I used to pouring away the water directly after I using it. Someday, my

军训第二天的时光在昨天溜走了，第一天训的太累了，昨天早上起床时小腿抽筋般的"疼，但仍得继续训练。开始时强忍疼痛站了20分钟军姿，由于天时晴天，我发现我的汗从额头流向脸颊再散开，鼻尖上已泛起许多小泡泡，但还不能动，不能擦，有点忍耐不住，由于老师的鼓励，同学们都没有掉队，一直坚持到最后。到了下一个动作，又是举着胳膊一直保持不动站着。我的天，退很累，很疼，浑身麻木，又不停的流汗，我忍不住了，一想到自己从来没有受过这种罪，好想哭，我想起了我的妈妈，伴着红红的眼圈不停地想家，觉得有父母陪伴很幸福，一直没有离开过爸爸妈妈的我对回家有前所未有的期待。最终，我努力睁大眼睛强忍不让眼泪无止息的滑落下来，心里好难受好难受。

Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we

天，我们自已洗菜、切菜，饭就是吃我们自已做的，因为我们今天就要回去了。现在让我感到军训是这么辛苦的。不过我会坚强起来，因为我知道爸爸妈妈让我们来这里，就是想让我们学会独立意识，

不怕苦不怕累，去面对困难，磨砺自我，做个勇敢的小军人。

通过这次军训，我体会到军人的生活是这么的辛苦。

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine oclock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didnt arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFCs door. I havent seen them for a year. And in a year, we didnt come into contact with others frequently. My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

be enrolled② by a famous university.

That is my family. All the members in my family live in harmony③. We love

第三天，军训的主要内容是练习转体动作、摆臂动作。但是仍然少不了半小时的军姿，虽然腿疼，但是我已经习惯了。练习转体的时候，我特别害怕转体方向出错，因为必须反应敏捷，所以一定要全神贯注，这是我几乎从没体会过的注意力如此集中的状态。整个训练下来，我没有出一次错。我懂得了：做事必须静下心来，体会那种全神贯注，集中所有精力的状态，在以后的学习中，我也要努力保持这种状态，让自己的效率达到最高。虽然很累，但是我想，这一段回忆，应该是最美好的，它让我学会了很多，感受到了不一样的生活方式和状态。
