啊!终于放暑假了，我好开心啊，但是明年就要升六年级了，据我所知，六年级的学习是很艰苦了，而且六年级过去后就要小升初了，所以我时刻都不能放松对自己的要求。可是电脑实在是太好玩了，我过了一会儿就要玩一玩游戏，爸爸见我这样，便给我定了一条规定：每天都要发表一篇文章，如果不写，爸爸看不到我的文章，就不许我玩游戏。我想：“也好，不但锻炼了我的写作水平，而且王老师本来就叫每天写一篇日记，我就照日记的样子写不就行了吗?反正一篇文章又不可能把我的脑细胞全部用光，又能在写好的情况下玩游戏，我就算打23小时，只要我说‘我作文已经写好了’不就可以玩了吗?”

不行，这是不行的，我就是写100篇文章一天也不能玩超过2小时，我还是小孩，不能长时间坐在电脑前，这样既伤害了视力，又没意思，玩玩就够了。何况我还要睡觉、吃饭、做作业……为了玩电脑而连基本的生活顺序都打乱了，我也不想啊。

暑假，我打算把一天分两半，12小时工作，12小时睡觉。工作我打算做作业2小时，玩1小时(1小时多)，练二胡1小时(几十分钟)，午觉3小时，外出逛街3小时，剩下2小时就是吃饭了，每顿40分钟。

经过一学期的忙碌学习，终于马上要迎来了暑假，我怀着兴奋的心情，等待着这一天的到来。

我的暑假计划主要分为五部分，第一部分：完成暑假作业，每天从七点五十分开始，到十点整结束，这样我就把一天的暑假作业给做完了，可以津津有味地看书了。第二部分：学游泳，我和黄心怡、赵一航等同学一起学游泳。时间是下午六点半到七点半，学游泳的好处有很多，比如说能让自己长高，又能强身健体等，所以这个游泳真是个很好的体育项目，但是我们一定要注意水上安全哦！第三部分：旅游，这个暑假我和表姐一起去迪士尼游玩，听说那里可好玩了，肯定和我以前去的新加坡环球影视城一样好玩，好期待呀！第四部分：弹钢琴，暑假里弹钢琴很重要，平时没有太多时间练琴，暑假里我要多练练，顺利通过考级，也希望自己在其中的一场钢琴比赛中取得好成绩。第五部分：帮妈妈做家务，暑假里把那些重要的事情做完后，就可以帮妈妈做做家务了，因为我是家里的一份子，浇浇花、扫扫地的任务就交给我了。

我要严格要求自己，让自己渡过一个有意义的暑假，然后以崭新的面貌迎接新学期的开始。

暑假那么漫长，如果不好好利用这段空闲时间读书的话，就只是白白浪费掉而已。培根说：“知识就是力量。”就让我好好拟定一份读书计划吧!

由于读书分为很多种，因此不单单只上图书馆看书而以。首先呢，我要先好好温习语文学中的历史才行，因此三国演义、水浒传、红楼梦是少不了的。再来就是到住家环境好好阅读夏天，边观察小动物们，边寻找科展的题目。当然还有网络，网络上的线上资料库及电子报，实在是增进知识的一大方法。

不过呢，一下就阅读一大堆书，要是到时候忘记就不好了。所以，我决定效法课本教的方法：做一本属于自己的读书笔记。做一本笔记，看到佳句就记录下来，分门别类，随身携带，到时候写作文时，如果找不到适当的语词，笔记本就是你最好的朋友。相信开学后，我的作文技巧一定会更进步的!

俗话说：“书中自有黄金屋。”书可以是各种形式，一但你深入了解，就能够找到黄金，也就是学问以及知识。大家一起在暑假读书，过着充实的暑假吧!

But we will have a tough journey for climbing high mountains, which is not easy for us all. This is why we will stay there for longer. In the end, we will go home by train. 其次，要把握好课内45分钟，上课积极活跃，认真听讲。老师固然重要，否则， 又要老师干什么呢?即使你预习的再好，也总有不足的地方，当然，预习也是一个好 的学习方法，但课内的45分钟决不能放过。只有这样才能取其精华。此外课内的复习 也是很关键的，让知识像放电影一样，在脑海里呈现，又加深印象。 再次，要加大自己的阅读量，拓宽自己的知识面，掌握有关知识，丰富视野，阅 读各种名著，也有助于写作水平的提高，这也是很关键的。

最后，要常常为自己定目标，从小的目标逐个去实现，不犯冷热病，要有恒心， 坚持到底。

10月7日下午，妈妈和我去萧山日报社参加小记者活动：亲子讲座《聪明的父母教你学习英语》。

主讲人是金山小学涂亿奕小记者的妈妈，她和我们一起分享了她给女儿制定的英语学习计划和她家英语学习的方法和体会。

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

最后，涂妈妈让我们自己制定一个英语学习计划。我的计划是：我想让妈妈给我买一套涂妈妈推荐的蒲公英英语绘本，从自然拼读学起，通过阅读绘本、观看英语动画片和电影来逐步提高英语水平，同时我也要坚持每天阅读，争取这学期能看完看懂英文版《小王子》。

Today I went to Palace Museum.It was cool.Then I went to the Great Wall. We were really excited

about this trip and it certainly was an adventure.The first 4 hours of the walk were the most difficult and the views were really great.We took many photos.We are so happy!

老师发的暑假作业有语文、数学和英语，每本一共还不到60页，我要每天认认真真的把各门写一张，写完后要仔细检查，按这样一个月就能写完了，万一哪天因为特殊的事情写不成，也不用担心暑假作业写不完。

每天七点整准时读二十分钟的精彩文章。准备暑假期间阅读8本以上的课外书。必须是有用的或我喜欢的书。每天至少读一个小时，增加知识量。

每天两天写一篇日记，发一篇博文。如果要旅游，或参加夏令营时可以宽松一点。平时要严格管住自己每写一篇都要多修改几遍，才能发到博客里，尽量写得通顺和生动，每篇都要向努力。

假期我报了两个暑假班，街舞班和英语班，我准备上英语班提前1小时在家默写单词，复习和预习课文内容。上完学习班回家先教妈妈学当天学的英语内容(我经常做妈妈的老师)。街舞每天也要好好学习，回家给家人表演。

我在小牛顿科学实验班报了一个去北京的夏令营，一共有七天，这回我可要好好地和老师、同学在北京玩玩了。回家后写一篇好作文。那七天要学会自己管理好生活，过一个快乐的夏令营。

除了以上的计划外，锻炼身体也是很重要，每天要在室外运动最少一小时。假期里我还要爸爸教会我游泳。过一个充实的暑假。

1、早上6：30分起床晨读半小时，预习新课文或者背论语;7：00左右做50个仰卧起坐;7：30分左右洗刷完毕吃早饭。

2、中午吃过早饭去文化宫练乒乓球;中午回家看会课外书再吃中午饭;吃完中午饭1：00左右睡午休。

3、下午2：00左右起床，练一张字帖和心算一张口算题;然后再做5页暑假生活指导或写一篇日记;完成作业后玩一小时左右的电脑(为了保护我的视力，我努力争取控制在1小时之内);然后在楼下和伙伴们滑活力板或者玩游戏;大约6：30左右吃晚饭。

4、7：00左右去书店看书;8：30左右回家吃点水果，冲个澡，9：00左右看会书睡觉。

5、假期里我争取把作业做得即快又好，争取把写字水平提高上去，我还要尽量多读些课外书，标出好词好句和写出读书心得，以丰富我的阅读知识，提高我的写作水平，力争多发表几篇稿子。

6、假期中我还要积极参加对自己身体健康有益的各种活动，搞好学校组织的“阳光助老”“四德践行”公民道德建设活动，争取帮老人多做些好事。

我是一个小男孩，可是我长着长长的眼睫毛，一张小小的嘴，加上白白的脸，别人都说我像小女孩，这使我很烦恼。

我最害怕的是体育课。因为体育课上常常要测试，如投篮、发球、400米长跑、掷实心球等。我常常是投篮个个投不进，发球个个发不过网，400米跑是跑了一半就跑不动。掷实心球就更不用说了，常常是班里正数二十名以下。

虽然我体育不行，可我在语文、数学、英语三门课程上各科得优。在我们班里被同学们称为“小神童”，我也自觉当之无愧!

暑假里，学校要求我们去做社会实践，提前对自己感兴趣的职业进行了解。于是，我便来到家里附近的银行去开始两天的实习生活。

第一天，我按照上班时间来到银行，银行里的大堂经理盼盼姐十分热情地欢迎我。因为是星期一，因此来银行办理业务的人特别多。盼盼姐十分忙碌，而我，则跟在她身后学习观摩。

作为大堂经理的盼盼姐，她的工作能力自然非同小可。一个上午，事无大小，盼盼姐都亲力亲为，十分认真地去完成。就像有些老人家，不懂得怎么使用银行里的机器，盼盼姐都会微笑着主动上去教他们。说来惭愧啊，有好几个大姨问我怎么使用那部存折打印机，但我完全不晓得。真的明白了什么是老鼠拉龟——有心无力了。

幸好，盼盼姐及时给我解了围。原来，看起来又大又麻烦的机器，其实操作起来十分简单。第二天来的伯伯阿姨们，只要不会用那个机器的，我都已经会教他们如何使用啦。不过，我面对起陌生人，还是不能够像盼盼姐那样展露微笑，说起话来也打结，可让我苦恼极了。但盼盼姐说她一开始也是这样的，练多了，接触的人多了，便会好了。听后，我又对自己充满了自信。

盼盼姐总是没有怨言地在自己的岗位上奔波着，那热诚的微笑总是深深地打动着每位顾客。对于自己的工作，不仅是要有能力做好，而且要从心底里喜欢这工作并且想要做好。在跟盼盼姐私聊的时候，她坦诚地告诉我，其实她爸爸是一间工厂的老板，但之所以不继承父亲事业而选择银行，因为这是她的兴趣所在，而且也想磨练自己。她还说自己刚做大堂经理的那一天，忙得她自己快要哭出来了，还有过明天就辞职这种幼稚的想法，但都被她一一克服，终于挺了过来。

她这位大堂经理就连银行里的宣传单张都会一张张地亲自收拾好。我从心理佩服这位像蜜蜂般忙碌着却同时露出蜂蜜般甜微笑的大堂经理——盼盼姐。

虽说工作很忙，但盼盼姐还是不忘我的存在。因为想知道她是怎么跟客户们交流的，一上午我都紧跟她身后。盼盼姐就劝我坐一坐，别太辛苦了。我连忙摇头。盼盼姐一早上忙乎着都不坐，我这个没做什么的闲人就更不能坐下了。虽然是这么说，但一个上午，我的腿都快软了。

两天的实习生活结束后，我第一次明白到，工作其实是很辛苦的，并不比读书轻松。但只要鼓起勇气面对眼前困难，一定能够克服。最重要的，还是对自己梦想的那份执着和坚持。新学期伊始，回归校园的我，也将继续努力奋斗。

一、科学合理地制定暑假活动计划

假期中任务繁多，想做的事情也很多。要把这些事情逐一筛选、调整，根据暑期时间合理安排，最好制定一份“暑假活动表”。一切活动应该严格按照“计划表”进行，但还是要注意劳逸结合。

二、认真复习，迎接中学的“入学编班测试”

这个测试是小学阶段学习的一个总结，暑假中，要把六年纪学习的所有内容认真复习一遍，还要制定一个“复习计划表”。争取测出好成绩，给老师们留下一个好印象。

三、培养自己的兴趣爱好，发展自己的特长

根据自己的兴趣爱好，积极参加学校组织的各种兴趣小组，如：绘画、书法、音乐、英语、信息技术，掌握一技之长，对将来的发展是很有帮助的。

四、勤奋读书，注意积累，善于写作，灵活运用

利用暑假充足的时间多阅读一些好书。如：世界名著、历史典故、优秀书(报)刊、寓言、童话故事等等，不断提高自己的阅读能力和写作水平，陶冶情操。

此外，暑假中还可以积极进行体育锻炼，帮助家长多干些家务，参见社会实践活动体验生活……只有抓住机会，不断展示自我，拓展视野，才会健康成长。
