I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION 我如何度过暑假

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it; otherwise I would incur the displeasure of my parents.

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night (In the night) I watched television with my family (the members of my family). hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

计划一：玩电脑

计划二：睡懒觉

期末大考的这几天，语数两科的老师轮流站岗，大肆轰炸，那么多的习题，我稍微算了一下，天哪！足足有40多张！害得我们晚上作业都做到10点多，第二天，同学们都成了熊猫眼。惨哪！所以睡懒觉把复习时的晚点全都补回来！

计划三：做作业

我的辛苦也没白费，期末语数总成绩是全班第一，厚厚的一本《快乐暑假》不用做了！只要做语文老师布置的几篇日记和读书笔记就ok了，不过我妈妈可能要另外给我一些数学习题，我只能接受喽。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious. When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my speed of eating to wait for that girl. During my high school years, I have found chemistry, physics, and mathematics interesting.Actually, I am interested in many subjects such as biology, history, geography, Chinese, and English.But somehow I cannot remember the historical events or the facts about geography in detail. I cannot remember biological terms well, either.On the other hand, chemistry, physics, and mathematics are easy for me because they seem logical to me.After considering my interests and talents I feel that science or engineering might be the best choice for my career.I would like to study science or engineering in college.After graduation from college I hope to go for higher education overseas.Eventually I would like to return to school to teach.This is my career plan.

i first read this book when i was in my fifteens. and now i remember it just as well as if i had read it yesterday.

pride and prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.

My holiday was good. I stayed at home for sometime. I went to Tianyi Square

and bought same games. But one day, my monther, my younger brother and I went to

Tianyi digital square to buy games. And I bought a new uniform in the evening.

Id like to have a glass of apple juice my monther bought it for me. I says, "

Thanks a lot. " I bought some shoes. I want a pair of sports shoes. In the shop,

愉快的暑假到了，为了使自己的假期生活过的健康充实，欢乐而有意义，我特别为自己的暑假生活制定了具体的计划。我的计划大概分为两个方面：学习计划、生活计划。

第一，学习计划，具体如下：

1。争取7月1日至7月20日完成语、数、外三门暑假作业。计划大概每天完成6面暑假作业。

2。预习语文六年级上册的古诗词，文言文，日积月累等等。并有重点的选择背诵。

3。预习六年级上册数学相关内容。

4。预习六年级上册英语的课程，默写有关单词，听磁带。

5。每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，但时间不能太长。

6。写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字。

第二，生活计划具体如下：

1。培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2。 要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出 ，不做危险违法的事。

3。要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假!

暑假过后我就要进入大学了，所以趁着这个暑假我要在健身房实施我的健身计划，为艰苦的军训训练做准备。为此我制定了一个暑假的健身房初级健身计划。

在锻炼之前要先进行5～10分钟的热身运动，这样有利用于更好的拉伸身体部位，也避免了不必要的伤害，热身运动可以使用跑步机，在跑步过程中尽量把全身各部分的关节都活动拉伸下。

星期一：锻炼肌肉部位：胸肌和三头肌。

以上动作全部为“RM”重量，组数可以在1～2组之间调换，根据自己实际情况决定。适合前两周训练，一般情况下，训练两周后基本不会有像刚训练时的酸痛，但是每次训练后都会有酸痛感，时间在每次训练后两天之内。训练后30～60分钟吃1～2个鸡蛋，1个50～100K面包，喝100～200ML牛奶或水。

3～4周开始训练2～3组，每组12～16RM。

第二个月训练强度增加到3～4组，每组8～12RM。

前两个月的计划可以按照上面的做，从第三个月开始就要增加重量和组数了。可以从不同的训练来进行全方位的肌肉刺激，达到更有力的去扩展肌肉。

这就是我的暑假健身房初级健身计划，我下定决心好好坚持，暑假过后，以强健的身体素质迎接军训。

My family includes three people and a pet. These three people are my father, my mother , and I. I also have a cat named cookie.

I had a great time throughout my May Day Holiday.

On Monday, I went BBQ with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. Our parents were invited to the party. Everybody was excited about the holiday. I ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On Tuesday, I went visiting my uncles family with my parents. We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai. Later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. We stayed for the night.

On Wednesday, I went shopping with my cousins. We bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. In the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. They also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so I tried to do some turning and parking. It was not easy first. But I learnt quick.
