昨天晚上来到了西安，因为今年的世界园艺博览会在西安举行，所以当然要抓紧时间好好看看了，暑假旅游西安作文。

为了能看到精彩的场馆，我们一大早就起床开始准备，叔叔开车把我们送到了世园会的门口。

世园会里果然很漂亮，到处都是五颜六色的园艺展览，让我真是眼花缭乱。为了能在最短的时间看到最全的园景,我们首先选择了进“秦岭四宝馆”进行参观,秦岭四宝”指的是：金丝猴、羚牛、大熊猫、朱鹮。这可是我梦寐以求的呀。大概排了十几分钟的队我们就进入了馆内

我们首先来到憨态可掬的大熊猫馆区。第一展区内的有一只熊猫正背对着我们啃竹子，啃得真是津津有味，连头都不回，我们看了半天的"背影",只得再往下一个展区去。第三展区的熊猫们很给力。两只胖乎乎的熊猫软绵绵地趴在竹子搭成的架子上，悠闲地晒着日光裕引来许多游客纷纷前来拍照。它们也很“配合”安静地在架子上摆着"POSS"，仿佛在说：这算什么?我可是大明星呢!

在世园会中,我发现了一种很特别的小草:只见这种草通体银白，像雪一样散落在丛间。我一开始还以为这是园艺师特意给普通小草喷上的漆，可离近一看——跟我预料的大不相同。于是，我给它起了一个形象的名字,叫"雪草",并给它拍了好几张"特写"。

世园会设计了"护照",根据场馆的不同,每个章子也不同 ,一共有108个，我总共积了52个，成绩还不错吧!

世园会之旅结束了,我的暑假旅游也快要结束了,这种经历让挺高兴的。 我很期待参加下一次的世园会，不论在哪里举行!

经过医生建议和妈妈精心安排后，我的暑假健身减肥计划制定出来啦：

第一天 胸背

卧推1～2组热身

哑铃卧推20RM×3

哑铃飞鸟20RM×3

蝴蝶机(或十字夹胸)20RM×3

罗马椅挺身(或硬拉)20RM×3

杠铃划船30RM×3

坐姿划船(或单臂哑铃划船)20RM×3

要点：练习所有胸部动作时记住要挺胸做，学会用胸肌发力，而不是拱背。练习背部动作时，意念在背上，要体会用背发力，不要用手臂发力做动作。

第二天 腿、臀、有氧

不负重蹲30次热身

深蹲30RM×3

弓箭步25RM×3

提踵20RM×3

股二弯举25RM×3

后摆腿25RM×3

跑步30～40分钟

要点：别用大重量，别用爆发力。下蹲后意念在臀部发力，站起后也要收紧臀部(男生为了练腿是用大腿的股四头肌发力的)。保持腰背腿臀的紧张，动作宜慢，防止受伤。注意组间和训练后的抻拉练习，把线条拉开。

第三天 腹、有氧

热身

曲腿仰卧起坐(或腿放凳上)30RM×3

支撑抬腿(或坐姿抬腿)25RM×3

支撑抬腿转体(或坐姿抬腿转体)25RM×6(左右侧各3组)

负重转体50RM×3

跑步30～40分钟

要点：动作尽量慢，用腹肌发力(团身)，不要借力。组间休息不要过长，训练后做放松伸展练习。

第四天 胸、手臂

卧推1～2组热身

上斜卧推20RM×3

上斜飞鸟20RM×3

蝴蝶机(或十字夹胸)20RM×3

推肩25RM×3

二头弯举25RM×3

单臂颈后臂屈伸20RM×3

要点：训练后多做手臂肌肉的抻拉，防止成块。

第五天 腿、臀、有氧

第六天 腹、有氧

第七天 休息，或有氧、游泳、爬山、打羽毛球等

这就是专属于我的健身减肥计划，我会坚持健身，达到我心目中理想的健身美丽的标准。

I was born on March 18。 My family is neither very rich nor very poor。 My parents are peasants。 They work hard to support the family。 They encourage me to study well。 My childhood was happy。

I like learning。 I like music and sports， too。 I can run very fast and am the fastest runner in my class。 I am good at English， Physics and Math。

1. The parents are not at home to see after his younger brother.

2. Must be finished in 10 days before the end of the winter winter vacation homework.

3. Can take care of younger brother when watch TV.

4. Must see 10 books.

5. Write a diary every day.

6. Can read on the Internet, but you cant play too many games.

7. Cant take all day on qq.

8. Cant stay at home all day.

9. Cant play in far away place.

10. In a winter vacation has to write a composition.

I get up at seven oclock and have breakfast at seven twenty .

At half past seven I go to school by bus . There are four lessons in the morning . At twelve we have lunch .There are two lessons in the afternoon .I go home at four and do my homework at four thirty .At six I have dinner with my parents . After dinner I often play chess with my father .Sometimes I watch TV .Sometimes I listen to music .At eight thirty I go to bed .
