六.19:00日语一个半小时自学中级。八点半至十点半练习口译。材料：三级口译，或手机上的沪江听力酷中的内容

七.22:30回我的小家(西门租的房子，很安静)。打开电脑上FT中文网和BeijingReview以及Eco。23:30至00:00期间入睡(晚上四个小时左右)

八.每周六天执行，第七天上午专门做专八或真题第一遍(答案写在稿纸上)和复习一周的内容
