寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

今天又是崭新的一天!

军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

今天是军训的第一天，也是我们第一次站军姿。一说到站军姿，我便感到畏惧，想到站军姿时那般难受。我再也不想站了，可是军训还没有结束，站军姿也的确不是件容易的事。我知道，我逃避不了，我也不能逃避，我只有经历了，才有收获。

于是，我毅然决然地选择了站军姿，忍着身体的疼痛，顶着炎炎的烈日，我相信我自己，我可以的。我能站完这十几二十几分钟的军姿，我不能倒下。我知道，我的每一份坚持都会让我感到自豪。

当我们经过一番训练后，回到教室，向操场远远望去。我真不敢想象，这么热的天。我们还能坚持在外训练。要是在家里，我可从来没受过这样的苦。更重要的是，我还能坚持。我顿时觉得军训使我们渐渐成长了。

不经一番彻骨寒。我哪得梅花扑鼻香。我相信，进过一周严格的军训后，我们一定会大有收获的。

踏入绚丽多彩的初中校园，迎来的全是崭新的一切。现在还余留着美好的回忆军训!

我从来没有体验过军训，有一些同学还叫苦。我天真的想：军训有什么可怕的。但这一想法却随着训练的进行真的改变了我对军训的看法。

军训的第一天就是站军姿，教官可非常严格。我们站姿端正，五指并拢贴紧裤缝线，站的笔直;身体还要往前倾，这样才不会感觉头晕眼花。双脚还要60°分开，后脚跟紧靠，要一直保持这个姿势。要站30分钟，刚开始我不觉得时间很长，慢慢的，站久了、双脚已经快没有力气了，身体轻飘飘的，好想倒下。这时，我的几根发丝飘到脸颊边痒痒的，真想用手把发丝弄到耳后。因为我们一个微小的动作都不能动。

第二天早上刚到学校，才几分钟而已，立马集合，所有同学到操场。唉!又是站军姿，这可是最耗费体力了，全身紧绷着站在操场上。邻班的几个同学有的晕倒，有的虚弱。其实我也快扛不住了，但我想起，这次军训是为了什么?不就是强身健体，增强对祖国的责任感吗!。难道这点小事就坚持不住?不会的。我一定要坚持下来。

30分钟过去了休息时间到了，大家腰酸背痛的，好像就要散架了似的。全身都动弹不得，动一下，骨头“咯吱咯吱”地响。累!特别是练齐步走，我们每组都走不齐，教官只有叫我们不停的走，练到步伐一致。从上午练到下午。虽然我自己也有一丁点儿小抱怨，但军人们，他们都有顽强的意志，有打不垮的精神。

第三天的军训只有上午训练，把这两天以来学过的再训练，因为下午就要进行军训会操了，在等候时，我们班同学个个精神奋发，但心中还是会带有一点点儿紧张的心情。别的班表现得都很好，但我们的自信当然是集中在我们自己班级啦。我们以整齐的步伐渐渐迈向主席台中央，教官喊口令，我们就做动作“向右转、向后转……这一声声响亮、刺耳口号，使我们完成得非常出色，赢得了优胜奖!

三天的军训，转瞬即逝。时间如流水匆匆流走，但这三天的军训给我带来了很大的收获。

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

little cousin will come to visit us soon.”No wonder my mother cooked so many

delicious.After we ate lunch,I felt very fulled,because the lunch was actually

下午，教官教我们站军姿，大约站到五点多时，上帝似乎被我们感动了，终于肯停止浇水，让我们出来操练。这是我们的第一次出操，首先需要对全体新兵进行分排。我很荣幸地被分到了“高”者如云的二排。我想，我们这个排可以去当仪仗队了。

几天的军训生活在考验着我的意志，体力和耐力。“病号”越来越多，但训练强度却不会因为这样而有所减轻。

今天学习的是走正步，主要练习腿部动作。教官先让我们练习基本功――端腿，也就是把腿保持成正步走时的姿势。端地时间长了，两腿就会感到又麻又痛，因此许多新兵由于偷懒而挨了皮带。中午回家时连走路的劲也没有了，身体也达到了有史以来的第一次极限。

这几天的训练终于在我身上产生了效果，腿部疼痛的减轻尤为显着，尽管每天跑步的长度越来越大，但跑完后的劳累程度明显地减轻了许多。身体素质的加强也意味着将会接受更高强度的训练。

原以为会上演教官新兵泪流满面的一幕，但出人意料的是，我们竟草草地收了操，完全没有往日的气概，教官也不知什么时候离开了学校。听别人说我们教官今年就要永远离开他深爱着的部队了，希望他能永远健康、快乐。

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.
