第二，生活计划具体如下：

2、要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

今天我终于等到开始放暑假啦!别提我心理有多高兴呀!可是***的一句话好像泼了我一头冷水。妈妈说：“要合理安排你的时间，既要保证学习，又要让自己玩得开心”。

对了，老师要我们做一个暑假计划呢，那我赶紧合理安排一下时间，愉快度过这个暑假。

以下是我的计划：

语文：1、每天早上认生字2课，练习字贴两页;2、背三字经 30句，背默两首古诗，认真阅读课外书一篇;3、一个星期写一篇周记;5、读完课外书以后，抄写好词好句，写一篇读后感。

数学：每天上午做10道竖式题，10道递等式，10道解决问题的数学题。

英语：每天晚上抄写单词，背单词，读背句子，争取第三册和第四册的英语单词和句子能复习一遍到两遍。

课外活动：一个星期两个晚上游泳，白天还可以打羽毛球，骑自行车，锻炼身体，星期六、日可以休息，自己做自已喜欢的事。

一个愉快的暑假过去了，但许多在暑假里发生的难忘的事情却深深地印在了我的脑海里，谷老师来我家家访就是其中一件。当时天气很热，所有的植物都耷拉下了“耳朵”，所有的人都躲进了空调房。

11:00--11:30 练习竹笛

11:30--12:00 午饭时间

12:00--14:30 午休、看电视、上网等自由支配

14：30--15:30 骑自行车或者游泳或者陪小弟弟出去溜达溜达

15:30--16:00 练习竹笛

16：00--17:00 自由活动

17:00--18:00 晚饭时间

18:00--19:30 饭后散步(大人散步，我骑车)

19：30--20：00 洗澡

20:00--22:00 看电视

22:00 上床睡觉
