Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 练字其实是一种很好的休闲方式，它既可以让一个毛躁的人安静，也可以让一个人的字更加漂亮，我就觉得练字挺好。有时是觉得练字很讨厌，很烦，为什么别人不厌倦呢，因为他们用心练字了。暑假里，我在家练字，别人在外玩，我很羡慕，可是我认为练字也是一种愉快的“游戏”，我喜欢练字!

我的英语不是很好，因此爸爸妈妈在暑假期间给我报了一个补习班，想到他们那么努力的为我，我也要更加学好英语才可以。

数学可是我的老大难，令我厌倦不已，但是在暑假里妈妈每天忙忙碌碌，又要上班又要教我学数学，

有时自己学着学着感觉还挺有意思的。

唉，我这个暑假除了练字、学数学和学英语······其他的事情都没做，我整天都活在学习当中。

My New Years Resolution

2014 will be end ,and 2015 will be come. In the new year ,we must be have much wishes, because new year means that things end and another things start. So we need to make a new years resolution in order to the second year will be better. I want to share my new years resolution with you. Firstly, I decide to try my best to learn english. because my english so poor that it affects my other subject. I will face many differences, such as broadening my vocabulary, training my listening, improving my write and so on. I must work hard because I dont want to behind the times. Secondly, I will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours, which makes me not finish my homework. As a student, study is our duty, so I will focused more on study and less on playing . In order to my future, I will work hard.

I am very happy this summer vacation. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear river, lovely animals and kind people. I spent two weeks I help my grandfather do some farm work. What did I write my diary every day.

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious. When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Swimming is one of the best form of excercise whereby almost every parts of the body musles are utilized. Before you go into a pool for swimming lesson, every learner must have the confident of entering into a swimming pool. The first lesson is therefore called, confident drill

To start the learning of swimming, all learners are to do warm up on land and know the safety rules in a swimming pool. Floats and proper swim wear are necessities for a learner.. There are four types of swimming styles. They are Front crawl, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.

让人期待的暑假终于来了，除了完成学校指定的暑假作业之外，热爱看电影的我，打算利用难得的假期，看完十部电影。因为妈妈从事电影后期制作相关的行业，从小耳儒目染之下，我也对电影产生了浓厚的兴趣，希望有一天能成为厉害的电影编剧。

为了完成这个目标，妈妈协助我列出适合我欣赏的片名，几经讨论挑选后，再陪着我到出租店租借。我预计欣赏的影片如下：宫崎骏的卡通《借物少女──艾莉缇》、前两集都让我回味无穷的《亚瑟的奇幻王国：跨界对决》、迪士尼出品的《雷霆战狗》、可爱的机器人动画电影《瓦力》、校园喜剧片《歌舞青春》、真实故事改编的感人冒险故事《极地长征》、我喜爱的歌手周杰伦主演的动作片《青蜂侠》、获奖无数的《王者之声》、以及《他不笨，他是我爸爸》，最后，妈妈也要带我到电影院欣赏今年暑假上映的国片《翻滚吧!阿信》。

妈妈希望我能透过自己的观点，思考这些电影中最吸引我的部份，写下我觉得值得推荐的优点，或是提出有问题的部份，再和妈妈一起讨论，最后再分别颁发奖项给这些电影，当个小小影评人，完成我的暑期电影报告。这真的是一项相当有趣的计划呢!

现在我已经看完其中的三部电影了，因为是租借DVD的关系，所以如果有看不懂的地方，随时都可以倒带重看。此外，透过这一次的电影欣赏计划，我对电影有了更深一层的认识，藉由妈妈的引导，也让我学会从不同的角度与立场去欣赏一部电影，这是我今年暑假最棒的成长与收获。
