着额头流下，流进眼里，嘴里……军训日记第四天

辣：在我们站军姿的时候，如果我们营中有一个人动了，那么全营都要罚做五十个深蹲。如果有人偷懒的话，那么所有的人再做20个。我们就像吃了辣椒一样，眼泪在眼眶中打转。

咸：因为在室外，教官喊口号的声音要很大我们才能够听到。听着教官那嘶哑但洪亮的声音，看着教官那在太阳下黝黑黝黑的年轻面孔。我的心里酸酸的，咸咸的。

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

今天是军训的第三天了，我也开始渐渐适应这严格的军事化了。

上午，我们依旧学习了广播体操，我们先复习了前几节，又学习了三节，这次做操，我深深的感受到：原来广播体操并没有想象中的那么难，只要肯下苦功夫、坚持练习，就不会觉得广播体操那么难了。接着，我们复习了四面转体、跨立、齐步走……

不经意间已经下午了，教官主要教我们齐步走的甩臂和正步走。齐步走的甩臂看似简单，却很困难，一不留神就会动作不到位。正步走要注意：腿必须要绷直，排面要整齐，还要全神贯注。我常常记着这个，忘了那个，不过，我一定尽力做到最好。

我越发感觉，军训并不是那么的苦、那么的累。这不就是一种锻炼意志、战胜自我的最佳良机吗?

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is

black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has

军训第三天了，今天依然很早到校，穿的是校服，心情好多了。早上依然是在操场上军训，不过有盼头就不累，今天上午只要训到10点50就回班讲学生手册，一直到中午吃饭，可以尽情吹空调，所以我们都站得笔直的。先在教官处训了两个小时，又全校一起学做军体拳，动作一快就难了，所以遇到不会做的动作就手在空中胡乱挥几下再做个终止动作蒙混过关。。。。。。。。

很快，10点25了，在大家的一片抱怨声之下，我们竟然提前回教室，心里那个兴奋啊!教室里特别凉快，电风扇和空调一起开，过一会儿还有点冷了。学生手册无非就是奖惩条例一系列的东西，没什么好讲的，吸引我的是什么“六星学子”加油吧，不当六星当四星也行，一定要努力了。

然后呢，就去吃饭了，今天吃的比昨天多，因为心情好嘛~还意外得知下午3点半就可以回家了，简直不敢相信，心情又好到天上去了。然后就回班午休。。。。。。

下午也不是很累，因为就两个小时，坚持!练到一半教官突然就选了几个人出来，说是什么国旗班的，可惜本人因为各方面因素没有获此殊荣，可能完不成老妈布置的优秀标兵了，不过要对自己宽容一点嘛~~然后就没事啦，回家啦，有写日记啦。补充一下昨天唱军歌的时候特别好玩，因为教官有点外地口音，他讲的我们都听不懂，歌名是《团结就是力量》“法西斯”被我听成“反义词”，明明是“死亡”教官非说“shi亡”很搞笑。

时间过得真快呀!不知不觉间两个小时过去了，一切都结束了，可不能忘记的是那几张印在心扉里的照片。

军训的第三天，经历了前两天的重重磨难我们变得更团结更加勇敢，今天的军训对于我们来说已经不算什么。因为我们知道苦难不会击垮我们，只会锻炼我们的身体，磨练我们的意志，是我们成功的垫脚石。

尽管是炎炎夏日，我们依然面漏微笑，笑容不只是一种表情，而是对面困难的一种心态这样的我们将会走的更远今天，太阳很大，当我们还是继续训练，要发扬流血，流汗，不流泪的精神。苦不苦，想想红军二万五，累不累想想革命老前辈。和他们相比，我们这只是小菜一碟。所以，我们必须坚持，挺过去，让革命老前辈不怕苦，不怕累的精神在我们身上得到体现。

勿以善小而为之，勿以恶小而为之。水滴石穿，任何结果都是由一点一滴的前奏说谱写的。当你选择一个好的开始后，你就成功了一半，在成功的路上，需要的是坚持。风雨之后，是翱翔鱼游的天水一色;走出荆棘，是铺满鲜花的康庄大道;登上山顶，脚下是积翠如云的空蒙山色。总之，战胜苦难之后，会有别样的色彩等着你。

今天，我们进行了一整天的训练，比昨日要累很多，我得到的快乐也有许多。曾近幻想也有许多种军训的场景，炎阳下，大汗淋漓，却依然不肯放弃。站立齐步的姿态，枯燥无味，却依然严谨如初。重复一遍又一遍的动作，积累无比，却依然互相鼓励。这是高一27班的军训生活真实写照。

中途，虽有同学因为身体原因不能训练，但依然在旁见习，认真学习着动作，我们投入百倍努力，定会获得应有的回报。我曾看见操场飞着一群不知名的鸟。他们每个都很努力的飞翔，但的打动我的，是他们的团结。如果只有一只鸟在天空中，无论飞得多么努力，我想我定不会多看一眼。正是这种团结的力量，让我震撼!

军训时，我们需要的也是团结力量。我们所有人，无论身体原因，都要坚持训练，也正是要团结一致。我曾多次想象一群人围圈席地而坐是个怎样的场景，今天我终于领会到什么叫在一起。

是的，这是军训生活的第二天，我们相识的第二天。我们因梦想而走在一起，我们也将要因为实现梦想而携手并进!也许个人的力量，我们会败会输，但是初一27班，我们的团队，无人能敌!

今天是我们初一新生参加新生训练营的第二天。一大早，我们就被生活老师叫起来，来到下面广场上集合。

经过了一天的训练，我们学会了正确地站立、稍息、坐下、蹲下，还学会了室内操。

晚上，最有意义的活动来了——观看月全食。我们先在教室里了解了关于月食的知识，知道了月食是地球挡住了月球所造成的现象，但由于角度不同，月球被挡住的面积也就不同。

我们来到篮球场静静地等待月食的出现，在月食还未出现前，我们进行了一场拔河比赛。

先是由一班与八班比赛，比赛采取三局两胜制。两边的同学都卖力地拉着，双手像两个夹子紧紧地握住绳子，身体向后仰……

等我们比完，月食已经进入恢复状态。只见那月亮一点点地亮起来，慢慢地圆起来。

等到20：30，等月亮完全圆起来就回去了。

这真是快乐而有趣的一天!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants and trees on the mountain

all seem extremely beautiful. In the afternoon, I go to friends home to play,

the friend entertains me warmly, show me a lot of books of his , has listened to

his CD for me , then also ask me to eat a sumptuous dinner. Coming back home in

the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

早上，天气非常好!于是我和家人一起去登山，山上的空气非常清新，花草树木在山上都显得格外美丽。在下午，我去了朋友家玩，朋友热情地招待我，给我看了他的很多书，给我听了他的CD，然后还请我吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐。晚上回到家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还一边聊天一边吃着水果，全家其乐融融。
