在寒假的第一天，我会先把期末考的试卷复习一次，然后再做一些练习题。

在寒假的第二天到第五天，我会把老师布置的所有作业都完成好，再看一些课外书和资料。

复习到差不多的时候，我会去买一些六年级下册的书籍和资料来预习，并背诵每一篇课文和词语的理解，数学就买一些练习题来做。在新年要到来的时候，就把全部有关学习的资料整理好，回到老家和朋友们玩耍。我的寒假计划就是这样，你们呢?

I really had a wonderful summer holiday. I finished doing my homework on time and prepared for the new lessons. I visited my grandparents and spent a week with them. There I helped my parents with the housework and climbed the mountain with them. I do sports with my friends nearly every afternoon. I have always had a wish in my heart, which is to go to the sea. This summer holiday, July 25, afternoon. We went to the changzhi railway station and sat down to the sun. The sound of the sound train slowly disappeared into the horizon.

下午，我们来到了海鲜超市，我一进去就嗅到了我最讨厌的海鲜味，在家人的劝阻下我才知道有的海鲜好吃，我一口吃了一大把。日照的海鲜很便宜长治50元的日照买5元。

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。

一、课内学习

我的爸爸经常说我做完作业经常不检查，不验算，所以就经常失分，这个暑假我一定要改掉坏毛病，以此保证减少错误。

二、暑假作业

我这个暑假坚持在7月27日前完成数学，在8月15日内完成语文，多出来的时间可以自行安排活动跟任务。

三、娱乐时间

我坚持一个星期只看五集电视，游戏拒不玩，因为上次校长开会时说了，玩游戏就像吸鸦片，会慢性中毒，危害有多大呀！希望更多小朋友跟我一样，杜绝不健康游戏。

四、课外书

我每天坚持看四年级必读书，希望一个暑假能背完《千家诗》的所有诗。从而提高自己的知识储备量。

每日计划：

每天完成暑假作业各15页；6点到7点从家到学校再从学校走回家；一个半的娱乐时间；读背千家诗里的三首古诗；控制饮食，每餐吃饱就行，不喝垃圾饮料，不吃没营养的零食，防止身体发胖；看完书去图书馆借，让大脑知识量膨胀增多。

怎么样，我的暑假计划是不是很完美，而且还丰富多彩呢？

我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。

回家洗了个澡，才感觉浑身上下舒服了一些，但是一想到了明天的训练，我又感觉“天崩地裂”，但是又转念一想：“算了，为了身体好一些，吃点苦也不算什么!”

二、在我的读书活动中我将遵循以下思路：

2、将读书融入教学的相关环节和步骤，不断更新自己的教学观念，提高自己的教学实践能力。

三、开展读书活动的主要措施：

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for them. 到了医院，医生很热情。妈妈向医生说明了情况后，医生决定马上给我拔牙。我吓得浑身发抖。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“别害怕，一点也不痛，勇敢点，先做个深呼吸吧。”医生也微笑着叫我放松。

拔牙开始了，我坐在一张椅子上，头往后仰着，嘴巴张开着，心里像揣着一直兔子，怦怦直跳，忐忑不安。医生拿起一把刀，我吓得浑身肌肉都绷紧了，只觉得医生把蛀牙周围的肉稍微割开了一点，紧接着拿出一把钳子夹住我的那颗蛀牙，用力一拔。嘿!蛀牙就这样轻易地拔出来了。还没等我反应过来蛀牙就摆在了我面前。顿时，我那颗“咚咚”直跳的心终于平静了下来。在一旁的妈妈笑着对我说：“不错嘛，很坚强啊!”我看着医生和妈妈的微笑，捂着刚拔完牙的地方，真是哭笑不得。

这件事是我暑假中最难忘的，它让我长了记性，以后再也不敢吃甜食了。
