自从经过两天的训练后，我发现现在站军姿比以前要轻松一些，也许是习惯了，有一句话叫做：习惯成自然。

早上我又是迷迷糊糊的被哨声吵醒。我连忙爬起来，穿衣服、洗漱然后又到操场集合。我现在站军姿并没有多累了，只是汗一滴滴的，砸到水泥地上，浸出无数个水印。

训练两个小时后，我们去吃早餐。早餐味道不算特别好，但我必须吃下去，不然我就很难坚持下去早上的训练。我努力的做好每一个姿势，因为我要在这里进行自己的初中军训，为自己的初中学习生活打好基础，做好准备。虽然我很热，汗不停地流下来，我满脑子却在对自己说：你并没有受那种超常的苦，你能坚持!

我就这样忍着热，终于到中午吃饭的时候。我狼吞虎咽的吃着，连饭菜的味道都没有品尝出来。

其实军训的生活有艰苦，但也有欢乐。比如训练时二十分钟的休息时，教官会教我们唱歌，我们也可以大口大口的喝水。还有晚上洗澡后，在宿舍里和舍友写日记、吃零食，嘻嘻哈哈

军训还有一天半就要过去了，我打算坚持，坚持下去。

Saving Water

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

说涩，涩在因训练而酸疼的双脚，在每次不服从命令的体罚时刻。这已是第二次的军训，不再是五年级时的懵懂，对军训要求难道还不明白么?就是绝对服从教官的命令!教官有力的声音，教官威严的命令，是为了助我们这群雏鹰健康成长，顺利飞翔的。还记得刚进校门的那几个红色的鲜明大字：钢一样的意志，铁一样的纪律，山一样的威严，风一样的行动。这是对我们的要求，做到这几点，我们才能在人生的路上开始飞翔!

Can Money Buy Happiness?

Can money buy happiness? Different people have different opinions. Some

think yes, while others hold the opposite.

It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants, and

live a life of comfort and security. However, it is equally true that lack of

money causes great distress. It is a common view that "money is the root of all

evil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal. In some

相信这几天的军训会让我们感受到酸甜苦辣的滋味。只要我们在接下来的这几天坚持下去，就一定会有所收获。就看谁能坚持到最后，谁能笑到最后吧!

军训第五天——赛拳

今天，我们女生和男生比拳，我心想：“和他们比?啊，那惨啦!不公平啊，输定喽!”教官对大家说：“大家有信心吗?”“一般。”“啊哈?一群没自信的家伙!那好，给你们练习，输了的，有你们好受的啊!”

练习开始了，我们队的队长——杨韵婷排好了我们的位置，大叫了一声：“立正。向右看齐。格斗士预备。”我摆好了姿势，在月光底下练拳。当我打得正投入时，队长大叫一声：“错了，错了!应该是这样，这样!听见了没?”“恩。”我回答。当我准备打一个漂亮的拳时，教官打断了我们：“要有气势，动作、排列要整齐!”我的思维被打断了。“喂喂喂，集中注意啊，你这样，我们怎么赢啊?站好了!第六栋上下坦坦，开始!”队长对我大吼大叫。半个多小时过去了，我的拳法总算标准了。
