This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

暑假嘛，每个学生都是盼星星，盼月亮的。我也不例外，毕竟暑假有两个月的时间呢!当然我不会让这“来之不易”的美好暑假白白泡汤的。应此，刚考完试，我就像一只大龙虾似的趴在桌子前制定暑期计划。“咳，这个看书写作业不能少的。恩，那个打电脑和看电视也是必不可少的·······”好家伙，我居然花了1个小时!

And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. 对前者，大多对其持有鄙夷态度，称其不会评价，。而对于后者，支持与不支持形成两派，也有人说“是他自封的吧!”

三多做理综题。只会一味的死记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。

四整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。

2.加强运动，提高身体素质;

3.学会做简单的家常菜。

二、具体措施：

1.组织好学习小组，以三个人一组为好，进行合作性学习。(学习水平相当的同学组成小组比较合适)

2.按教材知识前后的顺序，整理上半学期的英语、数学(物理)练习卷和考试卷。(或者可以根据老师的推荐去买一、两本合适提高学科能力的辅导材料)

3.把练习卷上做正确的题目进行整理，确认自己已经掌握了哪些知识，具备了哪些运用能力，树立自己对本学科的信心。

4.把练习卷上做错的题目进行整理，打开教科书，逐题进行分析，找到错误的关键之处，进行认真的订正后，再到教材上找到相关类型的题目，进行练习、强化。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. 然后，我和哥哥对战叔叔和爸爸，我拿着水枪“埋入”水底，哥哥把叔叔和爸爸引过来，我突然从水里冒出来，用水枪攻击他们。我们又有了一个方法，就是“声东击西”我们现用水枪向一个地方喷水，叔叔和爸爸就走了过去，我们从他们的背后攻击。攻击成功了。

最后，我们2比1的分数赢了!我们十分的开心!下次我还要来。今年的暑假我过得十分欢乐

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
