激动人心的那一刻，终于到来了。让许多学生期待很久的实践活动终于到来了。4月12日，我们兴高采烈地来到了横岗圆山――深圳市青少年社会实践活动基地，开始了为期两天的校外时间活动。

第一天，教官首先让我们穿上清一色的迷彩服，并带领我们转了一圈，参观军营。我看到几条醒目的标语“沐浴阳光、快乐成长、接受磨砺、永远坚强”。这也是我们的口号。然后，张老师带着女同学安排到女生宿舍，男教官就安排男同学的床位。安排一完毕，我们就整队集合。

开始体能训练了，教官说在这里所有的生活情况都是课程。来到这里，穿上军服就是一名军人，做什么事情都要用认真严肃的态度去完成。教官教大家标准的稍息，立正，半边向左转或右转，注目礼，敬礼等等。虽然我们以前在学校学过，但要求不一样，似乎这一切都是从零开始。烈日下，我们在教官的示范及指导下，我们用心地听着，操练着，我们的动作越来越规范了。我也体会到军人的威严与艰辛。

最让人深刻感动的是第二天上午的“军事领导力与责任感训练”。作为集体中的一员就要有为团队付出和牺牲的精神。在这训练中，领导为我们承担了责任并付出了汗水;同学们都流下了忏悔与感动的泪水。在这感动的时刻，我想到了父母，老师，他们为我们承担了太多的责任，付出了艰辛的劳动;我想到了军人，他们为国家，为人民承担了重大的责任，甚至付出了生命。两天的社会实践活动很快就结束了，但园山之行留给我的记忆太深刻了。我要努力学习，将来为父母，为社会承担更多的责任。

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

今天，我们去黄埔军校军训。一路上，我们全班都十分兴奋、期待。我们班有时一进隧道，就开起灯，大喊“看电影了”!然后伸出脚、水杯、纸巾来拍我们的电影。时间流逝地很快，一下子我们就到了黄埔军校。我们全班都一个接着一个地下了车。

我们到黄埔军校后，教官给我们清点人数，整顿纪律。教官可真严厉，我们班兴奋的心情一下子就消散了。教官先教了几个动作，每个动作的要求都十分严厉，比如“喊这个动作的名字要十分大声，如果要跺脚的话，要大声整齐”。如果超过三次，第一次要做10个下蹲起立，第二次要做俯卧撑，第三次要脱鞋。当我们在教官喊“立正”时，一个人动，全班就要50下。我们做下蹲起立做得满头大汗。终于，艰苦的训练结束了，我们开始集合玩游戏。

游戏的名字叫“萝卜拍”，我们班当“黑萝卜”，三(4)班当花萝卜，三(5)班当绿萝卜，三(2)班当白萝卜，三(1)班当红萝卜。一个萝卜拍完后点下一个萝卜，下一个萝卜拍完再点一个萝卜……

训练了很久，我们全班都饿了，所以我们就去餐厅吃饭。午餐十分丰盛，有鱼肉、鹅肉、萝卜牛腩和豆腐干等。我们津津有味地吃起来。

时间过得很快，教官要让我们排好队去训练。

我们复习了上午的两个内容后，玩了一会儿游戏，就回家了。

今天我虽然很累，但是坐大巴、吃饭，玩得都很开心!

时间总是如流水一般，从我们身边悄悄流过，在一中的军训也已经过去几天了，对此我也产生了许多感想，让我受益非浅。

其产我认为，军训是非常有必要，我们每天坚持站立十分钟，也许很难，但它磨炼了我们意志，我们在烈日下暴晒，却增加了我们做事的恒心，我们在雨中淋雨，但这只能增加我们的忍耐程度。

在漫漫人生长路中，我们也许会遇到困难，遇到挫折，但不见风雨怎能见彩虹?在暴风雨面前，我们要学习坚强，学会忍耐，杜小康忍耐孤独，在孤独中成长，司马迁忍受宫刑，在耻辱中一举成名，只要高潮部分不使你过度兴奋，低潮部分不使过分颓废。

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

朝阳缓缓升起，军训部队已经浩浩荡荡的出发。

足球场上，挂在油绿草叶上的露珠还未蒸发，尽情的将灿灿阳光投射，草场亦如星海繁丽。不过更值得欣赏的是我们的英姿。

哈!举臂，握拳，奋力挥向前方;抬腿，弹踢，利落踏地。每个人都投入到一场属于我们的舞蹈，用身体划出一道道刚硬的弧线，以激昂振奋的吼声刺破晨曦的寂静。

下午同学们开始了正式训练。首先是练习一动不动站军姿，除非打报告，否则不能乱动。一分钟，两分钟，未退的暑热和筋骨的劳累考验着每一个同学，一滴，两滴，汗水从前排女生的发梢上滑下，落到地上摔成好几瓣。好多时候就是在受不了时再坚持一会儿就成功了教官终于吹响了休息的哨声。休息过后教官们带领大家练习了报数，转体，齐步走等基本队列动作。同学们的动作逐个被教官们一点一点地纠正，并反复练习。原来，要形成一个整齐漂亮的方阵，是每个人的每个细节的到位都必不可少的。

晚上，每个方阵的动作都更加熟练了，在迷彩服与光影的交错中，我们意识到了这第一天的的训练就要结束了。总结时班主任表扬了大家。常言道哦：好的开端是成功的一半。相信大家在今后的五天中也可以凭坚强的决心和毅力，做得同样优秀。
